It started raining today around midnight, making a dripping sound as it continued to pour down without anything to disturb the quietness. And there was no sound of the footsteps nor chirping sound. However, in the west part of the town, there was a small graveyard. It was a bit noisy because of the nonstop rumbling sound coming from the ground.

As the rain softened the earth, a big paw tore the ground with inhuman power, soon the hole became bigger and a three-headed dog came out from the hole. It released a chilling howl that was followed by a thunder. Anyone who might have seen Cerberus would have been able to tell that it wasn't in its right mind.

"Roof!! (I'm going to kill that woman and rip that boy apart)" Barked the left head.

"Woof? (For what? Let's just leave this place and kill someone else)" Barked the right head.

As the two head barking at each other, the one on the middle took a deep breath while staring at the sky. The cloud was blocking the moonlight along with the sound of the downpour. This was perfect weather for an assassin to do their mission.

"Ruff, Ruff!? Ruff!! (I'm ashamed to know that we are sharing the same body, we are the gatekeeper of hell; where is your pride?! don't you ashamed that a boy treated us like a toy?! don't you want to make a hole on that old hag body?!)" Barked the middle head to the right head.

"Woof!!! (Speak whatever you want, those family is abnormal. I better live with a tail between my leg rather than get torn to pieces!!)" Barked the right head.

"Ruff!!! (Fool! Don't you see the weather?! This is a perfect weather to show our skill.)" Barked the middle head.

"Roof!! (Yes, since when us, the great Cerberus afraid to a woman and a brat?!)" Barked the left head.

From the blackness came two howls that no living thing could ever make. It filled with pain, anger, hatred. As the silvery moonlight shone on them, the right head howled halfheartedly; joined the other two.

 "Woof! (Fine, whatever, let's burn their house from afar.)" Barked the right head.

"Roof?! (Burn?! Are you crazy?! Where is the fun in that?! Of course we are going to tear their body into pieces with our mouths!!)" Barked the left head.

Cerberus was a master of stealth and ambushes, hunting both men and beasts with equal ease. Whether it hunted sinners that tried to escape from hell or hunted the beasts in the purgatory, it was a master of lurking unseen and darkness to its advantage. 

Stealthily, the Cerberus began to approach the house. It sprinted from one shadow to another and soon It hid himself between the sea of trees. It saw three people, Ragna, Rose, and Rexar still chatting while drinking a black water.

"Woof! (Damn, mission failed, let's get back and killed the easy one.)" Barked the right head.

"Rooff (Quiet you fool, look at them, they are still unaware of our presence, let's get the boy first and use him as a hostage)" Barked the left head.

"Ruff (Silence you two, let's hear their conversation first. We might get something from it.)" Barked the middle head.

Cerberus focused their ears and eavesdropped on their conversation. He listened intensely, eliminating the sounds of the rain from their voices.

"Hm... what do you say, dear?" Rose gave Ragna a stack of paper and looked at him with a face full of curiosity.

After Ragna skimmed through the paper "Eh... We already tried that a few years ago, but it was bombed very hard. Still, this is a proposal straight from the main school, might as well try it." Said Ragna. "Oh, Rexar wants a cup of coffee?" 

"Sorry father, I'm already sleepy." Said Rexar.

"Is it okay for you to get it by yourself?" Asked Rose.

"Eh... that's fine." Said Ragna.

Not a second passed after Ragna said this, his body turned into a mist and dissipated from Cerberus's vision. 

"Roof (This is our chance, let's take them by a surprise and rip that old hag!)" Barked the left head.

Taking their stance, Cerberus leaped out from the shadows and without any warning or noise, their body was frozen in mid-air.

"Groar?! (The fuck?!)" Barked Cerberus.

"Eh... stop roaring will ya? my children are sleeping." Then a new noise, soft and calm. At first, the Cerberus wasn't sure who it was, they couldn't turn their head but then a familiar smell struck their noise.

Ragna stepped forward, now his eyes were meeting Cerberus's eyes. Even though the rain was hard, not a single drop of rain falling into Ragna's body. "Shackle." Said Ragna.

Bluish lines chaffed at Cerberus muzzles causing crimson to ooze to the surface, before long the blue lines were coated in a dark flaking mass that was added to every time Cerberus tried to open their mouths. Cerberus glared at Ragna as the lines dug further into their flesh. The lines easily sliced through the soft flesh, like a knife through butter.

"Eh... don't glare at me like that. I'm kinda rusty right now, don't want to cut your muzzle by an accident. Though, how silly that both of us forget to cut your head before bury you down. Haha... I guess age really eat our memory eh." Said Ragna in a cheerful manner.

"By the way, what are you doing in my house?" Ragna looked consistently happy, but an intimidating aura, enough to make the Cerberus trembled; came out from his body.

"Eh... please stop moving around, it will only get deeper. Oh, right, right, sorry... it's been a while since I used this." Said Ragna, slowly the intimidation aura disappeared from his body, but from behind the man smile, Cerberus knew they would be ripped to pieces if they were trying to fight back.

"You know~ It seems my boy really proud that he could summon you." Said Ragna while he releases the shackle and the ice.

In the Cerberus minds, they wanted to run away from Ragna's sight, but their body won't listen to their minds.

"Grrrrr..."

"Eh... stop growling at me, it kinda embarrasses me somehow." Said Ragna "Though, Cerberus... cerberus.. ah, the gatekeeper of hell right? Say, I know that my son is the one that summoned you and this isn't hell, but how about working in our house? of course, we'll give you the best food we could get."

Hearing Ragna's proposal, the Cerberus looking at each other with astonishment, they turned their body and started to bark at each other 

"Woof (Let's accept his proposal.)" Said the right head.

"Roof?! (What?!)" Said the left head.

"...Ruff!! (...No, he is right, let's accept his proposal and when the chance comes, we'll kill the boy and his wife and regain our honor back.)" Said the middle head.

"Eh... I don't speak dog, but if my family got hurt, I'll *** your head and put it into your *** after that I'll make sure to encase your body in a metal for forever and put it into ogre *** or maybe spread a hole in your *** and give you guys to Kraken." Said Ragna with a smile.

"......"

As Raj rose from a heavy slumber, he was aware of the coolness of the air and walked down to the dining room/floor. In instant, his half-opened eyes became wide opened when he saw three-headed muscular dog with collars laying down at the floor.

"You're still alive!!" Said Raj while jumping toward Cerberus. "Hey dad! What's up with the collar?! is he become our pet?!" 

"Eh... more like a gatekeeper but I guess a pet is fine." Said Ragna while looking at Cerberus.

"Heee~ Alright! from now on your name is Cere, Eduardo and Wompum Stompum!!!" Said Raj.
