It was like everything was moved one place over not quite right but still exactly the same and looking out the window of the military barracks me and the team are in it is clear a change in the sky has happened as it was middle of night when we left but now early morning.

I look at the others and they also are looking outside and Wyatt gives me a look when another tower notification comes, our task on this floor.

We get frustrated and pull back too think of what it could be as such stone must naturally exist in there world so it has too be something specific for there energy, what if I tried without energy at all even the most normal fire has energy in it so what if we used no energy.

It absorbs all the energy we throw at it so if you use pure physique it in theory should work, the energy used to enhance the woman only entered her but she didn't use it in her attack like we do.

Machines that are for pure manufacturing purposes like crushers were used in my world so if we theoretically use a large stone against a smaller one it should crack it but the how too use the pieces we can get.

I took the small piece and thought, since it absorbs energy can we use this too make unique gear and weapons with the attribute of powering themselves using this rock.

We have five years too investigate this we will figure it out and I think Wyatt is the best person too talk to about this as he has a physique similar too the rock he may be able too make use of it, 260 days outside that is how long we have until we finish in here we need too make the most with as many allies and treaties as possible.

I found how too use the rock although it is unstable it is a large gun able too blast through energy shields and won't be damaged by normal attacks with energy so the gun can't be attacked directly though we need more time to make more complex things like say a air ship or a spacecraft once we do we will have a travel means imperative too energy attacks and little energy needed to be given to run it.

I have spoken with the hippo woman whos name is Vika she has come too a agreement that we will form a mutualism agreement for both sides so as too allow the proper use of her worlds resource in exchange for aid and technological advancement to there world.

We have met a tower created kingdom a bit off from us but we are in cease fire with them as they are surrounded by other regions like us that appeared.

We have agreement that refugees fleeing from the war will not be persecuted and will be allowed to remain in our region even after there war is over, we even are making a small fortune as trading our excess minerals and grain too support them in the war with other regions.

Although the north region is also in a cease fire they are supporting the two attacking the kingdom most likely due too the refugees pouring in from there fighting, many farmers and woman have lost there jobs or spouses and forced off there lands too allow the empire too grow the crops they need for there fighting without paying the farmers.

We are over the 100,000 by the end of the first year and reaching 500,000 by the end of this year if this continues we may need too set up separate village for these immigrants but they are told they will be given somewhere too work so most are sent too the mines or fertile area only some fighter people left due to not wanting to be conscripted into the military too fight a war.

I hope by the time we are finished with this level all the soldiers will have a neutralizing gun and a good amount of back up food saved for any fights that may come in the future.

All but our logistics have been given a neutralizing gun, only a chunk the size of a pencil is needed as only a thin lacing needs to be applied for the affect too take place, we have nearly 2 million immigrants and and extra city along with spatters of towns and homes all over the region, talks have started on how to name our budding country a name was already chosen by the time too continue came.

Aeon 'too last an eternity' a name meant too represent even in harsh time we will not fall, we shall stand the test of time.

We have made a rudimentary armor using the stone but it is required too mix the stone with blood of the one it is for along with there energy, it is a crude thing that although neutralizes all but the person it is bound too energy it is very weak too physical attacks making it more used as accessory over important parts like a necklace or badge. I have even seen a few diadems around made of it but we have implemented a rule that only those in the leading military position like Wyatt may use a diadem so they were changed out for head band or hair clips, even a few earrings and collars.

I use the diadem as head of the healing and support faction I am in my right too wear it, I am also fit with a black peony badge over my heart, along with a belt buckle over my dantian.

Slowly we are coming into a more modern time with the start of touch screen devices and more modern items of advanced plumbing and high sanitation requirements such as showering daily and quarantine at home during disease outbreaks.

We have enough back up food saved too last with our current population 2 years with no more food grown and military bases built all over our territory, with 100 different species regulating each other chances of corruption are small as the second it does one species will take more power and the others won't allow that.

We are ending our 5 year's on this floor soon and I wonder if the next task will be regional based or not, we will only know when midnight comes.

I look at the map the same size of the Ira continents and with over 15 different kingdoms on it looking at where will provide me access too the items I want too make a profit, I will look at the cost of things and probably forge or brew an item too sale it will be an easy profit margin to get.

I could hunt monsters but that isn't needed for someone like me who can heal and manufacture stuff maybe it will take longer too complete but I couldn't have beaten Wyatt too the first place anyway so might as well use what I am best at then compete for another's strong point, maybe it will be rewarded based on how the money is made like how here was based on how you got your population.

I choose the place with a forest and decent sized kingdom with what looks like high fertile land and crops aplenty.

I spawn in a village and a shock of a side task immediately popping up.

I have seen this before in my own world were there is a outburst of corruption it will cause the land and crops too become like this, all I need too do is get rid of the corruption from the soil and the plants should heal on there own.

