No way in hell was Hector challenging a feldeath. He was interested in the volcano, sure, but for now surviving was more important. Fortunately, the feldeath didn’t seem to notice him as it became more and more distant.

Eventually slowing his pace, Hector breathed deeply and then looked around for anything else of note. In most directions, all he saw were more islands like the one he started on. However, he spotted a very interesting landmark.

Sailing between the islands, an old-fashioned ship was clearly visible. Hector wasn’t sure what type of people he’d find working on a ship in a realm like this, but maybe it was worth finding out.
