Aditya looked as the surroundings slowly turned grey. Everything around him turned into a black and white movie immediately and a holographic screen appeared in front of him.
[ROUND 2: College Campus
Objective: Kill at least one creature of Danger Level 2.
Tip 1: Try your best to not get injured. Player will feel the pain in real time after the round is over.
Tip 2: Try not die. Player will be died of Brain stroke due to natural causes if he dies in the round.
Tip 3: More than one type of creature is selected to be the enemy for the Player, so the player should act wisely and choose the suitable opponent.
Remark: There would be a special ranking for this round and the player would get a special gift based on this special ranking which would be determined by the time taken to clear the round.]
Aditya looked at the notification carefully and the interface disappeared.
He then looked at the large pile of the wooden products in the corner and noticed that something is glowing as the products started moving around.
[It seems like your estimation is right. The termites are categorized as enemies in this round.]
Ram said from the side.
Aditya just nodded and closed the workshop door instantly. He didn’t dare confront them directly and from the looks of it, it seems like there are more than two creatures with Danger Level 2.
Even if his strength has gone up a bit, he knew that he is not strong enough to act rashly.
He closed the door and ran towards the Internal Combustion Lab. The door was locked, so he took out the metal limb from the inventory and started using the pointy end at the lock of the door.
*CLANG* *CLANG*
The sound of metal hitting metal could be heard around and soon the lock came off. Aditya looked at the metallic limb that didn’t even have a scratch and couldn’t help but admire it a bit.
*BANG*
But all of a sudden he heard the loud banging sound from behind. That brought him out of the daze. The metal door of the carpentry workshop has a large dent protruding out.
He ran into the lab and looked around. Finally spotted fuel cans.
There are some stationary and some mobile internal combustion engines that are used for teaching the students on how to test, so obviously fuel is needed. He took one diesel can and one petrol can. He stored one can in the inventory and carried one while holding the metal limb in the other hand.
Before he came back, he slipped into the heat transfer laboratory to get a matchbox used for flash and fire point tests and ran back to the carpentry workshop.
He didn’t go to the entrance though, he ran to the side of the building where there is a large barred windows, he wanted to break the glass and pour the fuel inside before lighting it up.
But the process didn’t go smoothly, he placed the fuel can on the ground before breaking the window, but what awaited him is not the gap to pour the fuel, rather it is the termites trying to get through the barred window.
With the sudden sight, Aditya fell on the ground in shock and backed away a bit by instinct.

He heard a sound which could be considered a mix of crickets sound and the metal scratching on the metal as the termites tried to bit the bars off of the window, he couldn’t help but shiver in fright.
He looked around for the bug limb and stood up anxiously before trying to take deep breaths to calm down.
*BANG* *BANG*
But the banging sound on the metal door of the workshop is not exactly helping him.
He just gritted his teeth and yelled.
“SCREW IT.”
Before he ran directly to window and used the pointy end of the metal limb to stab the termites.
*STAB* *STAB* *STAB*
Some weird liquid is being sprayed out of them, but he could see that the termites are falling one by one, but soon the fallen was replaced by a new one. This went on for a minute and Aditya is sure that he killed at least eight of them.
Each one of them is at least a foot in diameter. In the process he noticed that the metal bars are indeed been worn down by their teeth and got ready to take action. He stopped the stabbing and lifted fuel can, before pouring it down the window.
“Hiss.” Aditya hissed as he saw a line of blood coming out of his arm.
One termite, managed to scratch his arm through the window. It almost felt like someone cut his hand with a razor blade. It is too clean and sharp.
*BANG* *BANG*
The constant banging on the door became louder and louder and Aditya became terrified as he looked at the wound on his arm.
*BUZZ* *BUZZ*
All of a sudden, he heard the buzzing sound he is extremely familiar with but absolutely terrified of.
He looked at the source and was stunned by what he saw.
Mosquitoes are coming from far away and he widened his eyes disbelief.
He tried to pour down as much as fuel as he can. Inside the room most of the wood has already caught fuel and he threw a match inside hurriedly.
The wooden products caught flame.
*SCREECH* *SCREECH*
The termites started making sounds of agony.
Aditya didn’t dare stay there and placed the matchbox in his pockets before running to the opposite direction of the mosquitoes that are coming at him.
*BANG* *CRASH*
But he halted in his tracks as he looked at the large termite in front of him.
This termite is big and the rear end of the creature is burning with flames. He looked into the carpentry workshop and there is a large fire, everything that could be flammable is burning and some termites scattered outside while burning while screeching.
He couldn’t even take in the stench of them burning.
Now to his right, there is the large termite that has a health bar reducing slowly as its rear is on fire and on his rear a bunch of mosquitoes are making their way.
So, he came back to himself pretty quickly and started running straight forward with all his speed.
There is no way he could contend with them all at once. He is not even sure if he could take the termite down by itself and the good old mosquitoes are a pain in the ass.
As he ran forward an intersection came where he wanted to take a right, but was stunned by what he saw. A few ants are running towards him with one ant as big as the termite walking behind all the other ants.
Three ants even directly came in his way and he reflexively stabbed them with the metal limb he had in his hand. One of them died instantly and the other one was injured, he just kicked the third one to the side.
“Argh” He couldn’t help but groan in pain as he felt the pain in his foot for kicking it like that. But he ran forward without caring much and soon he is already near the SAE shed.
Luckily, there are no more creatures that spawned here. He immediately ran into the shed and closed the shutter, but two ants and a termite slipped in.
Aditya ran towards the platform and started stabbing the three creatures.
*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*
The creatures are once again hitting forward and they are even trying to get through the windows. He is completely locked up here.
Aditya knew that this would be stupid if he lit fire in this place, he wouldn’t get any oxygen to breath and would choke himself to death.
He looked around and tried to find something that could help him get through this situation and his eyes landed on the gas welding equipment in the surroundings.
He gritted his teeth and dragged the equipment towards the rear window. Then he took out the petrol can and threw it down so that it would flow towards the entrance.
Then he lit up the gas welding torch and wore a welding mask, kept the metal limb in the inventory.
He turned the gas flame on as he aimed it at the window bars.
The mosquitoes are the ones that are trying to get inside through the window as they are in the rear of the complete pursuit.
As the gas flames raged, the mosquitoes started burning down. Aditya has no hopes of burning the whole window grill down, he knew that would be unrealistic to do in the minute or two time he has left.
So, he started burning the mosquitoes particularly their wings so that he would have some air to breath.
*BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *CRASH*
The metal shutter finally couldn’t hold and crashed.
By now, Aditya has enough breathing space in the window due to the mosquitoes he burned to death.
He kicked the petrol can towards the entrance and aimed the torch at the spill.
