We returned to the city accompanied by our four 'bandits' who were 'volunteer' to carry all our package to the Guild, we had too much and would have been forced to let some behind if not for them.

Inside the city they were safe from the slavers, however they had nowhere to go; while they were almost dying from hunger on the street, Frey and Keyse helped them.

Frey and Keyse are the two elven brother, their mother was a blacksmith while the father was an adventurer; but their father died before they were born fighting a monster. Their mother worked as hard as she could to make sure they could have something to eat everyday; but she one day fell sick from overwork.

At that time they were four years old, the treatment was really expensive. All their money went into the treatment, and in the end their mother still died. They were left without any money and alone, all they had was a small house in the slums which they bought  by selling their previous house to pay for the treatment.

They decided to start doing some work for the guild, but it wasn't enough to keep living. A lot of people were already collecting herbs so it was getting rarer and they couldn't even manage to beat one animal. It was an hard decision for them, but they decided to start stealing; they only targeted rich people who didn't seem to need money.

After a few years, they encountered Baian and Serine; they reminded them of how they were in their first days. However they were too pure and gentle, they would not even steal something to survive. They decided to take care of them and began to work together.

When they saw us outside the city, they saw a group of well dressed people because of our school uniform who gathered a lot of loots. They thought we were rich and tried to rob us.

Estiel : " And so you are going to steal all your life to survive ? " She said somewhat annoyed.

Frey : " Of course not ! We are going to become adventurers, we are already taking the Guild's lesson. But the rewards we get from an F rank quest in far too low, it is barely enough to eat for us four. "

Estiel : " You couldn't even fight back against a fairy who was fighting you by throwing snowball and you want to become adventurer ? " She was recalling the previous situation and once again couldn't stop laughing.

Shina : " Anyway, why don't you try to make a living as an hunter ? We can teach you how to hunt, the price of the meat is higher than the herbs one. In exchange you let us live in your house for a moment.

Frey : " Why should we listen to-Buhhh "

Nuya : " Don't answer back... " She said staring at him coldly.

Estiel : " Nuya, can't you forgive them already ? "

Nuya : " They insulted Mistress ! Why should we forgive them ?! "

I don't know why Nuya like me so much, for Eniel and Pan I can understand; but nothing really happened between Nuya and I which would result in her behaving like this for me.

Baian : " It may be a good thing Frey, we won't have to steal anymore. "

Frey : " B-But, we can't trust them, what if they something from us in the night ? "

Keyse : " I think it's fine, we don't even have anything at home; and I know you are the one who hate the most having to steal. " Frey didn't say anything else after this.

Shina : " Then it's fine now ! "

Two weeks passed since we started living in Frey and Keyse's house, at first the cohabitation was hard. Their house is really small, I mean that all what they have is two room; the toilet and the bedroom.

The bedroom size is around 2,5x2,5; eight person sleeping in a room this small is of course not really comfortable, we are all tighten against each other.

We taught them how to hunt, while Fiona taught the two twin how to use a bow and I taught the brother how to use a spear; to hunt, a spear is far better than a sword. I am merely teaching them the basic I learned from my training with my parents.

Estiel and Eniel went to collect herbs while we were busy. The first days were quite hard, they were learning the proper way to use a weapon, they couldn't kill a few animals.

However teaching them how to hunt wasn't the only thing we did; I took Frey and Keyse in the market place.

Frey : " So, what's the difference ? I still don't know why we need a buyer. "

Keyse : " I think I understand what she is trying to say, it would indeed make sense " Frey looked at his brother surprised.

Shina : " In short, the Guild buy our loots at a low price and sell it to the merchant at an higher price. "

Shina : " Not really, I don't think they are trying to hide it; it may take a few days to find someone to sell your goods in a city if you are traveling. But thanks to the Guild you can save a few days and they also allow you to get rewards by fighting monster. The Guild give you more advantage and disadvantage. But if your goal is to make money, then it is better to work by yourself. "

We found in a alchemist store a buyer for the herbs, the Guild reward for a patch of herbs is 5 bronze coin, but the alchemist offered us to buy them at 1 silver coin the patch of herbs. 1 silver is the equivalent of 10 bronze coin.

Keyse : " I expected to get a good price, but two time the guild reward... Why didn't I think of that before ? "

Frey : " Now we need to find a buyer for the meat and we will finally be able to life without stealing. "

Shina : " Let's ask the butcher around if they want to buy it. "

We asked every butcher of the market place, but the best price we found was 3 silver per animals, the reward is 2 silver and 5 bronze piece.

Shina : " I expected a better price... Let's go with 3 silver then. "

Nuya : " Mistress, why didn't you try the restaurant ? They are always in need of fresh meat. "

Shina : " Good idea Nuya ! " I said patting her head.

We went around the restaurant and Inn of the town and found a purchaser who was willing to buy our meat for 4 silver the animal. With this we only had one thing left to sell, the skin,  we went to a dozens of tailor shop and managed to get an offer of 8 bronze coin for one skin.

It meant a reward of 4 silver and 8 bronze coin per animal, it was more than enough to buy food for four peoples.

We traveled in the market place for now eight hours, the sun was already set. It was time for us to go back.

When we arrived home, Estiel and Fiona had a serious face.

Estiel : " Shina, we need to choose what we will do next. " I know what she want to talk about, it is indeed a problem.
