Mi sat casually on the tree stump.
"So what are you doing around here anyway, Heenia?" Mi asked.
Heenia looked around making sure that Kaber and Gyll are off doing something with Razyl.
Heenia gestured Mi to move closer to her and leaned in to whisper into her ear, "I'm gathering all of the angels.".
Mi's face was the usual deadpan, Mi looked up at the sky, not saying anything for a while, she was thinking about the others.
"All of them?" Mi asked.
"Almost," Heenia replied.
Mi let out a sigh, "Are you after Adriel again," she asked.
"I'm telling you he has to be stopped." Heenia almost yelled.
This got the attention of the others.
"Are you two okay?" Gyll asked calling over from the makeshift table, mode from a large flat rock resting on a mound of dirt, serving at the surface for an arm wrestling match.
"Don't mind us, Heenia was just worried about Gyll's arm snapping like a twig when arm wrestling Kaber, isn't that right? " Mi explained, turning to Heenia who had an apologetic look on her face.
"NO NO, that's not what I-" Henia began explaining hersself, stumbling on her words.
"Don't you worry about me!" Gyll said with a thumbs up.
He then turned to Kaber and with a smirk said "ALRIGHT LET'S GO!"
As fast as the wind, Kaber snapped Gyll's hand out of shape.
Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.
Everyone stayed silent.
Gyll let out a weak "Eh?" ask he turned his shocked expression, displaying his previous grin.
"H-human, I- " Kaber stuttered, he didn't realise how weak Gyll was, how can somebody with bones this weak carry a sword.
"Huh, that looks painful." Mi pointed out.
Gyll's face finally changed to one of the pleasant surprise "It's not, acutally." he replied.
The glove now began to glow again, weakly this time, as his hand snapped back to its place with a crack.
"Human, are you alright?" Kaber asked,
Razyl held his hand over his eyes, protecting his pure mind from the graphic thoughts.
Gyll closed and opened his palm a few times. then did a thumbs up towards Kaber.
"That's weird..." Phyl said, scratching his little head with his tiny mantis arm.
Mi pulled Heenia behind the tree, as asked her "So who is first on your list?"
Heenia thought for a second and pulled out a piece of paper with seven names.
Mi's and Phyl's name's were placed in the middle of the list and were crossed out.
"We need to find Gabriel," Heenia said pointing to his place in the list.
Mi sighed and got off her tree stump, "I'm not saying I'm joining your little angel catching expledition, but I owe that angel creep a favour."
"Hey, Gyll," Mi called out to Gyll who was making sure his arm was working.
"What's up?" He asked, somewhat concerned Mi's tone.
"I have to say it, but it looks like the fort building will be set back again, we have to track down a certain goody two shoes."
"Do you guy have a plan for the fort of yours?" Heenia asked.
Gyll proudly presented her their plan, Heenia took the plan and said: "Alright, give me a second."
Heenia cast a spell which tore the very fabric of the world around them, letting a group of critters out.
"Are...are those?!" Razyl said in admiration.
"They look like animals to me," Gyll commented.
