Chapter 2:Meeting Sylvia

The colors around me change instantly, causing an extreme dizziness to invade my head, making it appear as the world around me is spinning, various colors fading and blending adding to the headache I'm currently experiencing. Suddenly I fall forward and vomit, emptying my stomach and dying the spinning white in front of my slouched body an ugly yellow. As I continue to vomit, I feel that my hands and legs are wet and cold, showing that along with the chilly winds and heavy shadows, there is a good chance that I've gone pretty far south. After emptying my stomach and closing my eyes for a bit I manage to slowly stand up and analyze the area around me.

Thick ankle-high snow blankets the frozen ground, small herbs and thick roots peeking through the layer's top, with the snow around the seemingly endless tree's being the greatest in height. The tree's leaves are thick with a bright red hue similar in color to a newborn flame, strong but gentle light peeks through the pinholes in the endless canopy of red that fills my vision, and just like their top's the tree's trunk is thick with its base round, its roots wide and long. As I enjoy the scenery I begin to notice a quiet boom, then another, and another one. Slowly they grow louder, the time between each boom being equal, like the sounds of a titans steps. They sound quite familiar so I decide to remove my tuxedos black overcoat and wrap it around my waist so I can unfurl my gorgeous white wings, launching myself into the sky, though with a little trouble as the branches of the trees are several times thicker than I thought they are.

Above the tree's tops and below the clouds surrounded by thick clouds and light snow, I look down and see a familiar friend. Below me walks Sylvia, the leader of the four great titans, one of the sixteen ancients, and one of the four gods. I fly down to her, landing her right breast, laying down and getting comfy as due to her rather large stature there is plenty of room for me. She stops moving and looks at me with an expression of shock, her eyes devoid of any light.

[Why are you here Balban?] I look at her expressing my clear annoyance with that pesky telepathy she likes so much. "Will you just speak already, you have a damn mouth so use it." She purses her lips and closes her eyes, taking a deep breath she begins to rub her head, shaking her long brown hair and enormous breast. Honestly speaking I am quite annoyed with Sylvia but not as much as I should be as her beauty blinds my anger. Her pure white skin is soft and supple and her giant body is the perfect blend of fiesty and noble with her thick green exoskeleton and muscles perfectly blending with her feminine face and, quite frankly, glorious breast and ass "You're still looking as beautiful as usual. Anyways the king went weak and now I'm on a journey to kill all humans if you're around there should be humans looking for the rotting remains of leftover elves, so tell me where the nearest frontier?"

Sylvia usually likes to sleep and it seems that she just woke up, so there's a good chance that some elves decided to stupidly risk their lives so that they can snatch some heavens fall fruit from her resting spot. [Tell me your true name and I shall inform you.] In response to her words I put on a friendly smile. "You never really give up huh? Well, you already know the answer."

[What if I gift you elven corpses?] Hmm that actually is quite the tempting offer since elves make some good quality material in just about anything magic-related, since just like demons, they are capable of naturally externalizing their mana, allowing the use of spells, though elves, unlike demons have to use something to channel their mana externally. "I guess...nevermind. So tell me how exactly has my interference with baron Alexis farmland worked?" I figure since the embodiment of nature is in front of me, I might as well ask how my interference with the human nobles has gone. [He was dismissed and replaced after constant failure to provide for his people and extreme mismanagement of the relief goods sent after the situation escalated beyond his control.]

"Good, good, and how have the princes been fairing?"

[Your curse on prince Abella has yet to be discovered.]

"Good good."

[I am willing to make another deal with you.] Sylvia interrupts our pleasant conversation with some rather annoying words, so I decide to drop my friendly smile. "...What?" Sylvia and me formed a small contract several decades ago and while it may not be the most beneficial on her side she has never once before mentioned it, let alone say that she wants to create another deal with me. [I said I am willing to make a deal with you once again.] I stand up, though with trouble as her breast are really quite soft, putting on an expression of clear annoyance. My contracts are absolute, there is no backing out on an agreement with me without paying a heavy price, even if you are a god, but there are ways. There are plenty of rules I have to follow, the most annoying being that a contract can only last a certain amount of time unless a task is required to be completed, in which case the contract will end when both parties duties have been completed in full; and that I can only have one contract applied to a person, so If Sylvia wants to make a new deal with me the previous will have to be canceled, and unfortunately, since I made a deal with a god, I actually had to offer a few things of value.

"...And you know that anything can be held as exchangeable property whether it be your soul, mind, or body right?" I try to scare her a bit by adding a little bit mana into my voice, but fail. [I will increase the amount of mana I provide to over half, in exchange you leave the humans alone.] No amount of origin mana could possibly stop me from killing all those damn humans. At this point I become more than a little annoyed so I decide to clearly express my anger. "No thanks." I roll onto my stomach and look right into her eyes, dropping the smile and putting on a serious expression. I activate my eyes, filling them with mana allowing me to see through her exterior, right into her soul. Sylvia begins to shiver, her face scrunching up and her eyes gleaming with a bright light as she begins to tear up. Suddenly the already high mana density increases, causing the trees around us suddenly shrink as golden fruits explode from their branches, their roots suddenly filling the ground around us. The snow melts and hardens instantly blanketing the area around us with some of the purest mana crystal clusters in the world.

