(Anderson’s POV)
I’m glad I could help those kids at least once, with a dungeon there I should be able to make plenty and it didn’t seem outright hostile, though that last fight was a bit much. Damn I feel sluggish, need to get back to the guild for anti-venom. I didn’t think it would have any sort of poison being so new. How did it get that much mana to grow like that?
Stumbling into the guild I call out to the one person that’s always here, “Valo! I need some help here.” A woman with dark skin and long ears gives me her shoulder to get to the nearest table.
“What happened? What do you need?”
She seemed worried but still had her serious face on, “it was just supposed to be an inspection of a new dungeon. How did you end up like this?”
“Poison” I grunted, “now get me some damn anti-venom!” Valo speed walks behind the counter and grabs a small vial. “Here” she says holding it out to me, “on the house for our lack of intel and the fact that it is going to taste like rat dung.”

I guzzle it down immediately choking a bit because of the taste, it does taste like crap, but I wouldn’t be able to tell you what made the crap. “Yeah, the dungeon is level two now-“
“You got your butt handed to you by a level two dungeon?” She almost smiled at it, don’t try to hide it, I saw the corner of your mouth twitch. “How did that happen?”
“If you’d quit yer yappin I’d tell ya” my native accent coming out a bit in the irritation, “sorry, it has rats and spiders, wasn’t much but when I went to the basement to get a chest it had both of its avatars guarding it. It’s in my notes and my recording.” I handed her the clip board and amulet. “This dungeon isn’t normal, it also has eight residents already. Sentient ones.”
She gives me a glare, “that’s not a funny joke Ander-“
“It’s not a joke” I cut her off, this isn’t the time to play around, “eight sentient residents and a voice at level two. This is anything but normal. The voice is the half elf girl, Tiara.” Valo ponders what I said with a bit of a scowl. This is indeed very out of the ordinary for dungeons, we need to be cautious with this.
“A voice already, and it’s sentient? Not an avatar?” She asks.
“You heard me.” I say, I know I joke a lot but this isn’t something I’d mess around with. It’s why you trusted me with this to begin with.
“We’ll need to do more checkups on this dungeon than normal. At least it’s not hostile. We’re the kids in good condition?”
“Yeah, they had pure white clothes on, I’d say best bet is it’s made from spider silk. They aren’t as skinny as I remember and I think most if not all of them had at least one level now.”
Valo gazed toward the old orphanage, “as long as it’s not hostile, we can do whatever is necessary to stay on it’s good side. I have a feeling this is going to be bigger than just a simple dungeon. Maybe even bigger than the labyrinth.”
