Dammit!! Well folks, keep on the alert, we have a new Supervillain in town. This idiot is calling himself "Ultima Prime". The news showed him hovering over City Hall earlier on today. He was pretty clear and concise about his intentions, which was refreshing. His speech was pretty good, actually! I am transcribing it now:

"You pathetic insects! You lack clarity! You lack vision! I revoke your presumed right to govern yourselves! You are unfit! Under my rule we will see peace restored! The unjust will be eliminated! The righteous will be rewarded!

I know some of you fear this. You fear me. And you will let that fear rule your actions. So, send your heroes. Send your paragons of supposed justice. They will all fall by my hand! And then you will see. Then you will understand."

Pretty intense if you ask me. Standard SV (Super Villain) Protocol will now be in place. Everyone's HUD will now have an "Evacuation-Probability" status bar. It predicts the possibility of a "Enhanced Skirmish" in your area. Once that gets into the yellow we all have to evacuate to designated subterranean safe spots. Essentially underground cities where we can continue to work/live. The Enhanced cause extensive damage when they are bashing the shit out of each other. You can choose to live down there full-time. I like the sun so I'll pass on becoming a mole person!

Anyway, I doubt this will last too long. These SVs all talk a big game but they always bite it hard when the top tier Enhanced go after them. And I mean top tier. CB wishes he could hang with these fuckers.

Basically there is a division of our law enforcement comprised of a very select number of Enhanced. The most powerful Enhanced are assigned cities to patrol. If an SV is found or, what usually happens, they ANNOUNCE themselves to the world, the big boys are deployed.

So there might be some cool TV to watch pretty soon. I'll keep you posted, Journal!
