"Whoa"
What in the world is going on here?
There was clearly nothing around the hole other then a small layer of dirt floating that covers the hole so that it was actually a hole and not just, 'nothing'. It had to either been transferred from the lake before or below the hole is a gigantic amount of dirt building up to the hole.
The first was more possible then the latter as the law of physics and gravity would be defied if it was true.
The geyser just keeps going on and on and on. It looks like as if it has finally have been given its desired freedom as if it was trapped in prison or something. The geyser had a sense of majestic life as if it had the ability to breath, walk, and live on its own even though it wasn't an actually living animal or mammal.
Every time a part of the geyser would fall down into the hole it looked as if it was a dolphin doing tricks in a water show.
Water seemed to continuously go upwards from the hole inside the hole without resting. It didn't look like it was getting anymore larger until all of a sudden it was halfway up the hole all of a sudden.
The water managed to get tall enough that every time the water from the geyser fell into the hole, a small amount of the water would splash onto my face.
As the water level grew larger and longer, the geyser got shorter and weaker. The geyser was soon covered by the water it was spitting out but the water was still growing more and more.
Soon enough the water splashing onto my face didn't reach my head or body anymore.
The water kept growing and growing until it reached the tip of my feet as if it was worshiping it and was too scared to go any further in fear that something will happen to them if they did.
The hole that was quite large started expanding but on the other side that my feet wasn't touching. It grew so big that it was as large as Lake Huron which was approximately 23,000 square miles. It would take at least months to years depending on how fast I was going just to go around the whole place without resting for water, food, or stamina.
Even a Peregrine Falcon would take a long time if it was able to go max speed permanently.
The empty space living around the hole started taking form and shape. It was beginning to take and create life.
First thing that happened was the floor that didn't exist turning into an actual ground and floor. Grass grew on top of it by just popping out of nowhere as if they were groundhogs coming out of the ground checking to see if it was spring and flowers started blooming in the grass.
The flower seems to be playing hide and seek with each other and the grass was the location was where they were hiding at.
Next thing that happened was that the lifeless air went from nothing to something.
That may have sound stupid as that made no sense at all but if I actually tried to explain it word by word, detail by detail then I would sound even dumber and would be considered a crazy lunatic that had to be locked up at a crazy facility.
Clouds that looked like white cotton started forming around everywhere in the sky making it look like the air was spinning to create it.
A ball of orange popped and appeared in the sky started growing bigger and bigger. It went big enough to be twice the size of the sun from my perspective. It was either closer to where I was standing or it was just made that big.
I looked back down onto the ground after looking up for a while as my neck was getting very sore and it felt like it was going to break any second and all of a sudden there is trees, mountains, rocks, another waterfall falling into the hole that became a lake, and basically everything from the previous place I was in.
The tree was still leafless but leaf started growing on the many trees on the place one leaf pedal by one. It begin real slow at first and it started gaining speed. It grew so fast that more then a hundred leaf pedals appeared at once. All the trees grew there leafs and it made the tree whole unlike before.
There was small mountains expanding upwards and outwards until it was the size of mount Rushmore per mountain. It looked like clay at first but the color slowly came alive and soon it looked like it has been in that area for more then centuries of years. Maybe even millions of years.
The lake then grew a waterfall and it was almost identical to the one from the last lake.
"This must be the physical energy source. Doesn't look much different from the passive source, I think?"
Maybe I should have thought about trying not to jinx myself because a few seconds after I said that the lake that was made out of water turned into something that would make scientists want to quit there jobs.
The clear beautiful blue water started turning into a faded red.
It started from the waterfall and it spread like a plague. If the lake was a city full of millions of people then at least hundred thousands of them have been infected with the disease. It looked as if it was going to suck you in and send you through hell forever and ever to get tortured in a never ending dream where you can't wake up from. It could make anyone under the age of ten faint just from looking at it.
I was scared that the wet spots on my head and clothes would transform just like the water inside the lake would but instead it just evaporated into the massive sun.
My hair, head, clothes, shoes got dried up so fast that I could tell the difference from ten seconds before to now.
The faded red filled up the whole lake in just a few minutes and it stood still and calm for a few more minutes. The lake didn't seem to want to stay the same color for a long period of time as that wasn't the end of this roller coaster ride as it was going through another transformation.
The faded red seemed to look really innocent compared to what was happening as the red became darker and it had a more dignified look as if it was blood from a royal dragon that just turned into his prime age and had the purest blood it could possibly have.
This content has been misappropriated from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
It slowly started looked as if a whole army was killed and and their blood mixed with the lake creating a blood soup made for the most demonic of demons that lurked and lived in people's nightmare.
Just like before, the darker red started from the faded red waterfall and it spread like a slower and calmer plague but more deadly and more effective if your mission was to kill a city or town.
The color was so malevolent that it sent chills up my body as if it was climbing up like a spider that was as massive as your fists combined.
The red started collecting itself in the middle of the lake and a few seconds later spread in every direction except it spread as if spikes were coming out from the circle. The spikes stopped being spikes and released it all out and again filled up the whole lake into a new color.
This kind of transformation repeated for four more times and by this time, bubble were popping and they would fizzle into heated steam when it did pop. It went through many more transformation then I could count due to the transformation after the second one didn't have a big change other then a slit change in color and a little more added to it.
The smooth, flowing, calm, see-through blue water turned into a gassy, partly solidified, nasty, rough moving, bubbly, red volcanic water in less than a whole hour.
The transformation happened one more time and this time it seemed to have completely stop as in completely stop. It looked like lava that was about to erupt and burn down everything in its way as if it was a vulgar crazy volcano monster created by the volcano itself.
