Author's note : Ahah, I made a second chapter this week because I had the time and I felt like it.... so enjoy the first chapter of this second volume.

“We're finally at Rising dragon city ! So what do you think about it Klayne ?”

I observed this gigantic city, well I tried to, since there was walls of around thirty meters tall around the city. According to Clara there was four gates and they were rarely used by people other than hunters and guards. Since I have the time and that I was wondering since a few days ago when I encountered Clara and the others, I decided to ask.

“Well I don't see the city, but do you mind if I ask you something ?”

“Not at all, go ahead.” She answered while smiling toward me...

“Sigh...” I could only sigh, seeing the other two men glaring at me with cold eyes during these days of travel and even now.

[It's jealousy kid, jealousy....]

“What's the matter Kayne ?”

“Nothing nothing, so I was wondering how can I get a class ?”

“A class ? Wait ! You said that you don't have a class ?! You are a level 33 but already this strong, the only things I could think about were training and a legendary class, but to become so strong with training it would be too hard then, I assumed you had a very powerful class....”

“Hmm... so how can I get one ?”

“Ah ! Sorry I was taken aback by what you said, so you normally have to reach level 25 and use a command, the system will automatically give you or create a class which suit you the most. However, when you are level 100 your class will evolve as well as level 200, but after we don't know at all.”

As they said this, the sky began to change color, a whirlpool made out of dark black clouds just above me, the sound of thunder reasoning from all around, the surroundings went all quiet.

Clare shouted “What are you waiting ?! Now that you said that, sat cross legged, concentrate all your strength to resist the lightning. If you lose consciousness you'll die !”

Without waiting, I trusted her and waited until Xavash said in a worrying voice.

[Kid, you are in danger, I feel heaven's power coming towards you... we'll help you resisting this divine wrath you brought on you. Use your qi to form an armor.]

To survive I obeyed him and closed my eyes, I regulated my breathing and waited.

“It's totally crazy, he'll die ! Nobody survived this, not even the five strongest humans. If he doesn't take the blessing from the oracle he will have to survive through the nine lightnings....” Henry said worried.

“Shit shit shit ! I can't take it anymore, why did he had to say it without the blessing ?! Clara say something for fuck's sake !”

“Well you guys better watch Kayne... it seems there won't be a second chance to see it.” Clara said as she pointed her finger toward Kayne.

As the two men watched Kayne, their eyes were wide open at this magnificent sight.

““huh ?! What's that ?””

The nine dragons took the form of Japanese dragons, circling all around Kayne's body to protect him, with nine different colors and auras.

“Dragons ? Dragons came to protect him.... he seems more and more interesting, hey you two, didn't you hear that when someone tries to get his class like that, there is the heaven's voice or something like that ?”

“Ah yeah true, but there is one sentence by lightning so nobody knew the true text.”

“It's also different for each person I think...”

“Better take notes, we can sell it at a high price as information concerning the system.”

However, nobody thought about what the citizens saw in the sky, they obviously could hear the sound of thunder and observe the whirlpool of dark clouds.

In the tower at the center of the city, in a room were gathered ten people, including the hunter's guild master, the strongest hunter of the city, and a few other powerful people.

“Hmpf ! A fool wanting to get a job but will die !”

“Fumu ! There is no chance he will survive the fourth lightning !”

“I agree, if he wanted to get a class why not asking the oracle ?”

“By directing heaven's wrath upon himself he'll die.”

“We are never certain of something, we have to watch this unfamiliar sight till the end, if by miracle he doesn't die, then we'll have to train him.”

They all nodded and observed heaven's wrath, they were confident in their power, nobody dared to imagine that Kayned was stronger than all of them and he could kill these ten people in two or three minutes.

Back to where Kayne was, the two men and the girl were waiting to see what will happen to this man who was protected by dragons.

Then, as if to answer their curiosity a loud roar was heard and a white lightning struck Kayne. An emotionless voice was heard after the lightning.

[[[I cry from the madness then reach for a hand.]]]

While the first lightning struck Kayne's body it didn't even leave a trace, the second one was coming and this time all his qi was concentrated to create his armor, when it struck him it didn't leave a trace but his body shook a little.

[[[Stay on the lifeline till I understand.]]]

The third one hit the armor and broke it but no trace was left on his body.

[[[I watched my worlds collide and drive me underground.]]]

The fourth one hit him while destroying his armor and burning his left arm which quickly regenerated.

[[[I've been to hell and beat the Devil down.]]]

When the fifth one hit him one dragon moved and protected him.

[[[I'm all I have I'm all I need.]]]

The sixth one hit and two dragons protected him while unleashing loud roar.

[[[I fought and won.]]]

The seventh one hit him and four dragons protected him while roaring louder than before.

[[[And now I'm free.]]]

The eighth one hit him however, eight dragons protected him but even with that, the power was enough to burn Kayne.

[[[The last survivor...]]]

The ninth lightning descended from heaven with crimson color, the earth shook and split open while Xavesh finally helped the other dragons to protect Kayne. They circled around the lightning using their aura to suppress its power but in the end it destroyed Kayne's armor with the left side of his body.

[[[Hell's last survivor.]]]

Every person watching from afar had their eyes wide open and jaw dropped, filled with awe. The city quickly turned into chaos while Kayne's body was regenerating before the eyes of two men and one girl.

“What's that ? He really survived the nine lightnings, but what's with this scary text.”

“Impossible just impossible......”

“It has to be an illusion, right right....”

“Ah shut up you useless men...” Clare answered because she was angered by their reactions.

“No it's not that, watch his body, his left side was totally destroyed, yet it's clearly regenerating !”

“Huh ?!”

While they observed Kayne from afar, he was in too much pain to move until Xavash talked to him.

