Wow. I only meant to go on a short two to three week break but I blinked and now it's been four weeks since I last posted anything for Darkling. How in the world does that happen? 👀.

I've been watching and reading things to get past the Darkling slump and I think I almost got there. But things have got a lot harder (our pet rabbit literally died two days ago 😔) and I'd like you to help me make a semi difficult decision.

Costs of living have been going up in my home country and now I can't afford to spend as much time as I used to on non-work related things i.e. working on Darkling. So I've been trying to figure out whether it would be best to put Darkling completely on hold until I can build up a significant backlog and post weekly again. 🤔 Or whether it would be better to post a chapter monthly instead of weekly. That way the story will still go on, just at a slower rate. I think I should be able to manage one chapter a month.
