Surrounded by three of those monstrous dogs at the same time , the duke used his maximum force and ran towards the one straight ahead him and slashed its neck using his long shining sword .Then the Duke aimed his sword at the dog that was raising its feet to stomp on the duke and sliced its legs, it fell on the ground wailing

The third dog was going to pounce on Brake , but Helen came flying for the rescue .She stabbed the dog on its eyes with both her knife and pulled out its eye balls . The dog went blind and blood poured out from its eye socket

It got agitated and started attacking everything in front of it .The Duke threw his sword towards the blind dog and Stabbed its heart with all his force .The sword peirced right through the hard skin of the monster and the blue flame burned its flesh and bones .

.... All three dogs were dead ...lying on the floor . ...

Helen and Brake looked into each others eyes once more .As they were fighting next to each other .

Helen smirked and spoke to the Duke " You did well!"

The duke ordered Paul and the knights to search for the lady .

After waiting for the soldiers to settle down and go back ,Helen slowly moved towards the tree where her horse was tied to . The horse stood still even though its ropes were untied.

The horse neighed . Helen jumped onto its back and started her journey back to the manor same night. This was the third day of Helen's journey. It had been two days since she slept . Helen decided to move away from the camp site and sleep somewhere the duke couldn't find her .

Paul asked panicking "My lord what happened? is there more evil beast around?"

The Duke did not answer , Brake tried to concentrate and tried to listen hoping for the horse's neigh again . but Helen already had rode far with the help of her wind ability .
