Filthy, dull claws tapped against the stone as the goblin ran. The damp air became chillier as he kept moving, every so often, the bloat-bellied creature would have to stop and slink away to the shadows, he was lucky he was born in such a low-level dungeon; the adventurers he would be hiding from weren't particularly worried about the low-level and cowardly inhabitants of their new hunting grounds.
Albeit still a coward, Steal was aware he was stronger than his other ilk at the time, yet was wise enough to realise that waging war on these invaders would be an absolutely horrific idea; so he simply continued to head the way that Blud had been going. Although the cave system that functioned as a dungeon was winding and long, it wasn't particularly mazelike. The goblin had come across a number of forks and alternate paths along the way, but he simply followed the chill dry breeze.
Now here was a complication...
He'd made it to the surface. Almost. Admittedly Steal wasn't aware that the borderline blinding light beyond the heavy metal grating at the entrance to the cave was sunlight, simply that it was where Blud seemed to be headed.
The complication was, luckily not the metal grate it's wrought iron door was wide open, the complication was the two adventurers chatting idly beside that same open door. The goblin grinned a little, these two were robed, like his first, extremely easy kill. Steal's grin widened, yellowed and sharp teeth bared in the slowly brightening light.
"Tika Reeeeeeeeee!" The little monster howled out as he charged towards his frail foes; he drew one of the daggers from the bandolier that was slung loosely over his shoulder. His prey had turned to face him when he called out, one of them seemed to be nursing a coal-black orb, whilst the other pointed what was essentially a large branch at the goblin. Steal flung his first dagger at the black-hooded man nursing his orb; the projectile whizzed past his head and clattered harmlessly against metal grate behind him.
Steal called out again, howling with thick spittle dribbling from his mouth "Raka Doo-"
CRACK
The wiry little goblin was knocked flat on his ass as the air seemed to explode in front of him into a brief bolt of lightning.

Steal screamed as pain flooded through his body and made his muscles spasm for a brief second. He couldn't stop though, if he didn't get up they'd kill him. The goblin pushed himself up quickly, but he'd barely started running before an abyssal ball of... something smashed into his shoulder.

CRACK
This time, it wasn't the spell that made the shattering sound, but one of the many flasks that adorned the other belt he wore on his shoulder. The viscous liquid splattered across the goblin's exposed torso and rather than drip down his skin, it seemed to seep into his skin.

He felt oddly invigorated as the tonic ran through his blood, and he kept on running, this time ducking low as the next bolt of lightning cracked over his head harmlessly. "Kekeke!" The monster screamed out as he grabbed another dagger from the belt, finally, this throw connected, the slim blade sank into the black hooded mage's chest.
Another mass of darkness skimmed against Steal's stomach, it seemed to hum for the moment it touched his flesh.
You have suffered 9 Magic Damage (Graze)
The goblin had closed in on his target now, another blade flashed from the bandolier as the wounded mage made an effort to dodge out of the way of the goblin's slash. Sadly this mage, although lightly-armoured, wasn't particularly agile or limber. And met his fate as the leaping goblin slashed a deep fissure into the frail human's throat

Pain arced through his side as he toppled into the fatally wounded mage. His companion had managed to get a good strike on the goblin when he was otherwise distracted, arcs of electricity had sprung from his staff in the same moment that Steal had ended the life of the black-hood.
Steal screeched in pain again, that damnable lightning hurt. His health was too low and he didn't know if any of the vials that were strapped along his shoulder would invigorate him like the one that had smashed along his skin.
So, as any coward would, he ran from the lightning-casting fiend. Another flash of electricity cracked past him as the bloodied creature sprinted for the grate, he clambered through the door as another bolt flew beside him and connected with the grate that Steal was leaping through "Gyaaaaaaaaaaaaak"
It felt like his nerves might fry, his muscles spasmed again as shocks of pain wracked his body.
The goblin tumbled forwards and crashed into the grass, the creature was so focused on its escape that it didn't bother to read or pay attention to the window that splashed into its mind.