I Immediately go up too the grieving farmer and offer to fix this problem and help him prevent this from occurring in the future.

I show him how too crush rosemary and boil it in water along with a a energy stone I asked him for after only an hour it is done and looks slightly different with a pink color instead of a clear color but this is probably due to the different energy the stone is now a pure red instead of the dark red it was at first.

Mixing the water in too the fertilizer he needs too add too the crops I tell him too give it one to two days and the results should come.

By the third day the stems have taken a gold and pink color and the food is ready for harvest already, far faster then I could have ever thought but the true shock was when we peeled away the covering too pure pink wheat inside.

The fire attribute was absorbed by the wheat making it a wheat that would increase ones body temperature, the man is dilated and says it will be perfect for winter coming up.

It looks like I need too study this new world and it's energy because neither mental energy or physical energy does this, a new mystery and substance too study I can't wait I truly chose the perfect spot too spawn at.

I settle down in this town and help them farm and make the purity potion in exchange for allowing me too study some of there crops and animals they kill, I discover a surprise that the energy of this world is naturally occurring mana, Mana is the combination of mental and physical energy as long as you had an energy that could apply too both it was possible too make mana but the very world itself was filled with mana naturally that meant the world itself had both mental and physical energy a very rare thing as ones world usually only has more complex energy like that are high grade ones where the world is evolving.

But this world is an ancient non technology based world as is clear with the village so it means this world had too have evolved the energy on it's on without another planet involves, it was possible too advance a planet without any of the three choices.

Of course it could also be a world that the tower claimed from another universe but our tower has not fought any wars except one and all planets had too be returned after.

Meaning this is most likely a planet in our universe that isn't able too properly connect too the tower so is instead used as a testing grounds, but how and why this is clearly a powerful planet with great worth so what stops the tower from properly integrating this planet.

I am still not powerful enough too learn this an all I can do is study the phenomenon's brought by mana and try and figure out how too use the mana properly while in a good place too do so.

Because of this most mana users are split into two kinds the physical kind that uses the mana more like spirit energy and the energy attack where they use it more like mental energy users, I also begin too practice my mana cultivation now that it won't stand out so much too see someone with mana.

I spend the next three month converting part of my mental and physical energy into mana but it is slow and even after these three months it only reach's 5 mana, enough for five small fire balls another upside is that the mana I produce is all the elements although I am weaker then specialized it is known in this world that some people can use multiple energies making it not too strange as mages like that are seen as inferior due too a jack of all trades but master of none.

Most with more then 3 elements are seen as low potential people and are not often taught mana usage as there talent for mana is low due too low purity of personal mana.

You have too absorb mana from multiple sources not just one and balance those different elements or it could lead too trouble, I do not run this risk since the energy in me is all the same just taking different forms allowing me too grow slowly due to my lack of aptitude but still grow.

I wonder if Wyatt has absorbed anything in this world as having mana would help him greatly in advancing his strength, he should if not for any other reason then too blend in as we where not given identities in this world so if looked into it would stand out as foreigners and maybe even accused of being demons.

I spend over two years here and finally get my mana level to 10, the more mana I make the harder it has gotten and only about a tenth of my original energy has been transformed I will probably have about a 100 mana when the whole transformation is completed I have also not made much as I am only paid two tower coins a day for my work in exchange for free food and bed from the farmer.

He is set too marry soon and I am going too head for the capital, he has talked about leaving here as it is too far from a church where the pure mana people are and if we remain the demons may over take us and turn us into one of them.

We head north too the iced mountains as demons are innately heat inclined species and are weaker in colder climates meaning they won't touch the north for a while and here can serve as a border and protection, the farmer claimed I am his brother and I heal for the military allowing him to escape the drafting up to this point but with little farming possible and him not being from here originally he gets drafted I make sure too house clothe and feed his family.

His wife gives birth to there third child a son only three months after he leaves and dies of heart break a year later from the letter reporting his death, war is not kind no matter how good you are.

I take in there three children teaching them mana and how too fight while I have taken a break from advancing too watch over them till they are healthy and old enough too watch over themselves.

I finally begin the metamorphosis but unlike the book claim it was like my body was fluid changing easily with no trouble or danger slowly my mental and physical energy completely merged and all three energy cores where fill with mana I can now begin the process of pushing out my energy into my veins.

Bit by bit time crawls as I perform the delicate procedure of integrating this mixed energy into my body allowing it too slowly replace the energy already there, it doesn't take more then two years too complete the whole process.

I am 28 years old and have 100 mana in my body, even for advanced worlds mana is considered a rarity for those below SSS-grade and for me too have it so young would make me a talent even in those worlds.