The moment I had that thought in my head floating around in there, the lava like water started shaking like crazy as if it was mad and pissed that someone awoken him or her from it's deep slumber underground. From the looks from it was about to erupt.
In just a few hours, this was the second time I jinxed myself since I have died and entered the nonexistence 'space' of nothing or something like that.
[You should run away right now]
The ghost seemed to not care and give a second thought anymore about waiting for me to talk first and just legitimately wanted me to run away from the lake that was soon about to erupt into waves of lave like water as if he found the situation unexpected and that It wasn't supposed to happen. I also began to think that it wasn't supposed to happen as the ghost previously said to locate the Physical Energy in order to open it.
He/She never said that I was supposed to star in the movie "Pompeii". Not only did It feel like I was starring in the movie, it also felt like I was the main character and the lead performer.
I was about to ask him about what was going on here but then another thought popped up. Not only did it pop up but it absolutely KO'ed it as I completely forgot what my previous thought was and only focused on another one.
I wanted to ask him the question but the ghost was right about me having to run away from the soon to be Jackie Chan's "CZ12" (Chinese Zodiac) in the scene where Jackie Chan had to save the dragon head from falling into the volcano as it was about to erupt except this time the main character wasn't going towards but away from the volcano and the main character was me.
I started running away from the lake as the ghost told me. I ran for fifteen minutes or so before having the question that I was going crazy about popped up into the space that was completely filled with the though of not dying.
'How did the ghost travel with me to where I am.'
This question seemed to have haunt my mind for a long time as when I came back from confusion and being dumbstruck, I was already twenty feet away from the volcano.
I could have stopped and took some deep breaths as the lungs inside of my body was burning up like the volcano lake but I didn't want to take any risk of having the volcano erupting and completely burning of the skin, bones, and pieces of my body and leaving nothing for the next person to find, if they could find it.
I also had a thought of just running into the lake as it was just a vision or something like that but I choose other wise.
With the scared tone of the ghost and having no knowledge about where I was, running seemed to be the smartest idea possible and maybe the only choice I have in order to keep my life that was given to me after I died. The chances of reincarnating again was very low because I wasn't even done doing that yet.
I had no more options but just one thing, run, run like my life was on the line and this time, it was literally on the line.
thirty-five feet.
forty feet.
forty-five feet.
sixty feet.
sixty-five feet.
seventy feet.
I ran all the way from being one centimeter from the lake and death to seventy feet away and having a chance to survive the soon to be world war three. At least for me that is.
I seemed to have enough space from the volcano to take deep breaths and still survive even if it erupted at the exact moment i had the thought. Uh-Oh
"Boom!"
The eruption was as loud as can be even from the distance I was at. I looked behind me for a split second and the sight I saw was truly terrifying and was able to turn any tough, gangster men into babies that needed their mom's love.
"Why do I keep jinxing myself!"
I started having a feeling that maybe the world that I was soon to be re-incarnated to really didn't want me to put my feet on their soil.
I looked at the lake hoping that the terrain would slow it down but I was absolutely wrong. In fact it was the complete opposite from what I wanted.
The trees and boulders in the way of the wave was immediately consumed into nothing like a sandwich being consumed by a lumberjack that was working in the scorching sun and wanted a lunch that would fill up their stomach and keep them from having headaches and stomachaches from all of the pain dancing around in their body.
The thought of running away from the lava came as fast as the lava coming towards me itself. I turned around and one by one my foot moved above and behind the other foot.
In this life threatening danger I seemed to have used up at least twice my maximum energy. It felt like adrenaline was rushing through my blood vein creating a cycle that goes on and on inside of my body as if it was also trying to run away along side me.
I could have probably gotten into the top ten if I was running track and field during Olympic at the moment. Even Usain Bolt would be impressed at how fast I ran here compared to when I was back in earth.
The scenery around me were moving so fast but I could see everything clearly considering that I was soon about to die if I didn't escaped.
I looked back at the lava chasing me to see how close it was and maybe I shouldn't have done that because it discouraged me by a great amount and it wasn't because because I was scared of the lava which I am but because of the speed it was going at.
The distance was slowly closing in as the lava was moving at least two times faster then the speed I, Chen Diasori was mustering up. Even with all of the obstacles in the lava's way, it was still able to go at the same speed and pace.
As a matter of fact the lava was ingraining speed even though it wasn't going downhill or anything. The terrain was pretty flat compared to many other areas that was near mountains.
The speed I was running at reminded me of the only time I ever tried to run my fastest. The scene behind my back was very similar as what was chasing me was bigger then me, faster then me, and more stronger then me.
The only difference was that the lava was trying to kill me and burn me unlike my other time of experience running at my max speed. The most my other experience was going to do to me was hit my arm a little and that was all, nothing more and nothing less.
'Run Run Run'
This thought kept repeating itself as if it was on replay on a phone. I had a feeling that I couldn't run away from the lava water anymore as the heat that it was producing burned my back and caused it to feel like it was being roasted on an open fire on the weekends.
The first decision I had to ensure my safety from the lava was an area that could block the lava's path and make it unable to touch a single strand of my hair.
Maybe this was my punishment from the great spirits of my previous world due to all of my bad mistakes that I had done while I was breathing and walking on earth.
'Run Run Look'
'Run Run Run'
'Run Look Run'
'Run Run Run'
'Look Look Run'
The two actions made my head feel like it was running a never ending marathon.
I felt the heat getting warmer and warmer and now I can't afford to look back to check how close the lava water is to me.
I was running across the grass as fast as I could but maybe I should have watched my steps because with a "Thud!" I tripped over a rock hiding inside of the grass as if it was telling me to die and that I didn't deserve to go past him.
