*within the north district academy, hayami and isaac each release a hostage one by one*

Hayami: make sure to follow Isaac he knows the safest exit!!

*A sudden wall of vines appear from the ground, separating hayami and isaac*

Isaac: Ms. President!!!

Hayami: I’ll be fine!! Take them and go!!

Man: you left us here…

Hayami: I know and I’m sorry for being so cruel to you but you have to listen to me

Man: why would we listen to you!! You left us all of us!! We were starved and tortured because you left us!!

Hayami: I’m sorry but I’m here now so—

Man: that still doesn’t excuse what you did!!

Hayami: please listen…

*hayami was interrupted by a vine wrapping around her arms and rammed through a wall. Hayami coughs and groans as a figure stands before her revealing to be rose*

Rose: so you’re back again are you? Is it because I have something that belongs to you?

Hayami: rose!...

Rose: don’t be so angry with me it’s your fault that you dropped it

Hayami: you have no right taking my sword away from me!!

Rose: oh please it’s just a weapon but…

*the floor cracks beneath rose as a large flower sprouts and reveals hayami’s katana*

Rose: a sword of this quality can sell for quite a lot

*hayami grows angry and dashes towards Rose but was blocked by the vines*

Rose: tell me, what can you do now that makes you different from before? Do you have a new trick? New weapon maybe?

Hayami: I don’t have anything…

Rose: then how do you think you can defeat me?

Hayami: my resolve alone will be enough!

*elsewhere akumo continues his fight with gin with explosions occurring all over the forest*

Gin: (how is he this fast?! My explosions aren’t even touching him!, dammit I can’t lose, I can’t…)

Akumo: is that all you got?!

*akumo kicks gin and sends him flying but catches himself by launching an explosion to send himself flying upwards*

Gin: try and catch me up here!!

*akumo leaps far into the air but noticed a row of sparks igniting and blowing up as he jumps, in the smoke he blocks the attack but Gin falls through and slaps an explosion onto akumo sending him crashing into the ground*

Gin: (I can do this!!)

*Gin lands on the ground then places his palms down as shoots an explosion blasting himself towards akumo. akumo gets up to see gin flying in high speeds and with quick reaction akumo dashes and grabs gin by the arm and by using the momentum he had strikes gin with a kick, sending him flying and crash to a tree*

Akumo: why do you keep trying to fight me like you’re a fighter?

Gin: what…are you talking about?

Akumo: you have an amazing magic power but you’re not using it right, a power like that is meant for distance

Gin: shut up!! I like fighting this way! Because that’s how the strong people fight!

*Gin launches himself in the air with his explosion and just as he did sends sends himself falling back down as he creates a blast of explosions, creating dust to block akumo’s vision. Gin goes through the dust trying to land a punch on akumo but he dodges effortlessly and uppercuts him, Gin retaliates by creating an explosion upfront which both sends them flying*

Gin: (I can win! I know I can!! Large explosions aren’t my only trick)

*Gin looks around the area covered in magic particles*

Gin: (every time magic is used it leaves a couple of its particles around and with my explosion magic I can control them)

*Gin places his palms together as a magic circle appears*

Gin: each particle is just small explosions dying to go off and if I collect enough of them and uses them with my magic, explosion magic: echoing wave!!

*a large wave of an explosion heads towards akumo, he blocks and takes the attack head on which creates a bigger explosion, sending out high winds and debris*

Gin: I did it!! If I tell boss I defeated him he’ll respect me!!

Akumo: why do you need that guys opinion?!

*Gin is shocked as the smoke disperses immediately*

Gin: but how?!!

Akumo: hey what’s your name?

Gin: its Gin…Gin Ismael…

Akumo: Gin you don’t seem like the type of guy to do this so why are you?

Gin: isn’t it obvious?!! Giovanni is the strongest guy anyone has ever seen no matter who you are he’ll take them down without mercy!! Besides he took me in when no one else would he saw potential in me and made me part of the 4 elites!! I have to prove to him I’m worthy of that title!!

Akumo: sounds like he only wants you for your magic

Gin: shut up!!

*Gin shoots several explosions but akumo walks through them*

Akumo: it’s a good thing we’re outside, we wouldn’t want to anyone else getting caught by your explosions

*gins eyes widen as he suddenly remembers his parents getting buried in rubble*

Gin: that’s it!!

*Gin places his hands on the ground*

Gin: I’m putting everything into this attack and making sure you get caught up in it!!!

*the ground begins to crack as light beams shoots out of them*

Gin: explosion magic!: eruption!!

*The entire forest was set off destroying the entire forest by the school, the explosion loud enough to be heard all around campus and from afar being heard by everyone*

Hayami: what was that?!!

Rose: looks like that new partner of yours wasn’t as strong as he seems to be taken out by the weakest of us!

*meanwhile Gin is exhausted as he breaths heavily and falling to his knees*

Gin: (I’m out of magic power, but I know I made our king proud today because only he could see my potential)

*Gin notices movement as he gives a face of horror to see a large dark figure within the smoke and two glowing eyes*

Gin: no it can’t be!!

*the figure attacks gun sending him rolling away and transitioning into the memories of his childhood, the sky is dark and explosions are heard from a distance he gets up breathing heavily and starts casting explosions, rubble flies everywhere*

Lil gin: don’t worry I can beat this thing I can win!!

*screams are heard from afar*

Gin: mom? Dad?!!

*Gin runs at the direction of the scream as several beast chase after him, one lunges at gin but he dodges in time as he sets of an explosion above him which causes rubble to fall on the beast, he continues running and spots his parents being cornered by a large monster with several eyes*

Gin: stay back!!

*the monster roars at gin which intimidates him*

Mom: run gin!!

Dad: we cant let you die here my boy!!

Gin: its fine I’ll kill this thing!!

*Gin cast a magic circle which he shoots an attack but bounces off the monster and into the rubble around gins parents as it fell and buried them*

Gin: No!!!

*the monster leaps at gin but he runs and shoots an explosion which sends himself flying with and crashes on the ground by his parents*

Gin: mom, dad I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean for this to happen!!

Mom: its ok sweetie its ok!

Dad: don’t blame yourself my boy just know we will always love you and no matter what you’ll become a magnificent sorcerer

*gin let’s out a cry as the monster returns and leaps at gin, a familiar woman jumps in between and blasts the monster back*

Woman: get him to safety!!

*A girl grabs gin and runs off*

Gin: sister!!

Sister: I got you don’t worry!!

Gin: we cant leave mom and dad!! They need our help!!

Sister: its too late gin!!!

Gin: no!!

*gin pulls his hand out yelling for his dead parents as he returns to the present still looking at the large figure with a scared look, suddenly the smoke disperses as akumo stands in front of gin with his hand out*

Akumo: I don’t know what happened for you to be by his side but I know you’re not them, you have amazing magic and by joining up with him I bet you felt like you would feel invincible but that things he made people do is wrong so instead of following him we should become friends!

*Gins eyes glisten and by hearing the words from akumo had given him a sense of hope*

Gin: friends?...

Akumo: my names akumo Ortiz it’s nice to meet you!

*Gin passes out as akumo grabs him, akumo notices burned scars on gin's back as he remembers the one guy getting sent flying in flames*

akumo: wait…

*akumo remembers seeing gio in the window as veins grow on his face and his magic power explode as the power is felt from all across the school campus*

Rose: what is that magic power?!!

Hayami: so he was holding back….

*elsewhere isaac is shocked feeling the intensity of Akumo’s magic power*

Isaac: amazing….

*Meanwhile within gio’s throne room he smirks as fire ignites around him*

Gio: I know that feeling better than anyone!! This rage!
