5-year-old Raj, the third child of heroes Ragna and Rose slid down into the water, swimming around until he found his target, a monster with its elastic yellow skin that able to withstand any kind of pressure and beak soaked in blood.

"Hyd, Dah, Ront, Aqua Push."

Following the chanting of mystic words, water gathered around in front of his palms and hurled into the monster that couldn't respond fast enough to avoid it.

As he leaned on the edge, sighing the breath of relief, a mysterious voice echoed around him.

"Level up! Congratulations, you are now a level 1,000,000,000 mage." Said Raj.

"Raj, how many times do I have to tell you to not use magic in a bathroom?!"

Now Raj's eyes went to the brown door, where he saw a red-haired demon, standing still in front of him.

"Geh! I'm not using any magic mom." Raj shifted his gaze away from Rose's eyes.

Holding a pair of new clothes and a wet towel Rose walked toward Raj. She stared at the half-empty bath and dirty clothes on the floor. "Can you put it by yourself?" Said Rose while she wiped Raj.

"Of course I can! I'm already 5!" Said Raj, he took the clean clothes away from his mom's hands and with great effort buttoned up the button. While Rose picked up the dirty laundry and filled in the bathtub, Raj sensed a familiar mana entering the house.

"Kest, Zeim, Selph, Haste." Chanted Raj. Wind circled at his feet, without putting his pants on he rushed forward with the speed of winds.

"*Sigh* Seriously that boy, Maria~ Emma~ help me fill the bath, I'm going to chase after him." Said Rose, as the two maids, one already wrinkled and the other one was a young adult with pointed frame glasses came in and nodded at her. Rose along with Raj's pant already disappeared.

As Raj's legs clearing the floor as they swung back and forth. With his little brother waving around, he jumped toward a 10-year-old girl with a long red ponytail that covered in ashes. "Big Sis!! Do you find it?!" Yelled Raj.

To his surprise, his body floated at the air. "...Look! Look! I can use wind magic!!" Said the excited Raj without noticing someone was pulling his collar.

"Raj, don't you dare to hug Ruby. You've just taken a bath, and what do you request from her?!" Said Rose after she came out of nowhere while trying to put the pant into Raj's legs.

"It's nothing! Right sis?!" Raj winked at Ruby.

"A...haha...here." Ruby laughed weakly as she handed a dirty pouch to Raj, in which he happily received and dashed away from the front door.

" Seriously... that boy, oh Ruby just take the bath, make sure to completely clean the ashes before going in. And where is your father?" Said Rose while she wiped the ash away from Ruby's face.

"Ahaha...haaaah...Still putting off the fire." Said Ruby with dropped shoulder.

"Haha, C'mon don't be too depressed, fire element is hard to control after all. Though, don't forget to apologize tomorrow." Said Rose.

"Ahaha...yes. I'm taking the bath then." Said Ruby.

As Ruby walked like a drunkard, she stopped when she heard her mother once again called out to her. "And one more thing, what is the thing that Raj request?" Asked Rose.

"It's raven feathers, he said he needed it for his study." Said Ruby.

"Study? with raven feathers? Ruby, do you forget that Raj is learning water magic this month." Said Rose.

"O..oh... well, that's fine then mom. You know since it is..." Said Ruby.

"WHAT IS THIS ASHES?!!!!" Raj's voice echoed around the house, cutting out Ruby's word before she was able to finish it.

What answered Raj's yell was a crying sound from the fourth child, 6-month-old Rayne. She cried like she didn't want to lose toward Raj's yell.

Later on the same night. In Ragna and Rose room.

"...You know dear, Ruby is really depressed about her fire magic." Asked Rose.

"Eh...? Why? the fire spirits prefer Ruby than me though." Said Ragna while he swung the sleeping Rayne.

"Erm... I don't know much about spirit, but isn't that weird for Ruby to not be able to control fire magic even though she is blessed that much?" Said Rose.

"Oh... must be because every fire spirit wants to help her, just give her a year or two, she'll be better at handling them." Said Ragna while he put Rayne to her crib.

"And one more thing, today Raj was requesting raven feather from Ruby, do you know for what?" Asked Rose.

"Eh... well... I'm not a good magician, but magic that uses raven feathers are Conjure Raven, Beast Shape, Flight, Black Quill, or Body Substitute." Ragna rested his chin into his hand while he explaining.

"...Dear, even I know that much. *Sigh*"

"Eh... Speaking of Raj, he's just trying to sneak out again." Said Ragna.

"Umm... seriously that boy." As Rose stood up, trying to catch Raj, Ragna gently touched her shoulder and smiled at her.

"Don't worry about that, just relax~" Ragna whistling a few times and started massaging Rose's shoulder.

Meanwhile on the other side.

Wooden staff laying on the floor, alongside with many magic books and dictionary of monsters. "Erm... I guess normal blink is fine." Said Raj.

As he pointed his handmade wooden staff to the window, he chanted "Selph, Port, Ront, Blink."

Raj's body disappeared, leaving blue fragments. And re-appeared outside of the fifth story window. "Lyph, Selph, Descent." As his body slowly descended toward the ground, it floated in mid-air and flew back again.

"What?! Lift, Excel, Selph, Float! Lift, Fy, Excel, Up, Selph, Fly! Lift, Kest, Legge, Air Step!" The next thing Raj knew he already flew back into his room.

".....DAD!! THAT'S NOT FAIR!!!"