Mana is far more potent then either of the energies as my senses and body strength have reached SSS-Grade although my control is poor mana potential is based of how little Varity of energy is in the mana and my mana is made purely using energy I produced and is 100% me with nothing else mixed in meaning it is the highest potential one can think of.

I look at the now 7 year old girl the eldest of the children and a sweet child all-round who takes care of her younger sister and brother acting as a teacher too the two in many ways when I have been unable too.

I will begin truly taking care of them now that I have finished my transformation at least until the girl is good enough too no longer need me.

I spend the next 8 years pushing the eldest and teaching the younger two in combat and mana usage as although none of them are talents all having at least two talents for the second girl and four elements for the eldest and youngest I make them learn how too use those elements together too make a far more ferocious and deadly attack.

I have spent a total of 17 years on the third floor or 940 days if you count outside time but the gains are innumerable I look at my status screen.

I have swapped completely too mana and although my stats may not look it 110 is considered the top of SSS-Grade I reach this stat with only 100 mana verses the 100.000 or 500,000 for spirit or mental energy.

P.O.V. Wyatt third floor

I appear in a mountainous area filled with cold air and no village in sight with monsters as far as my senses could feel, I wanted too hunt and get profit so I chose a country with what looked like a large amount of monster and I was right just it is a very barren country so I will have time too look into this floor and get anything good I can from the things here.

I begin too hunt the monster with the least energy I can sense but even a low energy monster is at S-grade whatever energy used here made the monsters physically powerful, I immediately begin absorbing the thing I killed.

I feel a new energy enter but not too my body or mental sphere but around my heart I look at my status and discover I had absorbed a completely new energy, mana.

I had heard of mana from Aadi and now seeing it for myself I know it is without a doubt powerful as I only had one mana point and it already increased my body more then any energy I have ever felt.

I have been absorbing many different energies since entering the interstellar tower and by far nothing comes close to the worth of this one drop of mana.

I will have too have Aadi give me too look at the mana cultivation book later so as too make proper use of this new energy as well as how to cultivate it in a world without mana, oh well I will find him eventually.

I track down one after another but quickly realize I can only absorb a little at a time as absorbing too quickly will cause the energy to fight and go out of balance so I have too absorb a little at a time.

I finally come upon a settlement after a month of hunting in the forest and they offer too buy the monster carcasses off me for 10 tower coins a piece and I agree to the trade.

I have them point me in the direction of a larger town and am off too the larger town too investigate in a less conspicuous and suspicious way, I take only two days too reach the larger town only to come when they are recruiting soldiers for fighting on the front lines.

It looks like this world isn't a peaceful or easy going one we are used too in the tower.

I join the military recruitment so as too fully integrate and understand the situation without having too worry about basic needs, I make sure too only use the mana I have gained so as not too raise any questions. I have seen another person use mental energy instead of mana clearly a tower climber like me and was hauled off and accused of being a demon.

I have been assigned as a foot troop on the front line against the demon army, the demons are similar too us climbers were they only have either mental or physical energy.

Meaning the tower sent us in too a spot where we would be seen as hostile invaders and no information on the world, it has been known that the tower teaches and lets one experience the possible future of ones world and this is a clear imitation of us invading other worlds.

Although worlds not connected too the interstellar tower are protected by a time warp it is still possible too get to those worlds through alternative routes like dungeons.

For the world we are colonized on a treaty has yet too take place due to the scarcity of intelligent inhabitants where we originally arrived at, however once we do we will be able to start a mutualistic growth with them as is the only option available for worlds like that.

I learn basic use of mana as well as this planets writing style as although the tower is auto correcting speech it isn't doing the same for scripture.

Most commoners which I am pretending too be are not taught too read in this world and if they do only the most basic words needed for selling or trade, I spend only three months in the training camps before being sent too a cold mountainous range covered in monsters and with large walls all over too keep them on the other side.

I spend three months deployed there and only make a tower coin a day meaning I made only 90 tower coins, I do not need too buy anything as the government provides it's soldiers all there needs but in order too make 1000 I will need too work a little over 2 more years in my current position too make the amount needed too advance and that is with no expenses or complications.

Meaning if others want too make that amount they will need too put in a lot of effort as although a lot of money can be made hunting monsters here you also will need too pay for food, housing, medical services, and other basic necessities on your own and most likely will lose all they make if they are in a large group.

And most people are too weak too hunt those monsters add on the fact they do not have mana so if they hunt they are sending up red flags for anyone too know they aren't mana users and could get caught and tried as demons.

Meaning one either makes money through crooked means, joins the demon army, or somehow becomes a merchant they will have difficult time lasting in this world much less making a profit.

Even with everything on my side and being able too blend in it would take a bit too get that amount as selling the bodies in large amounts will drive down the price or will cause the government too interfere.

