Rarity: While skills and abilities also have ranks, there is also the rarity of the skill. The rarity of the skill is denoted by a colour coded system. While the ranks and class determine the prowness of the skill, the rarity simply depicts the difficulty to achieve the skill or ability. As a general rule of thumb, the rarer the skill, the better it is. This is, however, not to be confused with power as a Rare skill may not even hold a candle to a Common skill, but still harder to acquire.
Inferior: Denoted by gray coloration. Inferior skills or abilites are generally easy to acquire but are as a result also usually weaker.
Common: Denoted by white coloration. Common skills are, well, common. Fairly easy to acquire and the most common seen class of skills and abilities. Efficient yet useful, these are the most seen skills and abilities in daily life.
Uncommon: Denoted by green coloration. Uncommon skills and abilities are significantly harder to acquire compared to common. While still achievable, they require special conditions and generally are not commonly seen.
Rare: Denoted by blue coloration. Rare skills are very rare and are difficult to acquire. Specific conditions need to be met in the correct way in order to achieve the rare skill of ability.
Epic: Denoted by purple coloration. Epic skills and abilites are capable of changing the tides of the battle single-handedly or capable of changing the lives of millions. Epic skills are always extremely potent and posses huge utility, which also makes them tremendously hard to acquire.
Legendary: Denoted by orange coloration. Legendary skills are very, very hard to even come close to have a chance to acquire the skill or ability. The only legendary skills ever recorded where held by creatures and heroes of the legends.
Phantasmical(Fantasical): Denoted by rainbow coloration. Little is known about this rarity as there has only been a single record that dates too far into the past to be reliable.
Rarity is also applicable to Product quality as well as achievements.
Class Up: Upon reaching the highest Tier of a skill or ability and achieving the specified conditions, one may allow their skill or ability to "class up". This is vastly different from a rank up as the very nature of the skill or ability will change following the class up. For example, [Poision Resisance X] can be class upped into [Poison Immunity]. The former is simply resisting the effects of the poison, while the latter is complete immunity to poison. Thus, a skill or ability of the higher class will always be superior statwise. As a skill or ability undergoes "class up", it will generally(but not always) increase in rarity as well. Hence most class ups also include a rarity increase.
