After John left Diana couldn't help asking more questions even though John had warned her that she might not like some of the things Wayne would know. Diana cuddled up next to Wayne on his right while Selina was glued to his left side on a couch in the living room, "I'm so curious to know more about the changes you know about our world, but I kind of want to know what your world is like, Wayne. What are the superheroes like in your world?"
"None, not a single one. The world I am from only has regular people. Things like superheroes, magic, metaphysical, supernatural, or paranormal activities are all fictional. We do have vigilantes similar to some of the ones in this world without abilities, but they are much tamer. Guys that dress up in costumes and visit children's hospitals or help old ladies cross the road. Groups that patrol crime-ridden areas and contact the police if they see a crime in progress. Things like that." Wayne explained calmly.
Selina was interested in some of this as well and asked, "What is Gotham City like in your world?"
"There is no Gotham City, no Metropolis either... Both cities are fictional and meant to be any city in America. Gotham was a nickname for New York as was Metropolis. In the movies, they use New York to represent Metropolis and Chicago to represent Gotham." Wayne smiled at Selina.
Diana asked, "In your world, what is my story like?"
Wayne raised an eyebrow, "Do you mean your origin story or like, what kinds of things are you here to do?"
Diana thought about it and said, "You know, like Robin Hood or King Arthur, that kind of thing, what's my story like?"
Wayne thought about it and then said, "A feminist icon. A woman with the strength of Superman. Proof that women could be every bit the hero as a man. Your story came to be at a time when American women were first really joining the workforce as the men were headed off to war. Of course, that was tempered by the fact you were drawn as a beauty in skimpy clothes, big boobs, always ending up in bondage situations. Hell, look at your getup, just about all of it screams S&M. The golden lasso? Metal bracelets? Your outfit is just red, white, and blue lingerie."
Diana blushed and looked at Selina, "Do I look like some kind of..."
Selina cut her off, "Yes. I didn't want to say anything if it was just your kink."
Wayne shrugged and then went on, "At some point, they changed you from a regular woman into a clay doll that was given various powers of the Gods. Also, Themyscira is sometimes called Paradise Island. Most of the stories involve a pilot named Steve Trevor crashing there and you fall in love with him bringing you off the island and out into the real world as he returns to the world of man."
"Another version has Zeus and Hippolyta conceive you the old-fashioned way. I remember reading an interview with the writers of that time who wanted a Wonder Woman who wasn't created by men at all. Hence the clay version."
Selina saw a tear roll down Diana's cheek so she asked, "Was any of that true, Diana?"
Diana nodded and then wiped her cheek and eyes, "I have never told anyone about Steve Trevor, I only knew him for a couple of years back long before either of you were born. He died in the great war."
Selina's eyes grew big, "I hope you don't mind my asking, but how old are you?"
Wayne looked at Diana and guessed, "Somewhere around 1300 BC or so?"
This narrative has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. If you see it on Amazon, please report it.
Diana nodded, "We had a different calendar so I can only say it was a very long time ago. Wayne's guess is as good as any. The first man I met was during the great war."
Selina's eyes bugged out, "I can't even... So you were a virgin for like thousands of years?"
Diana snorted and then held her up a fist made a peace sign and licked between her fingers seductively.
Wayne made a face, "Come on, I am sitting right here. Don't hit on my girlfriend right in front of me."
Diana giggled and pushed her breasts up against his arm and said, "I'm sorry, old habits, you know." She thought a moment and then asked, "You said that I would end up together with Clark, why?"
"Oh, yeah that. Ok, so as I said these stories have been told over and over for over 80 years. At times when the stories have lost audience popularity, they would do shocking things to bring an audience in. The death of Batman, the death of Superman, Wonder Woman fucking a black guy, Wonder Woman fucking a popular female superhero Like Clark's cousin Kara. Wonder Woman working at Taco Whiz... There was one story where you and Clark hook up and have a baby that becomes the new Supergirl... I have got to be honest, most of your storylines are pretty much about selling sex to young adult men and women, sorry about that."
"How does Clark die?" Diana looked concerned.
"The thing about Clark is that he doesn't just have a weakness, he also has enemies created to be his equal or better to create drama for his comic book. How boring would it be if Clark just flew around solving all the world's problems in an instant? They'd never sell a comic book. So, they just ramped up the bad guys until Superman's every arc was about saving Earth from destruction."
"Do you know how to kill Clark?" Diana looked shocked.
"Yeah, I do. This might shock you, but Batman due to his mind is probably the most powerful on Earth at any time. Not to brag." Wayne winced and then said, "Because Batman was written to be the world's greatest detective he is the ideal man, basically they described him as the pinnacle of what a man could be if he trained his mind and body."
Selina ran her hand over Wayne's chest and said, "I agree on the perfect body thing, you are the best fuck I have ever had."
Selina noticed that Diana was nodding along as she said that. She gasped, "You! You have fucked him!"
Diana snorted and then batted her lashes, "I said nothing."
Wayne closed his eyes and said, "Do you want to know, Selina?" He sighed and then said, "Hold on, Clark's here."
Superman landed softly on the balcony and walked in. He saw Diana pressed up against Wayne on one arm and Selina on the other and said, "Bruce."
"What brings you over, Clark?"
Superman took a seat and asked, "How do I stop Mr. Mxyzptlk? John Constantine said to ask you."
"You have to beat him in the game he wants you to play or get him to say kĺtpzyxm. That will only keep him in the 5th dimension for 90 days though." Wayne looked at Clark and then asked, "You didn't need to come over just for that. Have a seat. what's on your mind?"
"John said you are the most dangerous man on Earth." Superman looked at Diana as he took a seat across from them.
Wayne looked at Diana with an I told you so look which caused her to roll her eyes at him.
"Bruce, is it true that you aren't Bruce Wayne anymore but an alien from another world living in his body?" Superman looked at him intensely.
Wayne nodded and said, "That's more or less right. I think John left some key points out on purpose though. Until the end of March, I was a regular guy working at a bookstore daydreaming about asking my beautiful boss out. I died trying to stop a mugging, woke up here in Bruce Wayne's life. The thing is though, I have both sets of memories. I am Bruce and Wayne. Trust me, it's confusing even for me at times."
"He said you know my weakness?" Superman quietly asked.
"I do," Wayne said.
Superman looked at him intensely and then asked, "What is it?"
"You have two weaknesses. The people you care for and green radioactive rocks that landed here on Earth that were once part of your people's homeworld that exploded after your birth."
Superman hung his head and then asked, "Does anyone else know this?"
"Yes, specifically Lex Luthor. You need to watch him, he's the most dangerous to you."
Superman took a deep breath, "How can I trust your words?"
Wayne closed his eyes and then struggled upright and turned his body so Clark could see that his hands were currently tied behind his back with Diana's golden lasso. "Diana is making me say weird sexual things as part of her obvious S&M kink." Selina nodded her head in agreement while Diana pouted not denying it.
Superman just started laughing, the more he thought about it the more he laughed.
