The eastern continent is split between 46 countries.
There are 4 major kingdoms, one for each side of the continent. The strongest is undoubtedly Izya holy state, where the Pope stays, and where the leaders of the countries gather when there is a continent wide emergency, or war against the west has started.
During times of peace between the two halves of the continent, some countries fight for more lands, although if the war becomes too massive, the pope will intervene, as he does not want them to be weakens, since the west might attack and catch them unaware.
The 4 major countries are The Izra holy state, located near the blood plains, and is somewhere where most races, except the most aggressive ones, and ones that are considered evil by nature are allowed to stay.
Then the Radash empire, a country where the elves and fairies take residence in. It is located in the most eastern part of the continent, and is highly isolationist, except in times of war.
In the south we have the Reisa kingdom. A kingdom mostly ruled by beast people, and in the north we have the Sanrid alliance, where non-dominant races are allied with each other.
The Izra holy state is ruled by the pope, which is elected when the current pope dies, or when the pope has been ruling for more than 100 years. He is elected by the cardinals. They each vote for who shall be the next Pope. They vote for the most devoted and loyal candidates.
When war with the west is held, the pope calls all leaders of the nations for a meeting. Refusing makes you a traitor, and you are attacked to check if the country has been contaminated by heretics.
When all leaders agree, the holy alliance of Izra is formed, and the armies are gathered in front of the blood plains, where they meet with the enemy armies.
It is done this way, as if a formal place for a battle isn’t formed, undead can rise.As undead are an enemy of both churches, they try to avoid forming them.
The races that reside in the eastern continent are:
The humans, although much less in number compared to the human dominated western continent.
The elves, they are big worshipers of the god of nature Izra, and anything that ruins nature is stopped immediately.
The fairies, much more magical in nature than their elven compatriots, they usually form the mages in the armies, while the elves form the warriors.
The orcs, although very few in number, they are a core part of the Sanrid alliance. They fight fiercely against the west, as they wish to fight the orc ‘traitors’ in the western continent.
The dwarves. Very few in number since they mostly worship the god of war Aran, and mostly stay in the mountain range in the middle of the continent.
The beast people. Separated in many different clans in both sides of the continent, the clans fight each other to form a unified beast people country.
Although more races exist, they are very few, or do not stay at all in the eastern continent.
As for halves, in the eastern continent they are frowned upon, but not discriminated. But in the western continent, they are outright enslaved.

Merran POV
The war was going well. We fixed our food problem, and took many holdings in the coasts of the surface people. We destroyed 3 surface people kingdoms, and ruined most cities in the entire coast. Our armies were crushing them and we were begging to think that we would win and take all of the coast.
And it all ended after three weeks. A human named David crushed our armies with his magic. He was apparently a chosen of the god if Izra. He and his three female companions crushed everything we fought for, and chased us out of the land.
Although all would work out if Arlus were to bless a random guy, and make him fight the hero, he hasn’t showed stupid face since.
Speaking of Arlus, his religion has spread on our population like a disease. Whenever I go, all I hear is the worshiping of him. Idiots, the only thing he brought us is a decrease in population, so the food is no longer a problem. We took the idea from the surface people and made some farms of sea weed too.
Is Arlus even his name? I heard from someone that the surface people in the west have started to worship two new gods. Orlus the god of mischief, and Urlus the god of truth. Are they three different gods, or is it the same one. If it is, Orlus is probably the first one, and he is very creative at making names...
Although the most bizarre part is what the surface people do before battle. Imagine 20000 surface people singing and dancing some strange song like their lives depend on it. They started doing it at around the middle of the war.
Royal Road is the home of this novel. Visit there to read the original and support the author.
Anyways right now we are preparing a huge army, ready to march in and try to kill the hero and retake the captured lands. We killed every surface anywhere near the coast.
Anyways, hopefully Arlus shows up and gives a hero or two, or at least help us in some way.

