Sid focused on his breathing, trying to control it and maintain the rhythm that Vincent had taught him. He felt his body getting heavier as he persisted, sweat pouring down his face.
Vincent watched him closely, checking his condition and making sure he wasn't pushing himself too hard.
"The oxygen in your body controls how well your blood flows. If it's not balanced, then your body will have a hard time adjusting," Vincent explained, emphasizing the importance of the breathing technique.
As Sid continued to train, Vincent couldn't help but be impressed by his progress. "This kid is really talented," he thought to himself. "It won't take long for him to beat the 5-minute threshold."
"I had assumed that it would take him weeks to beat the 5 minutes minimum requirement," he muttered to himself.
"But it seems I've underestimated this boy's talent and body. No wonder he was able to become a One-Star Blacksmith at such a young age." He shook his head as he realized what a true genius is. But he kept his thoughts to himself. He didn't want to praise Sid too much at such a young age, afraid that it would make him complacent and hinder his growth as a swordsman.
After an hour he announced the end of the day's training, to which Sid responded with a heavy pant.
"Did I perform well, Master Vincent?" Sid asked, hoping for some words of praise.
Vincent hesitated for a moment, knowing that it was important for Sid to remain humble at his age.
"It was a decent performance, but I've seen better from others," he replied, trying to sound as nonchalant as possible.
"Ah, I see. Well, I'll make sure to work harder tomorrow then," Sid said with a chuckle, not letting the false modesty of his master get to him.
"I should get going, Master Vincent. Ben and I still have some weapons to forge," Sid said, waving his hand as he headed toward the door.
"Very well, Sid. Remember to keep practicing the breathing technique," Vincent said, nodding in approval.
"Yes, Master Vincent. Thank you for the lesson."Sid smiled and nodded.
"I'll see you tomorrow," Vincent said nonchalantly
Sid nodded in response and left the training grounds, feeling exhausted but also excited for what was to come. As he walked, he couldn't help but think about everything that he had learned and how it would help him in his quest for revenge. He knew that he had a long way to go, but he was determined to do whatever it takes to get there.

As he reached the forge, he saw Ben working on a sword, his muscles bulging as he swung the hammer with precision and strength.
"Hey there, sleepyhead. You're late," Ben said with a grin.
"Sorry, Master Vincent wanted me to train longer today," Sid replied.
"Training, huh? I thought you were too busy chasing after girls," Ben teased.
Sid rolled his eyes. "Very funny, Sir Ben. I need to work on this sword. Let's get to it."
As they worked, the sound of a hammer hitting metal filled the air, and Sid felt a sense of satisfaction as he watched the blade take shape beneath his hands.
"Is it just me, or are we making more weapons than usual?" Sid asked, looking up from the blade he was forging.
Ben glanced over at the pile of weapons waiting to be finished. "Oh, you don't know?" he asked with a grin.
"What do you mean?" Sid asked, intrigued.
"Our kingdom, Kicadel, is having some external conflicts with the Aezodal Empire. The war isn't confirmed yet, but our kingdom is already preparing for it," Ben explained.
Sid's eyes widened in shock. "A war? That's terrible."
Ben shrugged. "It's just a part of life, Sid. War is normal. And to be honest, blacksmiths like us can make a fortune during the war."
"I guess that's true," Sid replied, still deep in thought.
"You need to be realistic and practical in today's world," Ben added.
Sid remained quiet, still contemplating what he had just heard. He realized that despite his talent in blacksmithing, there was so much about the world that he didn't know.
"Maybe I ought to visit the library or read the newspaper," he muttered to himself.
"Will the war reach the Capital?" Sid asked, feeling worried about his future plans to study there.
Ben shook his head reassuringly. "Don't worry, the Capital is at the center of the kingdom, and it's the safest place because Grand Knight Desmon is guarding it."
"Grand Knight Desmon!" Sid muttered in awe, feeling the power and strength of that title.
"Grand Knight Desmon is the highest-ranking knight in the kingdom," Ben continued. "He was chosen by the King himself and is responsible for the safety of the kingdom and its people."
"I see," Sid said, impressed by the prestige of the Grand Knights.
"In fact, Grand Knight Desmon is said to be unbeatable in battle," Ben added.
Sid's eyes widened in amazement. He couldn't imagine anyone being so powerful.
"Wow, I hope to see one in action someday," Sid said, his mind filled with visions of a mighty warrior clad in shining armor.
"Be careful what you wish for, Sid," Ben replied with a chuckle. "A Grand Knight in action means something serious is happening. It's not something I wanna see.hahaha"
"I suppose you're right," Sid scratched his head, realizing that Ben's words held some truth. The moment that the strongest knight in the kingdom is forced to take action meant that something serious will happen.
"It's just scary to think about," Sid added, feeling a sense of unease.
"Scary, yes, but we have to be prepared," Ben replied, his tone serious.
Sid nodded, realizing that he needed to be more aware of what was happening in the kingdom. As a blacksmith, he may not be directly involved in the conflict, but he knew that his work would play a crucial role in the war effort.
