After the notification, I was able to make it just a bit bigger but not by much. When I started to try using telekinesis, I was surprised not because I stopped the dirt from floating away and losing it, but because the portals remained, they didn't require any upkeep it was like I had poked a hole through space and had to manually repair it to remove it. I nearly started to experiment with it again but stopped myself, I had to try out telekinesis to at least know what potential it had.

I tried to move the dirt up, down and around but as soon as it went too far away I lost control, and the closer it was to me the stronger the control I had over it. Not only was my control stronger the closer it was to me but also to my mana manipulation range, which actually had increased to 10 cm since I last checked.

It was like I had a layer of 10 cm ‘slime’ around me and the telekinesis moved the ‘gummy’ out to to grab and move something, stretching it and making it thinner and weaker the longer away I tried to control something. However, if something was inside my 10 cm of ‘slime’ it was under my absolute and indisputable control.

I couldn't focus on the telekinesis anymore I just had to see what portals really could do. I made 2 small portals appear on the end of 2 roots and I made a ball of compressed dirt and threw it into one portal and started to test and observe. It behaved just as I would have imagined it would but what if there were another set of portals and there were just 4 now, then 6, 8, 14, 22.

Space was starting to feel like I stacked a bunch of cards and a little blow would make it collapse. Not wanting to spend another 23 years asleep I removed 12 of them leaving me with 10 portals.

Trying to put a portal through a portal was like trying to get a mirror through a mirror, so what else was there to try?

I made the portal bend.

Space was shaking, the portal now looked like an oval with its 2 ends nearly meeting in a circle, and then a last push made space convulse. I had to completely focus on stabilizing it or the space itself would crack, but rather than scared I was thrilled, knowing the power I was playing with could break a part of the world itself killing me and everything that could possibly be in a 1000 lightyear radius around me, made me electrified, if I could laugh I would be laughing like a manic, this was tingling the worst parts of me and I would have it no other way.

Then space stopped and before me was a hollow cylinder around the end of one of my roots and I just knew I had created a weapon. I made a root out of compressed dirt and sliced it with the portal. There was no resistance it just went right through like a warm butter knife though butter. Dirt was sprayed out of the existing portal, which was looking very strange, it was a circle in space but what you saw inside the circle was a 360 degree view from the cylinder portal making me get another idea, I bent another portal but this time I bent it uneven but still flat like the waves in a river. I threw a stone though and it got absolutely shredded into a million sand particles, and once again I was exhilarated imagining a living being going through that.

My vision immediately went to the planet with extreme Bloodlyst and with just pure instinct I made a portal. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked and even more when I saw that there was indeed life on the planet. Through the small portal, I could see big beautiful trees, a lush forest with bushes and flowers.

I tried to use my skills Mana Connecting and Formless to take over the forest and eventually, the planet but something was resisting my move like it was already a part of a body, I used my tentacle to pull some dirt and grass through my portal and as soon it went though it worked and it was now a part of me.

My portal became a little bigger and I put a root through and looked around. It appears that I was in the mountains not at its peak but high enough to get a beautiful view of the world, a world full of nature. Trees as far as the eye could see, rivers through the forest connecting to an ocean in the far distance.

Funny enough I couldn't see any wildlife. At a closer look there weren't any insects either, or wait, there were some dead ones but still none alive. So there was life on this planet but they had all run away?

I suddenly remembered my aura description “aura of Death and Universal Violation.” yeah makes sense the animals ran, it was a disappointment but well I find a solution someday.

I had just got home from work felling trees, my axe still on my back and my arms sore from felling the enormous trees. As soon as I walked through the wooden fence I felt it, an aura of certain death, of wrongness, of a true monster. I fell to my knees in pure fear, paralyzed, able to hear my daughter screaming inside. After a moment I pulled myself together and it may have been harsh but I didn’t go inside, instead I went to the village chief's house, and immediately upon arrival, I saw Richard the village chief surrounded by 3 other villagers. Henry the village guard, a rather normal and good looking guy with blond hair but everyone in the village had seen his abilities in battle he was a master of the sword, Robert the village Smith was not very tall but he was built like a boulder, Hugh the oldest hunter was a cold harden killer with cold calculating eyes and a thin yet strong nimble body.

“We have to evacuate” Henry was nearly screaming in Roberts's face “And where would we evacuate boy? we’re in the goddamn mountains” Robert scowled at Robert while Hugh was silent as always and Richard deep in thought. Richard's eyes opened and made eye contact “Oh Bear good to see that you came” Richard looked around at all of us “You’re this village 4 most cable men and I have decided, Hugh, Robert and Bear will go check out the abnormality and I want Henry to stay here ready to evacuate if anything should happen” we all gave an acknowledging nod expect Henry “are you insane!” was all he said before throwing his arms into the air and walked away defeated screaming “FUCK”.
