As the Dragons awakened, I flew through the air, looking for civilization. After a few hours of running, I finally remembered that my [Dragon's Flight] skill existed. Thankfully, the movement speed bonus from the [Growing Shadow's Hope] applied to the Skill, so I was going at speeds that were physically impossible for a regular man to go before. But I was an [Undead Human], so it didn't apply to me. As the clouds zipped past me and the sun warmed me, I finally had a peaceful moment to think about what had happened since I rose from the dead, and panic set in; I don't know what year it is, hell I don't even know the day, I'm dead if I head into a city the people there would kill me a thousand times over, and this power, what am I a nascent GOD? Thoughts raced through me as I realized I had no proper weapons, but I kept flying, even as a strange hunger hit me. "So hungry, consume." The monster in me revealed its head for the first time, and it hungered on instinct something inside of me activated [Soul Suck], the clouds, the sky. And the earth beneath me grew darker, more lifeless, more dreary, and I was horrified by what I saw; I couldn't deactivate the Skill, the monster inside was satisfied, the hunger left, and life flowed through me, and I realized I that needed to consume Lifeforce to survive, the very fabric of the Soul, and the body. The beast was satiated, and I didn't know then, but I had just made some interesting enemies. Skill gained, [Summon Greater Draugr], Skill gained, [Summon Necrotic Slyph], Skill gained, [Divine Necromancer].

Corvan, the [High Necromancer], S-rank, watched as his undead army fell before him: [Greater Draugr], [Greater Skeletons], [Necrotic Slyphs], and [Lesser Liches] died; the reason was impossible, [Undead Army] is dying from Lifeforce drain, reason, [Lich] Lival, is feeding. I looked around, but according to my [View] skill, there was no one there; then I looked up there in the sky and saw a speck, and that speck was the [Lich]; my army quickly replenished, and thankfully, they stopped dying, I wanted that [Lich] if its [Soul Suck] Skill could reach that far, the possibilities were endless, I could see the very world bend to my knee. Still, first, I would attack Stormdawn; this could be interesting based on the direction the [Lich] was going there. "Onward to Stormdawn!" The army marched, and the city would burn! Little did they know an adventurer was watching them, even as the [High Necromancer] planned the subjugation of the [Lich].

This was bad, I, Celeste, [Arcane Scout], thought after seeing the army; I had quickly recovered from the wounds I had sustained in the forest against the [Lich], and I was already out in the field again, I was looking for Aver, hoping for his guidance on to become stronger. But I had stumbled upon an army; I knew that I had to warn the city before they got there, so I started running, [Swift Wind], I thought, and I was faster, receiving a 50% bonus to my movement speed, I tore through the forest, and mere minutes later I saw the city, I sprinted to the front gates. I didn't bother to go through the checks, and the [Guards] knew that something terrible was coming from the grim expression on my face. I told them, "Soon- an army- of undead will tear through the city- you need to warn everyone," Inpanted, they sprung into action as the alarm horn blew suddenly, an [Announcer's] voice echoed through the city, "Please head to the nearest emergency shelter, I repeat please head the nearest emergency shelter, this not a drill!" Thank god that they had believed me. I had been counting on the fact I was a well-respected B-rank; chaos erupted in the city as people tried to find the nearest shelter, [Guards], [Soldiers], and [Militia] began to rally, and then all hell broke loose, and the first Undead crossed the crest of the hill, the [Guards] managed to get most of the people in the shelter, and the remaining civilians, hid in the houses, the Undead, began to fire, a diseased bolt barely missed me, I jumped in surprise, and pulled out my [Enchanted Balisongs], I charged at the army, but then even more Undead rose from the ground, the same types in the army, but instead of marching on the city, these charged at the other army, [Necrotic Slyphs], [Greater Skeletons], [Greater Draugr], and [Lesser Liches] attacked the other adversaries, "[Alliance M-Marker]" I stuttered as I saw the spectacle before me, the friendly Undead, and the hostile ones, were marked in green and red, respectively, the [Guards] saw the results of my skills, and charged into battle. They began fighting alongside the sudden allies, and then two people rose into the sky; a [Lich] in a night-black cloak and armor and a [ High Necromancer] in ashen robes fought; the [Lich] was outlined in vibrant green, and the [High Necromancer] was outlined in a somber red, the ground shook as the two great powers met.

As the crazy person in front of me started shooting mana bolts at me, I contemplated the decisions that had led me to this point just a few minutes before I had been flying through the air. Now, I, Lival, was fighting some [Necromancer] as his army threatened to destroy the only part of civilization I had seen since I awoke. I rushed the man, pushing all my 102 Strength into the attack; I activated [Aural Fist], and the attack sent the man a few feet back in the air, in response he launched a [Fireball] in my direction, I easily dodged, and activated [Royal Subjagation] the Skill should have sent the Undead and the [Necromancer] before me to the Broken Hells. Instead, the only thing that happened was the [Necromancer] flinching and the army beneath me stumble as I realized that one of my strongest attacks was ineffective against the army; as my brain processed this, the [Necromancer] launched a beam of energy at me, suddenly there was a flash of silver and the beam vanished, the [Necromancer] launched more attacks, but they kept getting dispelled by whatever it the flash was, suddenly a woman appeared launching pure mana at the [Necromancer], he laughed, something changed, before, I realized he had been merely playing with me, and now he unleashed his true power, waves of death ran off him, as I saw what he truly was, before I thought he was A-rank but the power coming off him indicated he was an S-rank, I started to take the battle seriously, and began to dart around the [Necromancer], for every blow I landed, he hit me with am attack ten times more powerful, something resonated inside of the [Bag of Holding], it flew out, the needle I had found it in the bag but had initially had dismissed it as useless, the [Necromancer] eyes widened as he saw it, a thin thread of Shadowcloth hung from it and it began to spin around the [Necromancer], the thread tightened, the [Necromancer] tried to escape, but it failed, with desperation in his eyes a blast of pure death eruoted from him, the thread finally broke, diseased wind bolts began to fire all around me but the needlt blocked them, weaving a shield of cloth, as the [Necromancer] began to grow desperate he wildly launched unshaped mana at me, his army began to match him, their opponents pushed him back, he vanished, but then a sword, nearly skwerering my head, I spoke the first words in our silent battle, "This ends NOW, [Necromancer], [Deathtendrils], [Dragonflame], [Ultra Storm Blast]!" A beam of electrical fire, surrounded by death tendrils, raced toward the [Necromancer]. It engulfed him, and his army collapsed into dust. I dispelled my army, and exhaustion took over; I fell to the ground, and the needle caught me using its nearly infinite supply of thread, weaving a net, "[Truesight]" I muttered as darkness overcame me, [The Goddess's Needle, SSS-rank Artifact]. Everything went black.
