Mana, or mental energy created through running aspect into a source, most commonly the brain, will start crystallizing upon contact with the air.
This is refered to as aether. Most commonly known for it's initial bluish tint, with faint transparency, and bright glow.
The material can take on the properties of materials such as cloth, metal, glass, and other variants, as long as the neccesary changes are done before it finishes crystallizing.
One common use is a relatively flat hard but flexible center material, and extremely sharp but fragile edge, which can be fixed during use.
This results in a horrifically sharp blade which breaks and chips, but reforms near instantaneously, and is capable of sheering through hard objects without too much concern on how much damage it would do to the blade.
This is similiar to a multi-alloy blade. An aether blade is considered a temporary weapon, meant to be used for however long a conflict lasts, and how much mental energy you can afford to use, before being discarded.
Ese, or extrasensory energy, commonly runs through the spine, and nervous system. Which does include the brain, and there are some overlaps, but It would be a good day if I did not have to fully go into the anatomy of everything, as I would have to open up quite a lot of files to brush up on the basics.

It's been a while. Anyways.
Ese's byproduct is Spark. Another word for electricity, one which is fully capable of charging modern household appliances, all the way to creating plasma, and obsidian.
The electricity is most often used for extending a certain sense of touch through the air, as anything which approaches is struck by a spark, and detected.
It can also be used to see in the dark, and hear things, but that's both iffy and dangerous, and requires something to properly convert visual or auditory information, into Spark, and into your head.
Finally life-force almost always takes on a certain liquid form, and is refered to as flow. Flow is similar and common to aura, from other commonly know power systems.
The expelled excess life force, can enhance the body from the inside and the outside, allowing superhuman feats with the super likely chance to rip an arm off, to be done safely.
It also can reduce the amount of strain and forces which acts upon the body, allowing for longer periods of activity.
Rather than being enhanced, users of Flow have described the sensation as being inside a safety bubble. One where if you swing as hard as you can, you hand is as protected as it is in a boxing glove. You get hit by a bullet, and it feels like you had steel plates on.
You jump from a building and land as if the ground was made of woodchips.
Something like that.
All in all, this was a very brief and shallow explanation on the three byproducts of Mana, Ese, And life-force.
Aether, Spark, and Flow.
Now, it is time for some snacks.
