A young man could be seen walking home on the sidewalk, it was dark at night however people were still very busy. However, the man didn't seem to care or notice most people travel by car now. He seemed to be in his own little world. Walking alone, facial expressions changing rapidly as if he just got out of an asylum.
This man had a black corporate America-looking suit, with some Michael Jackson 4's a tie, and some messy blonde disheveled hair with dark bags under his eyes as well. He overall looked like your average office worker who consumes coffee every day and sleeps 2 hours. Finally, his facial expression settles on a very aggressive-looking anger. Before he begins to stay still, keeping the same expression beginning to think.
'Damnit, why the hell did we have to end up with that woman as an interim boss?! She acts like she wasn't gonna get demoted the moment Mr.Newman is over his cold! Relax just because I got fired doesn't mean I can't get another job.' The man thought, however, he immediately stopped in his tracks all traces of discomfort gone from his eyes with a blank emotionless expression.
'Even if I get a new job is this worth it? Working my life away at 31 years old in the year 2034 for a measly 90k annually? Damn when I look back on it hasn't it always been my fault for not putting in effort in high school?' Soon, he begins to drift into a very depressing road of thinking, not paying attention to where he was going and crossing the street early. However the light was green, and he immediately got hit by a truck. However, despite cliches and tropes this truck was jet black and sleek not at all normal, and white, was what he was thinking as he died.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I woke up to find myself in a black cosmic-looking room, with lightning cracking all over the place black and red in color while the sky was red too in a stormy kind of way. Then a woman teleported in front of me pales white skin in a black outfit, with some long jet-black hair and cosmic eyes.
"Who are you, Where am I?" I asked a barrage of questions while being cautious and straight to the point. 'if I'm not mistaken, I've died and now I'm in the afterlife so this woman must be some sort of god. Her domain being black cant be a good thing, right? Most gods I read have white spaces as the room you come to in.' After I thought this I looked up only to see the woman staring dead at me then proceed to respond.
"That specifically depends on the law that god controls, Those reincarnation and soul-passing gods are nothing compared to me even the creation gods are just like fighting a kitten. Enough of that you here since I brought you here, I did this because I knew you would not care. This is based on your current life to become a Primordial Embodiment such as myself through a series of tasks that each may take up to around 40 years. I'm not sure." Said the woman directly answering each of my questions like a normal person surprisingly looking up cutely hand on her chin although I don't care about that because I refuse to be a simp, running through my entire second life journey just to have a chance to get a collection of girls.
"I can't be bothered with those things you said but, what is a primordial embodiment, and what do these tasks require me to do that takes so long?" After careful consideration it would be better not to ask about things that should not be mentioned, There is, however, a need to know what concerns me right this moment. The rest I could care less about, I also just want to live life again and enjoy it. If I have the opportunity I'd right my wrongs as well.

"Well a god has multiple levels of power in their law and primordials, the apexes of the world, were born at the beginning of time, however only beings with the most powerful law can be called real primordials. Embodiments are beings chosen by primordials to assist with their law, or simply to teach it to. These tasks I have you do are to slowly unseal the law I will be assigned to you to prevent you from blowing up." The goddess explained slowly as if she was talking to a child who could not easily understand much, with a straight face, as if she really didn't do anything wrong or even rude.
"I roughly understand and I'll accept that rather than go back to my world, so what law will I help you with, and what's my first task?" I said with a serious expression on my face while nodding my head. I roughly gather that I will gain divinity with this law and my soul is too weak to handle it, so I must slowly unlock more and more power so I can temper my soul. I know for a fact that she must have chosen me to help her since there's no way she needs me as a disciple since we've never met and she doesn't have any reason to do that.
"You're very smart for a mortal, but yes I will make your soul divine and you need to temper it. The first task will have you do is fix your previous regret by going back in time to your old world, the divinity you can use before finishing this first step is quite minuscule it kind of only has enough power to maybe a grenade in energy. The law I will be giving you is chaos which is the 2nd most powerful law in existence, the first is the balance law which is impossible to get since most omnivores come into existence with a very balanced system. So, do you agree to help me?" This time she spoke far more complicated, and normal pace, as if she just found out I was smart or something.
"Alright I roughly get it, in fact, this is something I'd probably do later anyways. I would not be able to focus on my life if I didn't fix what happened before. So I agree to help you with your chaos law." I won't be asking many questions since I feel there are things she won't tell me at least before I reach a decent amount of strength. That would make sense, obviously to tell me about things before I can do anything about it will not help much.
As soon as I finished thinking the goddess stretched out her arm at me 5 fingers curled kind of close to her hand. After she did that she seemed to smile unnaturally however I guess that would make sense considering her element. Soon after, dark energy surrounded me but it felt nourishing, sort of like a hunger I never knew that I had. I felt myself become immensely more powerful. It kind of felt like the very first good stretch you have in the morning, the difference being that feeling lasts for 3 seconds. This feeling lasted for around 5 minutes, but it was also much more intense in a way.
I noticed my soul color was now dark and solid rather than bright and transparent. It wasn't so much I could see this change, more like I just knew that the change occurred. This was definitely an experience I wouldn't forget for the rest of my new life.
"Now that I've put the chaos element into you I will now send you back to your world in a new divine body it will constantly match your soul strength. Eventually, when you reach high enough through these tasks it will merge with your body achieving true immortality." As soon as she said this I felt reality warp around me, the feeling is sort of like claustrophobic people and small rooms. But more twisting and turning but it also felt cool in a way. Then before I knew it I popped up outside of my old elementary school.