I move my sight and look directly at the layers and layers of spell circles in and on her heart, spine, neck, brain, joints, back, and lungs and wave my hands directly in front of them, placing my fingers on the breast I'm currently laying on, each one point's to one of the spell clusters in her body. "Article three clause one c. Both parties are to respect the individual will of each other, acting without a difference is status essentially treating each other as peers. If one party violates A the rights and will of the other party the contract will be dismissed and the offending party will pay the previously agreed price. B if a relationship cannot be maintained either party maintains the ability to limit time spent with the other party or decide to cut all contact with the other part. If either choice is made the other party must respect the closing party's choice."

[W why d do you say th tat?] The trees around us, as if responding to her fear, begin to violently shake and whip around. Ignoring this I continue to speak, pumping more mana into my eyes and voice. "We have an equal standing deal. I do what I want, you do what you want as long as nobody is starting fistfights. So tell me do you want to create a new contract with those terms because that would require a complete rewrite or outright dismissal of our current contract and you know the price for a deal with me is a steep one."

[...nevermind.] Thankfully my little show scared her enough, though it really does sting a bit to keep my eyes so active. "Good now, can you please tell me where I can find some pesky humans around here. You can refuse to tell me if you wish." She goes silent, still staring at me she struggles, her face switching expressions every second, eventually taking a deep breath. [I refuse.]

"Alright then goodbye!" I can scare her as much as I want, but it's not I can force her to do whatever I want, at least not outright, so I go ahead and give up. She continues to silently stare at me as I begin to remove my horns and wings, showing clear confusion when I drive my internal mana to numb the pain and strength my hands. [Aren't you a demon? Why remove your horns.] I look at her and smile, this time my eyes shining with joy at the events to come. "Because it's more fun to spread chaos internally my sweet Slyvia."

I jump down, making sure to strengthen my legs with mana so I can just kick my way through the trees thick tops, grabbing a branch and tossing it with a slight spin so that lady luck can decide where I go. This isn't a mission so I can relax and figure out where am as I go, all that really matters is that I find my way to a human town. "North it is." Ignoring the still quivering Sylvia and her annoying whimpers I begin to walk, hoping I can find a troop of humans to feed to the forest beast. Slowly I move, trying not to trip on the endlessly thick roots blanketing the ground, making sure to collect the purest crystal chunks on the way, placing them in my pants pocket. And so begins my carefree journey not knowing where I am and not knowing where I'm going, preparing to encounter humans and have some fun. I walk and walk and walk summoning and maintaining small blue flame lanterns. Before I know it the sun has set and the only source of light I have is the palm-sized flames warming my body.

Rustle Rustle Crunch.

"Looks like the beast have found me, finally!" I activate my eyes once again, weakening them so that only the magic signatures withing fifty feet around me are shown. Seven lights appear in front of me approximately ten feet away, behind a few trees. In response to the lights, I move to the nearest tree acting as if I've spent all my mana on maintaining the lanterns floating around me. I take a seat on the ground, resting my back against a nearby tree, ignoring the ankle-high snow and pretend to fall asleep. The lights, seeing this begin to get closer four of them moving behind me and three in front of me. Slowly and slowly they get closer, within a minute three beast appear directly in front of me, each one ready to pounce. Instantly I move, jumping to the top of the tree I rest on and begin removing branches. Since I met Sylvia today I think I'll use the origin crsytal I managed to barely scrape off those stupid clusters. I pull a palm-sized crystal from my pocket and eat it, fully absorbing all the mana inside it.

My body explodes in strength as some of the purest mana in the world begins to flow through my body. I grow a head taller as muscle begins to form, changing my fragile looks to that of a deranged warrior. My clothes remain undamaged through the transformation. I look at the beast and smile as they attempt to run away. In response to their stupidity, I begin my attack, I tear the largest branch off the tree and remove all the twigs and fruits on it, making it into a small spear. I toss it, filling it with Sylvia's mana, aiming directly in front of the beast fleeing from my front. Before it hits the snow it begins to grow and thicken becoming a large tree as wide as a small hut reaching seemingly as high as the sky. Two of the beast are crushed and the other is wrapped by the newborn tree's roots, forcefully pulled into the ground unable to breathe. Immediately after the tree lands, I toss all the twigs and fruits behind me making sure most of them attach themselves to a tree. Suddenly the beasts behind me stop moving seemingly accepting their death. Where they stopped several twigs and small branches had dug into trees, changing and growing to form small trees parasitizing off their new host as well as each other. In an instant, a large wood cluster tall enough to reach Sylvia's waist appears. Seeing every beast die, I begin to move to the trees I grew and sap them of their life causing them to wither and die instantly. I grab each crushed beast corpse and begin to examine them seeing what exactly I killed.

"Looks like I'm in Matria. Let's see if I remember right, it's a matriarchy next to the desert lands of the Qualie tribe, I think?."
