Day 2......So....hmmm!
This is harder than I thought. Julie (the therapist) recommended that I write down everything I am feeling to flush out my mind. Everything? Ok!
Today I saw a lady walking down the street with a stroller. The stroller had a weird shape, kind of like a turtle's shell. I had the thought that if we were living on a very large, flat disk on the back of a giant space turtle, that would be cool!! Since we have super powered people in the world, I don't think that is too far fetched. Then I started to dwell on the fact that I have never had turtle soup. Or even mock turtle soup. I don't even know what mock turtle soup is. Is turtle soup illegal? I read somewhere that you can't eat turtle anymore (or was it tortoise). Because they are endangered? What IS the difference between a turtle and a tortoise?! I think it has something to do with their legs? Like, one has legs and the other doesn't? My favorite ninja turtle was Donatello. I never told anyone that because they ALL preferred Raphael and would make fun of me for liking the "nerd turtle". Screw them! Donatello rules!
I had to go to a meeting today where they showed us a video on why "Crime doesn't pay, kids!" Exciting stuff. Crime can pay if you do it right!! Not that I did. I was only trying to have a good time. To do something exciting. Stealing a car and driving around KNOWING you are going to get caught is pretty fun. Kind of. Knowing you will most likely get caught and the reality of getting caught are very different.
Am I doing this right, Journal? Is this what I'm supposed to write? I'm not sure how useful all that turtle shit will be to me in the future. Crime Buster was on the news today. I hate that name so much. He is trying to do some good in the world and I respect that. But that name! That stupid name!! I'm calling him CB from now on.
CB was in the news doing some super hero bullshit. I need to figure out what his powers are. We know so little about the Enhanced. It's a given that they all have super speed, strength and durability. The human body just cannot weather the stresses of being an Enhanced. We DO know that those traits are there to support another power. Something unique to every Enhanced. Most of the Enhanced do their best to hide their unique power. To maintain some sort of edge, I guess.
Wait! WHY do I need to figure out his powers? I am NOT doing dumb shit anymore. I don't need to know what his powers are so I can avoid him and do semi legal (but very fun) activities! I am not that guy anymore.
Healthy curiosity then. Yeah, lets call it that. I am (healthily) curious about CB and his hidden power.