Essentially this is a long con where you either wait for opportune time or steal, with it being a war on the horizon and the ability of everything here being much stronger the choices for most are limited if they don't want too end up dead or cannon fodder in this war.

I spent my first year here learning all that I can on the uses and properties of mana, I now have 240 tower coins and have finally risen in ranking after nearly nine months of service.

It is clear I am a mediocre talent in there eyes as I use both fire and wind in front of them and the more elements you have the less talented you are. I am only mediocre so the higher ups see little potential in me and do not bother paying special attention to me, I have used this lack of attention too look for other tower climbers amongst the population.

Although good at hiding themselves they can't completely cover up there mental and physical energy from someone using the same energy, making it easy for me too tell them apart from the tower people.

As time passes I slowly build up my money and keep an eye on the other climbers while some where caught and killed for being demons others where able too make a spot for themselves.

I do not intend too leave immediately after completing the floor but instead use this time too report in too the higher ups and study mana as most worlds our level won't ever even see mana much less have a chance too use it but our world has odd balls like my clan and Aadi.

I am almost there with my amount a the middle of my third year comes near, I have not seen any increase in pay even as I go up in ranking but am instead given better amenities and increase in control over other soldiers.

As the 1000 profit finally comes I after nearly 3 years of constant fighting on the front line use some vacation too report in too the military in my world.

I leave the tower after going too the forest and making sure no one is around as if they see me suddenly disappear and reappear then I will be seen as a demon, I leave the tower and come out too my father standing there.

We had been in the tower for a while and most likely had caused panic from our disappearances, I salute and follow my father too the council room set aside here.

I report on all that I am able such as the option for region continuation the concept of mana and the ability too gain access too unique resources in the future through the region section, as talks took off on our future alliances and the worth of this discovery a new mission is given for me to find the other members and get them too report in.

Finding members in a large land with war happening while being a soldier and them not looking the same due too the towers protection, how they expect that is beyond me but I will try too get all members too come out and give a report if I find them.

I return too the tower with only a week having passed and a 3 weeks of vacation left too begin my mission.

I travel the surrounding area for the energy signals I know but nothing and too make it worse I am sent a letter with a week left saying emergency deployment before my break is over as the demons have begun too encroach on farming countries causing food shortages in many regions including ours.

I am sent east too the ocean area too deal with the demons there as most those demons will be water based and should be easier for a water and wind user too deal with then fighting fire with fire.

I only find two people over the next 3 years and neither are from my team but rather soldiers from different continents but I still send on the message.

I have been on this floor for five years and am nearing what I can gain from this floor as when my mana amount hit 50 I could no longer increase it even as I tried too absorb more energy and the above's say that it is private information for only the top brass too know.

I figure I have reached the limit of what I can achieve in my current position and will most likely not be able too go any further in my cultivation while like this.

I send in my letter of leaving as when I signed I only required four years of active service and now have reached the end of the required service, seeing as I am also a willing joiner before drafting fully took affect they can't force me too remain allowing me too leave with no repercussions.

I resign and begin traveling too different regions trying too find other people from my planet and with more time and area too search I find almost 50 over the following year and Kian is among them I found him when he was with a merchant group he was apparently using his false demon identity too make a profit by saying if they pay him others won't attack.

I give him a thousand coins and he is able too advance as well, fortunately the tower said we needed too make a thousand coin profit it never said we needed too keep the profit.

This is probably a loop hole left on purpose too see who will work together and combine coins too achieve the floor but for most those I met they didn't need help as they were already close too finishing or finished as they stole and conned money too do it quickly.

Kian was almost done himself but I gave him the whole amount too guarantee all went correctly, I continue too check after Kian returns too look along with me and over the next two years we find Amara and Bree.

Over all a total of 7 years in here and as time passes the amount of those from our world decreases, soon we may not even find one a month.

I am alerted too the fact that Adrian, Pierce, Terrance, and Ruki all reported in over the following three years and all but one member is accounted for but worry spreads as another two years and no word from him.

Aadi is talented and capable there is no way he is struggling so much too make the amount needed too pass the floor after 12 years.

We begin too search areas once more and slowly try and find him but a the 15th year on this floor marches too a close and no sign of him with demons encroaching almost all areas and only some places left we begin too contemplate if he may be in the demon army.

But no matter what we do we can't seem too get information on or join them making it impossible too know until finally at the 18th year mark we head out once more too check in and are alerted that Aadi Null had finished the floor and was currently waiting in his rooms for us. I rush too his rooms and open the door not even bothering too knock.

I enter too him eating a sandwich looking no different then before but the energy and feeling he gave off was completely different then before, like staring down in the water and being unable too see the bottom.

Whatever Aadi has been doing on the third floor it is clear he has gained a lot, far more then anyone could have ever imagined.
