With the dramatic sway in Astrology the Capital took a dramatic turn. The people who were nobles strove to find what caused the distribution while the commoners simply became more loud.
The only people who knew why the Sun and Moon both changed had decided that only through secrecy would they be safe.
The City Doctor decided to become a Doctor in the name of the Kaiyo clan, With this new status he wouldn't have to worry about finding money to help his charitable treatments, nor would he need to worry about his family. He also became a house doctor and began a more professional practise of medicine.
The now youthful wet nurse became even more loyal and brave. Her name was Eliza, and she had spent an entire life remaining faithful and unyielding under her mistress's name while being true. In return she felt like she could serve the young miss better and in more ways. She put to use the years of training she had endured in her youth and quickly made use of her unnatural strength to become the strongest guard in their home.
Olivia had become inseparable to her daughter and hadn't even allowed the Eliza to do her job. She also began practicing a foundational cultivation to become more sturdy and healthy. She had known exactly what her clogged meridians had meant and she didn't want to be a trophy wife her entire life so she had become a well known merchant and scholar in her homeland.
After being sent to the Capital to marry she had taken most of her employees and created a underground merchant empire with the Emperor's approval. Here she had been keeping herself busy and satisfied, so she quickly found a decent cultivation manual and began practicing it.
If you might be wondering how she had found this manual, don't be alarmed, after all, she had been spending nearly her entire life in the money business and had plenty of contacts, so there was no way she couldn't find a manual.
Our baby Alexia on the other hand had been busy being a baby. She hadn't been able to learn the language very quickly but since she had experience learning languages it can along nicely. She could speak nearly 4 languages fluently and could get by with another 8.
She also began moving her body in movements that could help remove baby fat and strengthen the currently weak muscles, it was coming along nicely and she quickly became able to walk without the help of her mother or her 'Body-guard/wet nurse'.
She became pretty well known throughout the Kaiyo servants as a genius.
The boy birthed from the main wife had been born skinny (For those who don't know fat babies can be correlated to smartness later in development, I can't find the article about it right now but will look into it) and seemed to be growing slowly.

PoV: Alexia
I was born into this odd family. My mother seems to be a wealthy woman and also extremely beautiful.
I've only seen one man in my time here and it was a doctor so I don't know whether or not he is my dad or whether he is just a doctor.
I also am having a bit of trouble learning this new language, it is like learning to speak Swahili then being stuck in Ancient China and having to teach yourself everything. In short, it is NOT pleasant. I can basically understand the language now and just have to develop my vocal cords into something more functionable and strong.
My Mother seems to have a sister, or at least I thought so until I began to realize that the supposed sister treated my mother like a noble. I now believe her to be a maid or something... I think maid? I have no clue after all, what sort of maid would always be with me and my mom.
I live in a large building that looks more like a mansion then a house and it seems to be part of a larger estate that houses at least 6 houses like ours and a large building that seems like it could be used for meetings and gathering.
I want to know what sort of man would leave my mom alone for so long though! I am going to beat some sense into him when I get older!
By the time I had fully comprehended the language spoken I was about 7 months old, at around the same time I heard that the Emperor had returned and was going to visit my father. I heard from the maids conversing that the Master had only married my mother by the Emperor's orders.
My voice training had finished before my understanding of the language, so I could almost have conversations with my mom that consisted mostly of, "Hi" "Hi sweetie, !@^!&!#$!% day #$@ smart @!%^@#%^#$&##%" "Okay. I love you mommy" "I love you too sweet heart".
I learned a tad more so now I can actually talk semi-fluently. I say semi because I still have small problems with saying the 'S' but other than that I think I'm good.
I also was very careful not to make me to outrageous of a prodigy, after all, If I could talk about complex math before the age of one or even before I could read... It might possibly be a red flag in the eyes of my mother.
As one final note I discovered this pretty bizarre energy in the air. It seems to me like a harmless radiation that covers the planet and comes from the star of this solar system. The energy also seems to be absorbable. It reacts with the pores on my skin and it affects my meridians when I absorb it. I plan on a bit of more complex experiments later on to test whether or not it can be used as a strengthening method.

And so our tiny heroine made her way through her first year of life with little effort and danger.
However the day the Emperor returned to the capital was the day the estate belonging to the Qiang family would be in turmoil. After all the Imperial family owed a large debt to the Kaiyo family and with the Qiang family's treatment of the direct descendant he was to be quite angered with the nearly unfeeling nobleman.
