My trance is broken by the bus driver

Bus driver: “Are you gonna sit down or not?”

As I’m finding a seat a girl is verbally pressuring me to sit with her. So, I sit next to her.

Me: “Hi.”

Marina: “Hey, my name’s Marina.”

Me: “I’m Zach.”

Marina: “Hey, Zach.”

We sit there in awkward silence for the whole bus ride.

2 hours go by

We pull up to a big sand circle and stop. There’s water everywhere but no water temple. There’s nothing.