[Kid you are very lucky to have survived heaven's wrath, even if luck has nothing to do with it, you have just a great body.]

“Ahah, thanks to have protected me, however I fear that I am going to lose consciousness... it's not just painful but my mind is too tired...”

When I opened my eyes again I was in an unfamiliar room, I was on a bed , the walls were made white and there was two windows, it seemed like a hospital...

Class Hell's last survivor : You survived through hell and this class is the symbol of your pain.This class add nothing and bring nothing to you, it allows you to choose your path and break the rules of fate.

While I was cursing I detected someone approach me with my qi.

“Who are you ?” I used a cold voice filled with a little of killing intent.

“Ah s-sorry, I was just sent to see if you have woken up, wait a minute I'll go tell my superior.”

“Hmm ?”

I waited for his superior and decided to kill him if I need to. After one or two minutes, the door opened and a bald old man two meters tall with a white long beard entered in the room.

“So you are awake ? It was quite impressive to survive the nine lightning at level 33.”

“Who are you ? Why am I here ? What do you want ?” I coldly asked with killing intent.

I stared at him as if he was an ant, but he kept his smile and continued to talk.

“Ahah I am the city's strongest hunter, as to why you are here, it's because you have fainted and you can be healed here. To answer your last question I'll go straight to the point, become a hunter !”

“I don't want to become your pet.”

“My pet ? No no, what I want you to do is kill monster, it seems that you need some training and gain a few levels but I'll help you.”

“I don't need your training nor do I need to kill monsters for you.”

Ah yes I didn't tell but when you look at a human the only thing you see is his level. Nothing else, however, if you want to hide your level you can do it with a command in your stats window. I'll do it when I'll gain a few levels.

This man was actually level 132 but he was considered as this city's strongest hunter, he surely has some skills but I don't feel any dangers towards him, it should be easy to beat him.

“eheh...eheheh....Ahahahahahah ! You ?! Make me suffer ?! Such a joke for someone so weak ! I'll let you kneel before me and beg for mercy or else I'll take one of your leg and one of your arm, as well as an eye.”

“You bastard ! I'll show you who is the boss !”

'Hmpf, crazy man, in the first place why does he wants to use me ? Well no matter, he brought it upon himself.'

I caught his fist with one hand, then, I stood up released my killing intent and hit him in the stomach, he was sent flying towards the wall but it got destroyed and he landed on the ground in the hallway.

“I said it didn't I ? I don't need your training.”

This man was trembling in fear while blood escaped from his mouth and nose. I stopped my killing intent which caused him to stop trembling but I was not done.

“Then I'll take you the left eye as well as the left arm and the left leg.”

“No no wait please ! I beg you just don't cripple me ! If you do it, I will lose my job and will starve to death without money ! I beg you please ! Please I beg you, I'll become your slave ! Just don't take my-”

“Ah ! Shut up, you trash ! Nobody is allowed to look down on me, I told you to beg earlier so why didn't you do it before ? Now it's too late.”

I walked towards him, created a sword with my qi then, I cut his leg, no blood was flowing because I burned his wound with fire magic. I heard his cry of pain but I continued by separating his left arm from his body, this time I also used fire magic.

“AAAAAAAAAArgh ! Please stop ! Please.... I'll do everything ! So stop.....”

Without even taking his pleas into account I stopped to use my sword and instead reached toward his left eye with my hand, I gripped it with my finger while I heard him cry and convulse because of the pain. I pulled it out of its socked and cut the optic nerve, and because I'm not the devil I let him with his eye.... in his mouth.

When I looked around I saw the nurses and doctors looking my way, with disgusted faces.

“What do you want ?”

They all lowered their heads as if they didn't see a thing.

“Hmpf, I'll leave him to you.”

As I said that I left by jumping from the window, I used wind magic to decrease my falling speed and landed on the ground without a sound.

“Hmm... Xavash can you give me some casual clothes, you will find them in my memory, it's not like that I don't want the one I'm wearing but I'll be out of place with them.”

He didn't answer but my clothes turned into a white shirt and blue jeans with black shoes.

“Really casual...”

I walked through the streets and when I saw my reflection on the window I discovered that in six years my face didn't change at all, it was like I was not even twenty.

'Is it because of my race ? Maybe my lifespan has greatly increased.'

Without worrying about a thing I continued to walk until I saw a huge building with “Hunter's guild” written on it.

'If I want to go in other cities one day, I surely need an identity, but now I have nothing to prove who I am.... maybe being a hunter can be used as an identity to enter a city... I'll directly ask them... ah before that I'll hide my level, I don't want to be bullied by them.'

When I opened the door to the hunter's guild I was welcomed by a huge room, like it was a totally different world, it seemed as if I was in one of these adventurer guild in games. There was people talking, laughing, eating and drinking around dozen of tables, when I looked around there was a huge screen with the price of cores, monster loots etc...

I began to walk and saw five beautiful women in professional suit, and I thought 'Such cliche'. I began to walk toward one of them and asked.

“Excuse me, I have a question.”

“Yes, what is it young man ?”

This beautiful blond haired woman with blue eyes and charming curves answered me with an even more beautiful voice, however, I couldn't care less about it.

“Can I use the status of hunter to enter a city ?”

“Hmm yes, you just need to register as a hunter then we will create a badge with unknown techniques to prove your status as hunter, this badge allow you to freely circulate between cities, of course if you cause trouble with your status of hunter then we will arrest you, sent you into jail and take back your badge. But are you really lvl.65 ?”

'lvl.65 ? Ah crap, I forgot about that !'

“Ahah, no I'm not, I just wanted to ask, thanks for the information young lady.”

“No need to thank me.”

After going out of this hunter's guild I waited for night to come and used qi to jump above the walls, I was once again out of the city.

'So now, I need to grind a little, ahah.'