David Williams POV
Killing the last of the strange monsters, I look around and see my companions finishing up too.
When I first arrived in this world, the first thing I was taught was magic and swordplay. Magic came incredibly easy to me, probably because of the blessings the naked god gave me. As for swordplay, I absolutely sucked.
Anyways, the magic in this world is amazing, and the possibilities seem endless. Thanks to the blessing, I was considered incredibly OP. So OP in fact, that a week after, I was sent solo against around a hundred dish monsters. I call them murlock.
When I killed my first murlock, I was very scared, and almost vomited. Although reassuring myself that these are monsters that kill and eat people, I stopped myself.
Thankfully, the gore was minimal, as I burned them alive with my flame magic.
After my first battle, I was roaming around, and saw a village attacked by the murlocks. After seeing the remains of the villagers, I was enraged and killed them all. The only survivor was an elven girl, and boy was she beautiful.
Apparently, she seemed very proficient at the sword, and survived by locking herself in a room, and killing all the murlocks that attacked her with a wooden stick she found. She seemed to have body reinforcement magic too.
After talking to her, I saw that she was a tsundere. A big one too. First harem member get, I guess.
As for the other two, the first one is a beast kin girl of the wolf tribe. I saved her from some bandits, and as gratitude, she pledged her eternal loyalty to me. I was stunned at first, but it seemed to be a wolfen tribe custom.
Second harem member get. In a cliche way too.
As for the last one, she is a fairy. Although I say fairy, she is as big as a normal person, and the only difference is her wings. I got to know her from a battle. She apparently is a genius for her race, and seeing me better than her at magic, a human, destroyed her pride. She made herself my apprentice, although I told her that there was nothing to teach her, she insisted. Later someone told me that fairies are attracted to people stronger than themselves. Third harem member get.
As for the church, they haven’t tried anything yet. The god warned me though, so I will keep a lookout.
Also the churches holy dance and song is.. Disturbing to say the least. One time I walked in on a priest, and he naked and all, was dancing and singing it. The orc priest had quite an amazing package...
Their armies sing and dance it too. Watching an army leave the capital while doing that, and the population doing it too, is quite an amazing sight.

Zran POV
I am an orphan. My father is who knows where, and my mother died while birthing me.
Living as an orphan is quite bad. I have to scavenge for food, even eating rats sometimes.
The people treat you as scum, and someone that isn’t supposed to even be alive. I am quite lucky in fact, as I haven’t been enslaved, although they probably thought I was more trouble than I was worth.
Slaves huh. It would be nice if there were no slaves. Looking to a seemingly happy family from afar, I sigh. Why can’t I be like them. If i was a little stronger, I might have a better life.
I live in the country of Zefaria, a place where the strong rule.
I heard news about two new religions and countries, they apparently don’t enslave, and all people are given a chance.
I am 15 years old. In one week i become 16 and I can join the army. I probably will die, but at least I’ll die fighting, and not starving in this shitty country. How good would it be if a genie would come and grant me three wishes, no, even if it was a devil I would do it. Heh, who am I kidding.
***
A girl was being attacked by some guy. I could intervene, but I’d probably die. Whatever, I have lost all hope when my volunteer request was denied. Walking to them, I punch they guy in the face. A week punch, but he losses his balance and I continue attacking. 16 years as an orphan have taught me a little how to fight. Although after several seconds, he gets up, gets a dagger, and stabs me. Whatever, I gave up long ago.

I am in a white room. And before me, a very terrifying being is there. A god maybe? I died so this is the afterlife?
“Hello Zran” He speaks, looking at my very soul.
“H..Hello”
“I am Aran, the god of war. I saw that my religion is in quite a bit of trouble, and I summoned you here. Be my hero and lead them to glory, destroy the heretics.”
So god is in front of me. I was never religious, but I still kneel. A hero huh, if god chose me, I’ll accept even if i think I’m not fit. “I accept your holiness.”
“Excellent. I shall grant you enormous physical strength and inner magic manipulation. Although as a warning, be wary of Izras hero. He is a mage. I am sure that you will be able to bear him, but you will need determination of a thousand men. Now goodbye, and let us see again later.” He says with a creepy smile.

Orlus POV
I appear before the pope of Aran. Renun is his name I believe.
“My loyal servant, I have appeared with good news.” He is stunned, but kneels.
“Your divine grace!”
“A hero shall come in a few hours. His name is Zran I have blessed him with physical strength and inner magic manipulation like none seen before. Make him a warrior and let him destroy the heretics and vile believers of Izra. Goodbye”
Teleporting away, I go to an imperial school, and look at the prince of Radash, Granut. I have made him make plans to capture the throne and start a war to create chaos in the eastern continent.
With this, the board of the game has been set. Now I wait, and see the world burn in chaos. It took a bit of preparation, but this will be very, very fun.
