'SHIT' instead of being touched by their timely arrival. I was feeling a different feeling.
With 5 of us being here the chances of safely escaping would be lower.
'Don't shout you pig head!' I cursed Pic inside my mind as I see them mowing their way towards me.
"HAHAHA"
The dumb Goblin Chief began to laugh. He looked at me with eyes of amusement.
"My Priestess, allow me to offer all of these creatures to the Forest God."
The Goblin Priestess did not say a thing and was already tired of this nonsense. She looked at me for the last time then went outside the tent.
(Moments before the explosion)
When the Scout Goblins returned with a prisoner. It sparked my curiosity, I thought that it was just a normal animal that our Holiness keeps and protects, with the body structure of the said creature that they brought, the possibility of it being an enlightened is low.
But I was naive, ever since that 'event' the forest has changed. Not only does the creature enlightened he can also speak the old tongue much to my surprise when a fellow goblin reported.
Since the first goblins roamed around this world, there was only a little amount of enlightened race that lives around the Iaoue Continent, this information came from the Annals that our tribe passes on each generation. The knowledge left behind by the ancestors in the mainland are scattered all over the world and no goblin can obtain all those knowledge within its lifespan.
Though the goblins are not the eldest enlightened, we still lived for hundreds of years. Us being the descendants of Greenskin Monsters who feed indiscriminately was punished by the God of Forest and was turned into a weaker and smaller green creature who is never allowed to kill for food.
During the process of planting the Forest God's Stigma, the other Gods interfered and destroyed the process of applying the Forest Gods Stigma and instead changed it into their own Stigma. This event caused different kinds of Greenskin Monsters and thus later on categorized as 'Goblin Kind'.
Those who received the stigma of the Forest God are known as Forest Goblins. We the forest goblins are not allowed to kill for the purpose of eating. We can only live by eating plant produce or already dead creatures. Though they are not allowed to kill for food, killing for the sake of protection and for a cause is a different story. That rule was left behind by the Forest God after the punishment.
In the annals of our ancestors, those who break this rule will mysteriously disappear and was taught to be eaten by the ground. The tree roots that rest underground are the main suspects for this mysterious incidents as they are the Forest God's hands and feet.
That fellow does not provide a patron aura, making me think that he is an unaffiliated individual without a horde and a God. The enlightened prisoner was being dragged towards the Chief's tent but I ordered a goblin to intercept that and instead place it inside the Shrine. I want to ask him some question and maybe I can make him my mount and ride him, wouldn't that be cool?
I continued to engrave symbols in my tooth necklace, this necklace signifies my authenticity as a Shaman of the Bor'Bor Tribe.
Our current tribe is a branch of the Bor'Bor Forest Goblins in this part of the Forest.
Our Chief, the son of Bor'Bor was assigned to protect this area of the forest against those disgusting Humans who always destroy the forest and its inhabitants.
Though that was the order of the Great Patriarch most goblin believes that there was another reason for the branch creation and speculations are that this particular son of Bor'Bor is a great troublemaker. This particular son of Bor'Bor did not disobey or break any law. But his violent personality really made the Chief make certain measures for the safety of the Tribe and avoid a future catastrophe that might be caused by this son of his.
The mission of protecting this part of the forest is only a facade made by the Great Patriarch for his son. The establishment of a branch here is actually a type of banishment and also a trial that will be considered as training and preparation for his son. I was assigned here to assist this branch and allow newly born goblins to know the greatness of the Forest God and the responsibilities of being a part of the Bor'Bor Tribe.
As I was fidgeting around my tooth accessories, a loud explosion can be heard from the location of the newly built Shrine. I ran as fast as I could towards the Shrine, many goblins came along as they saw me going towards the direction of the loud sound.
As I opened the tent, I saw a huge hole in the wall, the Chief, and the prisoner creature. I asked for the cause of the commotion and when I was informed I slapped the stupid Chief, the guy actually dared to damage the Shrine.
I used my rare inborn skill towards the enlightened which is called...

This guy seems to be called as Fig, a member of the Spear-Tailed Hogs.
'Oh,' I exclaimed as I saw his skills, he also got the same skill as me. Though this guy is low leveled, he sure has potential. As I read more details, my brow started to curl. PREDATOR ALLIANCE. That word started to make my blood boil. All the thoughts of keeping this guy as a mount was lost.
"You, state your purpose," I said in a cold and intimidating voice.
He explained in a very gentle and apologetic manner.
'Heh, as if I will believe a word that came from a predator's mouth,' I think inwardly as I nodded to him as if I am acknowledging his nonsense.
"I see, I ordered my kind to place you inside the shrine so the Forest God will guide your path but it seems like you're no longer a lonely soul that's lost in this vast forest but a part of another horde who recently made a commitment and signed a pact with a Predator God!"
Since I wasted so much time, and this thing here is of no use to me, I might as well leave and let the Chief decide what to do with this vermin.
As I was about to leave the tent, I heard someone shouting Gibberish.
"SNOR-TOOINK, GRRRRGGG, BLUUUEERGHH!!!!!!"
