I will be describing some of the unfamiliar words from the two previous volumes here and won’t be including those which will be better explained in Volume 3.
1. Aptitude test - A necessary test taken by every child after attaining the age of 5 years. The test is conducted through a device called Magic Globe which detects the aptitudes of individuals with every magic base when they put their hands on it. This test is important to determine a child’s future in the magic ridden world of Gaia.
2. Innate/inborn talent : Every individual in Gaia is born with a special ability which can both be an active and passive ability. The usefulness and power of such abilities vary. (Will be further explained in Volume 3)
3. Solmer - One of the four seasons of Gaia. The summer season of Gaia.
4. Svarga - the holy country of Gaia claiming to be the hotspot of Jehovah worshippers. Jehovah being the supreme god creator of Gaia.
5. Contracted spirit - A spirit is an entity made of pure mana which forms contracts with people it deems worthy.
6. Lunar Clan - A clan formed by the guardian of the moon god who was constantly at odds with his twin brother who was the guardian of the sun god. Their magic centers around the moon.
7. Solis Clan - A clan formed by the guardian of the sun god who was constantly at odds with his twin brother who was the guardian of the moon god. Their magic centers around the sun.
8. Akashic Records - A combination of multiple text records of both historical events and important information written by Akasha whose identity is unknown. These texts are well hidden throughout Gaia and finding one is considered to be a blessing because of the amount of info contained in such texts.
9. Barka - A small countryside village where Areti and Melos come from.
10. Mana Circulation - A technique used for increasing one’s mana limit in small minuscule amounts. The user forcibly fastens the circulation of mana in the mana veins which stresses the body to produce mana faster which in turn leads to an increase in the mana limit to stop the user from dying of excess mana.
Some of the Council Members will also be given basic character description later.
