Volume Two: Revenge
On the Planet of Paradis, surrounded by two dying stars, there is an eternal sunsent, and night never comes, except every one thousand years for an entire week. The Week of Night ends on the Night of Sin, a week of parades, festivals, celebrations, and ends with a final bang, the day when you can release all your inner demons.
This week will be different from the others, as Nero has planned his own celebration for two years, waiting patiently to kill those who had hurt him, defiled his body, and made him a monster. For the entire week, he will kill, burn, and take everything away from those who took everything away from him.

The schedule is changing because I am taking intensive French courses during the summer, since I'm an overachiever and believe I need to finish two years of French in six months, because why not?
Anyway, the updates will now work like this:
The first four chapters will come out today, at 4 PM EST and then one prolouge chapter will update every day, up until the chapter Bridezilla. After that it won't be every day any more, updates will be on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, at 4PM EST.
This is to also ensure I can finish the second half of volume two, finally finish the cover of Volume Two, draw the cover for Volume Three, which I want to put Levi on the cover of. When Volume three starts, I would like to be finished with alll the character deisngs for the manga for the written part of volume one. Once I finish the second half of Volume Two it will go back to daily updates and you guys can get your fix again, lol.
I want more fight scenes, longer battles! Less frequent updates doesn't mean I won't keep with the schedule!
The reason it took me so long to finish Part One of Volume Two is because it introduces the main plot. Yup. Volume One was the fucking prolouge, haahahahaha .... ahh....Just the first half of volume two alone is the same size as volume one. I wrote most of Volume Two in two weeks, finished in the second week of January, and now its May, and I am still editing it as we speak, Jesus is testing me, I am getting an F.

I rewrote Ace and Levi's part five times between that period, Nero's thrice, because I wanted to make it shorter and I wanted to tie everything together from 1.5 as well. Also, I'm panicking because if the ending of Volume Two hinges on the rest of the series as a whole. It was a pretty big deal for me the entire time.
There are so many major changes I honestly am considering making an entire page detailing the different versions and different endings at the end of volume author's notes because some endings were nothing close to the one that I put up in the end...and I am kind of considering use them as alternate timelines as well.... whoooooo, ahaha.
Also I decided to finally deal with the elephant in the room many readers were probably wondering about:
Supervillains.
They're introduced, and as you imagine the only difference between the heroes and the villains in this story is that one group is government sponsored and the other isn't.
Hot take of the century.
The show up more in the volumes afterwards, but they're mostly in the second half of Volume Two.
Also, to that one guy who was upset about no dragons in Volume One.
It's not showing up in this one either, lmfao.
