Meno took a deep breath, his fingers delicately tracing the contours of Kiya's face. He knew that he had caused her pain, that his actions had shattered the illusion of their idyllic life together. But now, as they lay tangled in each other's arms, he couldn't bear to keep the truth hidden any longer.

"I am not who you think I am," Meno confessed, his voice laden with regret. "I have done things...unspeakable things in the pursuit of power. And I fear that those actions have consequences far beyond what I could have imagined."

Kiya's eyes searched his, a mixture of curiosity and apprehension shimmering within them. She reached out and placed a hand on Meno's chest, her touch seeking reassurance amidst the storm of emotions that raged within her.

"Tell me everything," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I want to know the truth, no matter how harsh it may be."

And so, with each word spoken, Meno revealed the depths of his sins and the darkness that had consumed him. He told Kiya about his secret experiments, the manipulation of cosmic forces, and his sacrifices in his quest for ultimate power. He spoke of forbidden knowledge and deals struck with entities from other realms. He of their son and his true aspirations for the boy's future.

The latter was what Kiya found most difficult to accept.

As Meno bared his soul, Kiya remained silent, absorbing every word with a mix of horror and fascination. She had always suspected that there was more to Meno than met the eye, but these revelations surpassed even her wildest imaginings.

"The necklace I gave to our son," Meno started, his voice steady but filled with a hint of regret. "It is not just an ordinary relic. It is a key, a key to unlocking the power within the galaxy gem."

Kiya's eyes widened in astonishment. "The galaxy gem? The one that can release the seal on his partner?"

Meno nodded solemnly. "Yes, love. Our son's familiar is not just any ordinary star beast. It is a being of immense power that has been sealed away for countless ages."

A mix of curiosity and concern washed over Kiya's face. "But why would they be separated for so long? And why is it imperative for our son's foundation to be set as a human?"

Meno sighed heavily. "The separation is necessary because their powers are too overwhelming when combined. If they were to remain together from the start, it would be nearly impossible for our son's human side to develop and grow. The primal instincts of his partner would forever overshadow him."

Kiya frowned, struggling to comprehend the magnitude of words spoken by her heart's obsession.

Desolate Wyvern Mountains - Three years later.

The round moon hung high in the air, and the stars filled the night sky. Merely within this ribbon of stars, fireworks popped all over the skyline, spreading magical and dazzling colors. The power of different elements threw the climate here into disarray.

"How the hell could one man kill eight of us so easily?" a voice called out desperately. "You damn demon dragon, today you die!" screamed another.

"KILL~!" A chorus of rage-filled voices echoed through the valley.

Snow wreaked havoc through the land, covering the mountains and valleys below in a veil of silver flurries as the wind howled treacherously. From afar, the sky above and the earth below all seemed to blend into one color. Eight corpses of terrifyingly grotesque devils lay on the ground, charred and lifeless. The monstrous beings were so aboriginal that they could only be called devils. Each devil was several meters tall, and four still burned with white and black flames.

The sinister force leaking from their corpses corroded the land and made the space in the area itself unstable. Within the silvery mist, there were multiple flashes of light. Several figures repeatedly clashed in the sky above this mystic mountain range stretching thousands of kilometers.

Four devils covered in black scaly skin with terrifying flesh wings threw all manner of savage attacks at one tall and muscular man covered in shining translucent sharp sword-like scarlet-golden scales. His head had a golden crown of horns, and he had a two-meter-long, spiked, and powerful tail. On his back were a majestic pair of draconic wings with power that split the void. He looked just like a dragon warrior king with two magnificent treasure swords in his hands.

"Twin Dragon Sword Style - Annihilation Wave!" the majestic figure called out in a melodic language that seemed to transform directly into draconic energy.

*BANG!*

*BANG!*

*CRASH!*

"You won't win!" Among the four devils stood a handsome dark-skinned businessman with white hair.

As he bellowed, his figure suddenly enlarged by two meters and transformed into a white devil. The white devil raised his scaled claws, condensing a mass of dark power into his palm. That dark power mass transformed into an eight-meter-long spear of darkness. The man repeatedly stabbed the majestic and powerful-looking dragon man with translucent golden scales and rippling muscles. The spear of darkness reached the dragon man before he could react.

The white devil sneered as he yelled, "DIRTY SPEAR!"

With his shout, explosions of darkness rym bombarded the spear's path.

*BANG, BANG, BANG!*

*BOOM~~~~*

The other figure was stabbed and shot back like a missile, crashing into the earth brutally before being hammered by a giant palm made of devilish dark fire. The dragon man was knocked away, crashing straight through several mountains before steadying himself. He no longer looked half-dragon. The handsome man's clothes were ragged, and there were cuts and wounds all over his insanely ripped body. However, in spite of his injuries, this man was still handsome enough to dim the sunlight.

It was none other than Rympage Meno Drakel!

"Ruinous Fist of Flame Drive!" Meno shouts in his heart.

Black and white flames suddenly burst into existence around Meno's arm. Millions of arcane glyphs depicting sky dragons seem to emerge from the void. They swam around Meno carrying the chant of dragons. Meno punched out, forming a large fist imprint covered in white and black flames. Draconic runes danced and fell into the fist imprint, increasing it by 400 times before crashing into the white-haired man in a business suit on the other side of the mountain rage.

This man was Meno's arch-nemesis Marc Raizen!

A mighty dragon roar resounded as a mass of dangerous violet-golden flames destroyed the void and impacted the three remaining devils. A massive eight-clawed divine serpent with scarlet-golden scales shining in mesmeric light crashed through the void. Its maw opened wide, displaying flaming sharp fangs as it chomped down toward Marc and company. The devils screamed in agony as the mighty dragon ate them one by one. Black blood and carnage rained from the sky.

Meno knocked Marc a thousand kilometers away amidst the devils' screams of anguish. Before Marc could recover, an enormous scarlet dragon claw came crashing down, threatening to squish him into a paste. Marc allowed himself to fall back into the shadow of a tree, where he disappeared as if he had fallen into a pool of shadows.

No trace of the villain could be detected.

At the same time, a heavenly boundary formation appeared in the sky, and a crimson lightning bolt hammered mercilessly into Meno. Injured and pathetic, Meno tumbled from the sky for miles before a mighty dragon roar shocked him awake. Meno flipped around to catch himself in the air.

"Amenophis, we do not have much time!" Brother Meno hopped onto the back of his scarlet-golden familiar.

Amenophis, a majestic and ancient true dragon of royal lineage, loomed over the landscape with a body stretching for miles. Its scales glimmered in the sunlight, a fiery mix of scarlet and gold that were as sharp as diamonds. Each individual scale was rhomboid-shaped, adding to the creature's intimidating presence. The sun seemed to dance off its scales, casting a shimmering glow around it.

The dragon turned into a scarlet blur as it sped off from the scene at a speed that quickly broke the sound barrier.
