Why is life so boring?I thought, looking at all the homework in front of me.

In those 22 years I've been living, never something exciting has ever happened to me. I mean no girl jumping on me or any harem, no monster apocalypse that gives power to everyone and gives me a chance to rise above anyone else, nothing.

Of course, I could've tried to work toward anyone of these jobs, I could have any girl I want or so they (the few friends I had)  said, I'm not ugly, I could even be considered as handsome if I just gained some muscles, I could also be the strongest if I just worked hard enough and learnt some martial arts.

Is it too much to ask for a cheat in real life that I can exploit to be the best?Or a wake-up call that will force me to change? 

That was what I was honestly hoping for so that I will not just finish school and just blend into society.

I looked around for a moment, but nothing.

Well, it would be known if you just have to wish it for something to happen.

Finishing my homework took more time than expected as it was already 10 pm.

Making a meal, eating it and reading some light novel and it was already midnight.

Jumping into my bed and closing my eyes, it was time to sleep.

Thinking back about the day I sighed...It was just another boring day...

"Or was it?" unknown

But of course I didn't hear it, I was already asleep.
