*the chapter begins with brock warming up by shadow boxing as isaac patiently waits*

Brock: hey Dom! get ready to ring the bell

Dom: you got it!!

Isaac: this isn’t some kind of game!!

Brock: it was never a game!

*Dom rings the bell as brock raises his fist, they circle around as brock gets closer as isaac swings his sword as brock dodges and hits a right jab to Isaac’s face*

Brock: you gotta do better than that!!

*Isaac dashes and swings his sword again yet Brock dodges and throws a uppercut with a follow up to a punch on his face, isaac stumbles and leans the ropes and sees brock running his way and attack but isaac manages to roll away in time but when isaac stood up he was met with brock throwing a powerful punch so with no time isaac blocks with his shield yet to be pushed away*

Isaac: (was he ever this strong?!!)

*isaac stumbles but caught himself*

Isaac: (I can’t let him beat me I have to do this for her!!)

*isaac powers up his magic with a white aura surrounding him*

Brock: about tike you showed us your power!

*brock takes a stance as he powers up with a dark purple aura surrounding him*

Brock: I cant wait for this!!

*the room grows humid from the power emanating from them. Isaac starts by dashing and swinging his sword downwards but brock was able to block this attack, isaac takes this chance to use his shield and ram brock with it*

Isaac: be gone!!

*the shield glows and a burst of magic was able to push brock away*

Isaac: holy magic: divine thrust!!

*Isaac doesn’t let up as he extends his sword into a magic spear as he thrust the attack at brock. The attack lands leaving a nasty bruise on brock's shoulder yet despite that he shrugs off the pain and attacks isaac with an onslaught of attacks*

Isaac: (I can’t do anything if he keeps this up)

*Isaac head slams brock and pushes him off, he grabs his shield and rams him into a corner as brock punches Isaac’s face, suddenly the bell starts ringing as Don splits them up leaving isaac confused*

Dom: alright back to your corners!!

Isaac: what?! What is this brock!!

Brock: isn’t it obvious? We’re boxing!

Isaac: you’ve never done this in our last battles!!

Brock: because I never had too, you were to easy

Isaac: you’re going to regret that!!

*they both get back to there corners as brock drinks and empires out a bottle of water as isaac denies his*

Isaac: (I have to come up with a strategy to beat him but what?...)

*after some time the bell rings signaling them to stand and fight for the 2nd round*

Brock: round 2!!

*brock engulfs his fist with his magic and hits isaac with a combo of punches*

Isaac: (fast!)

*isaac blocks more of brocks punches and counters with thrusting his shield at brock. isaac smacks brock with the shield and engulf his sword with his magic as he swings down unleashing a devastating blow, which sends brock flying to the ropes yet he uses the ropes to jump back into battle and prepares a powerful punch so with little to no time to react he jumps out of the way , leaving a cut on his face as brock crashes on the ring behind isaac*

Isaac: if he would’ve hit me with that then it would’ve been over, I hate to admit this but your skill far surpasses mine

Brock: you just realized? You’re so weak! And your sword skills doesn’t even come close to that one girl! And If you can’t beat her in that then what makes you think you can win against me?

*isaac smiles and fixes his glasses*

Isaac: because I have the perfect plan!!

Brock: oh yeah?!

Isaac: the strategy to beat you is not to have one!!

Brock: what?!

Isaac: I can just use my words

Brock: what are you talking about?!

Isaac: you wouldn’t understand after all you’re a simpleton!

*brock grows annoyed*

Brock: what?!...

Isaac: you heard what I said, you may strong but you’re an idiot!! You held yourself back by using this ring and fighting like a “boxer” when you could have fought me normally

Brock: what are you trying to say?!

Isaac: you’re afraid that I can beat you in a full on battle because you’re actually weak!

*brocks face is full of pure utter rage with veins growing and his magic aura beginning to surround him, he brings his right arm back as the magic swirls around his fist. Brock suddenly appears right in front of isaac as he swings his fist upwards landing a devastating blow enough to shatter Isaac’s shield and send him flying into the air*

Brock: shadow fist magic: devastation!!

Isaac: (so much force!!)

*brock jumps to follow him and leads with an uppercut to Isaac’s jaw then swinging down for isaac too crash on the ring below. Isaac is still managing to stand but brock doesn’t stop with his assault and continues his furious attacks at isaac*

Isaac: (he’s not letting up, my plan is working)

*brock throws a right hook but Isaac dodges and rolls away, brock destroyed the corner as he turns around and isaac holding up his sword*

Isaac: blinding light!!

