I stared into his sickly green eyes. His powers were fully unleashed, the glow of green lighting up his blackened veins. He was using necromancy. Shit. Shit, was he—he wasn’t bringing his army here, was he?
Oh. Oh, no. I fucked up.
"Once upon a time, in a fantasy land full of magic, dragons, unicorns, and happiness, there was a girl. Everyone in the kingdom loved the girl unconditionally. She was perfect." What a dumb story. I loved it. To my great misfortune, however, that wasn't me. That was the main character, Aphrodite, in a series I'd been obsessed with. I was her annoying and hardly mentioned sister, Persephone.
I had other things to worry about, though.
If I couldn't get out of this castle before the king found out I wasn't his daughter, I would be executed! Not to mention, after that, I had to deal with the very real fact that this world was on a one-track lane toward a giant apocalypse! All I wanted to do was punch a chick in the face, I didn't think I'd appear inside the story! Is this what those gurus meant when they said to manifest your desires? Did I manifest punching Aphrodite in the face too hard?
Well great, then. Cool. All I had to do was manifest me not dying! Easy, right? I've done that before! I could do this!
This is a finished story. The main story will finish uploading by January 2nd if you'd like to follow and wait for that. The epilogue finishes around Feb.
What to expect:
- General education being a Deus ex Machina in a medieval fantasy world.
- A naive and trusting MC who likes golden retrievers in lab coats and villains
- Too many characters to keep track of, all with their own unique personalities
- A Viking with a Midwestern-American accent (Ope, welp, eh--think American-Canadian)
- A story with a complete plotline, albeit one that is easily resolved
- A happy-go-lucky revolutionary who just-so-happens to be from a unique world (she isn't isekai'd from our Earth! Yay!)
- Something silly to read and pass the time
