No door or windows.

Still it was well lit and airy.

There was a long table in the middle with chairs surrounding it.

Soon some unknown figures appeared out of thin air and occupied the chairs.

“Looks like everyone’s here. Then let’s start the meeting.” Spoke a brown haired man. He looked like the eldest and the leader. 

“Everyone should know why we gathered here. Our little Sotti was up to no good again.” This time it was a blonde woman. She looked a little troubled. 

“What did she do this time?” spoke a green haired boy. 

“She went to Earth and…”

“Just that?”

“Let me finish, will you? She accidentally killed a human. Now governors of Earth are angry.”

*Whistle*

 “Can I have that soul?” said an eerie man. He was cladded in black and was emitting a dark aura. 

“No! We were told to take it in.” said the leader.

“In our planet?” asked a blue haired girl. 

“That is correct.”

“How’s that possible? It’s an outsider!” The blue haired girl exclaimed.

“That’s why, Shi, please spare a soul, will you?” the blond woman pleaded.

“Don’t want to.” Said the eerie man.

“Please! In exchange, you can take the fairy king’s soul that you wanted so much.”

“Oh! Finally~”

“Let’s go people! We have lot’s to do.” The leader spoke again.

“Sotti, this time your mischief was too much. You will be grounded.”  The blonde woman was talking to a girl with long pink twin tails. It was the little girl from before.

“G-grounded. No wa~ay!!! Please big sister, I’ll die from boredom." Sotti was on the verge of crying.

“Sorry. You have no way out.” her sister said apologetically.

“Sotti, there’s a task for you. After you’re finished you’ll be grounded for a decade.” The leader appeared in front of them.

“Those teary eyes won't work. Hurry up now. Shi will explain what to do.” he said with a face that demanded no arguments.

“Okay”  *pout*

“You’re here, brat.”

“Don’t call me brat!” *vein pops*

“Yeah, yeah. Take it.” (Shi)

*toss*

It was a red bead. It gave a faint glow.

“Eh, is that a soul?”

“It’s the Earthling you killed.”

“Eeeh! what do I do with it?”

“Follow me.”

Sotti followed Shi. She was led to a portal.

“Go through here. You’ll know what to do.” He looked like explaining is a hassle.

“That’s not an explanation!”  *angry*

“So troublesome” *kick*

“Aaah!” Sotti was surprised.

*Thwak*

She fell on the ground.

“Stupid Shi. That hurt.”

As she was dusting her clothes, Sotti found a child drowning in a lake.

“Oh my, now I get it. I better save the kid. He must be the vessel”

She controlled the water and shaped it like a giant hand. Then grabbed the child with it and put him on the ground.

“Oh! It’s soul’s disappearing. Gotta be quick.”

She took out the red bead and put it inside the child’s left eye. The black in it slowly turned crimson.

“My works done I guess. Now it’s up to them. I have to go back. Uuuu…” She remembered her punishment.

"Ah! Before I go, let me do something first." 

With a mischiveous grin she injected some of her powers into the child.