*Isaac’s sword glows as it shines so bright it blinds brock, isaac uses this to his advantage to strike at brocks head. isaac attacks several more times as brocks had enough and slams his fist into the ground destroying the entire ring*

Isaac: you destroyed the ring?!!

Brock: alright fine!! It’s time to start round 3!!

*elsewhere akumo wonders around the halls still trying to find his next opponent*

Akumo: I don’t know where I am, I should’ve asked for directions

*akumo sees a sign saying hanged on a door which reads “bad guys in here”*

Akumo: this must be the place!!

*akumo enters the room preparing to fight as he is shocked to see no one around, he turns around and to his surprise the door he went through is gone*

Akumo: the door gone! Or…it was never there! Am I on drugs? Wait!

*akumo remembers the room he was in before the fight with gin shifting and taking him outside*

Akumo: this happened before…I am on drugs!! But how?! I don’t do that stuff!!

*meanwhile in a separate room with shade watching akumo through a television*

Shade: this guy is an idiot…and gin had so much trouble fighting him, he was always a disappointment

*shade walks off into the darkness with a blade, meanwhile Isaac takes a beating from brock as he hits isaac with a barrage of attacks*

Brock: fight back!!

Isaac: (he’s overwhelming me! At this rate I’m really going to lose)

*Isaac’s sword shines bright again but brock grabs isaac as he goes blind where brock bear hugs isaac and crushes him*

Brock: I’m not falling for that!

*isaac screams in pain as his eyes glow a bright yellow*

Isaac: no! Not you!!!

*Isaac explodes in which pushes brock away, to his surprise he sees isaac with new pairs of knight gauntlets and glowing yellow eyes as his glasses disappear*

Isaac: now you will have to deal with the curse that was bestowed upon me!

Brock: curse? Yeah whatever!

*brock dashes and swinging his fist with isaac retaliating by swinging his sword and both clashing as they create a powerful shockwave. They both attack with a constant rate of attacks each countering and clashing each other, where a cut appears on brocks fist as he backs off and prepares a spell*

Brock: shadow fist magic: impact shave!

*brock punches Isaac with both fist sending isaac flying and crashing to a wall, brock follows with bringing his fist all the way back and swings and lands a punch sending isaac flying through the wall and into outside. isaac grabs his sword and lifts it into the air as the sword glows and swings it down shooting out a wave of magic towards brock, where he is amazed and blocks the attack but was immediately pushed back by it. Brock tries his hardest to stop thee magic attack but it is too strong for him to do so he has no other choice but to jump away from it to where it explodes on the building behind him*

Brock: how did he get this strong?

*Isaac begins to heavily breath as the sweat falls down his face and the yellow glow in his eyes begin to dim*

Brock: lets keep this going!!

*brock leaps around and swings his fist, isaac barely dodges and hits the tree behind him which cuts the tree in half as it falls, brock swings his fist again but isaac dodges and slashes upwards hitting brock*

Isaac: (what’s going on?)

*brock continues his attacks but isaac blocks and dodges as he counters with his own*

Isaac: you’re attacks aren’t as strong as before!!

Brock: shut up and fight!!

*brock uppercuts isaac as he punches the stomach and uppercuts again, brock engulfs his fist with magic as it swings down making isaac hit the ground but isaac kicks brocks shins as he punches brock and steps back leaving them both heavily exhausted and tired*

Isaac: lets end this brock!

Brock: with one last attack!!

*brock takes a stance as isaac brings his sword back as magic engulfs his sword, brock dashes towards isaac as isaac screams and swings his blade, brock punching the sword as they struggle but isaac overpowered brocks attack and breaks his hand as he hits brock on his body and sends him flying through multiple trees*

Isaac: and stay down!!

*the gauntlet on Isaac’s arm disappears, isaac looks at his hand*

Isaac: (the curse that was bestowed upon me by the devil…)

*isaac clenches his fist*

Isaac: I will not allow myself to become his tool!

*meanwhile hayami continues her battle with rose as she’s cutting down all the vines that come her way, rose sends more vines at hayami as she’s drastically getting more worried*

Rose: dammit! Plant magic! Entrapment!!

*Vines begin to wrap around hayami as it created a sphere yet hayami slashes her way out with ease*

Rose: (seriously?! That trap was supposed pierce her!)

*Rose sees cuts on hayami and smiles*

Rose: those thorns have poison in them!! If you continue to move the way you are them you’re going to die!!

Hayami: then I’ll die fighting for what’s right!!

*hayami throws a sword at rose but rose blocks it with vines, hayami clenches her other blade as she cuts through all the vines coming face to face with rose*

Hayami: sword magic: instant flash!

*hayami slashes rose with her blade as blood gashes out from her*
