45- FIGHT
Sunnie’s senses began to go off the moment Osiris popped that prick's head. Her stomach churned but she followed him deeper into the woods.
It was silent as they walked.
A few hours later they made it to the beast capital. The alpha was still away in the elven kingdom doing god knows what, and by sheer luck they ended up closer than they projected at the start.
The city was colorful.
Humanoids, beasts, and creatures, oh my!
From what little she could see, they lived like them. They ate, they played, they loved. She spat into a bush.
“Disgusting.”
Suddenly an ankle gave. She stumbled.
Dread.
She assumed he was upset about Corn, not that he was about to blow up the entire Pelten Forest.
Sunnie’s throat began to close and Osiris popped off into the sky, shooting straight above the city.
She grabbed her men and bolted.
“Fibble tell your god that if she doesn’t get us out of here we will die.” Sunnie’s voice cracked and horsed. “And if that bitch doesn’t, ask her when the next time she thinks he’ll let anyone else in, let alone a prophet.”
The air thickened and grew heavy.
“Clever girl.”
Lux smiled as she stopped to cast a portal. The boy’s body will suffer, but the little one had a point. It was past the point where he could socialize properly. Unless the fools were psychotic, she would not have another in. And surprisingly, her creations aren’t always power hungry.

She looked at the boy in the sky.
At least not that power hungry.
Vep watched the god raise her hands in the air and cut a path through the world. It led them to the coast.
“Go.”
The two paused. Lux smiled.
“We will join you shortly.”
Soldiers began to dive in after the two in waves.
“Smart little ants.”
Using a bit of will she brought them just above the tree tops.
‘Is this safe?’
Her little prophet was anxious.
“No, but you’ll live.”
‘…’
Lux watched the Prince float above the city, shooting higher and higher, she could see him break the first layer of their atmosphere.
“Beautiful.”
Osiris pushed the last few gallons of mana through his ring. Thanks to the Queen, Osiris kissed his fist before shooting two fingers in the air, he now had the reserves to fill the entire band.
He could feel his breath burn with heat.
“Wonderful.”
His head tightened as he broke through the troposphere. He could feel his lungs compress, his throat collapse.
Thus began his descent.
The wind burned.
Osiris could smell nothing. The air was waterboarding him at this point, but it was fun. He flipped and kicked and spun and spiraled through the sky in a fit of laughter and hums.
He could finally take on a Nation.
His pearling laughter caught the attention of some of the beasts below. They looked up. A tiny black dot was headed their way.
“I’ve always wanted to try a Nuclear Power Plant Explosion. Looks like I finally have the chance.”
Osiris watched the mana around him compress, surrounding him with an orange light.
The flames began to burn white.
“What a crazy world.”
Osiris shot down like a bolt of lightning, freezing the city in place. Everything went white.
“Glorious.”
Lux held a face twisted in pleasure.
Her warrior was godly.
Lux covered her prophets ears.
“A soul from another world.”
Her smile glistened white in the night.
“Even if I am not to blame for your arrival.”
She watched a cloud bloom into a shape of a mushroom as it rose to the heavens.
“What luck I must have to have you be chosen to replace my broken little knight.”
Lux fell back into the portal as the first wave of mana sliced through the forest, cutting everything in half.
His laughter echoed as the portal shut.
“Wonderful.”
OSIRIS WINS. FLAWLESS VICTORY.
