Mikael watched, in horror, as an Eldritch dropped from the sky. It immediately attacked Osiris and threw him across the land and into a mountain.

He could see the ground shake.

“ALL AVAILABLE B RANK AND HIGHER REPORT TO THE FRONT, I REPEAT-”

Mikael left his children terrified as he ran.

NoNoNoNoNoNoNONONONONONONONONONO-

Mikael watched the screen but the line was cut thanks to the Eldritch turning the land into sand. Before it cut he could see eighty percent of the front gone.

Osiris is strong, but not THAT strong.

There was a reason no one, including the elves, travel through Eldritch waters unless they had to. The creatures were deadly. They might not be able to last long out of water, three minutes at most, but the damage they cause….the last time one was let loose they cracked the continent in half, creating the two that exist today.

They were all critically injured, but alive.

He didn’t know for how long, but-

Mikael screamed and destroyed a tree, splintering it into tiny shards.

He trusted in his son too much and it cost him-

Mikael calmed himself as he helped the healers work on them.

This was their loss.
