Synopsis
THIS IS NOT A COMMENTARY ON CORRUPTION IN POLICE FORCES, OR OTHER SYSTEMIC ISSUES!
It is simply a story, with NO intent to be political.
In accordance with the TOS of Royal Road, this project will not focus on any of these matters, but may touch on them due to the close proximity. Instead, you can expect the showing of the work life of a first responder, and the exploration of civil wars and dissemination of information. No real world events are the basis for the events within the writing. Any and all possible connections were either subconscious influence or pure coincidence.
Finally, a former EMT has been consulted on medical matters, and many documents and videos about Police Officers have been scrutinized. There will likely be inaccuracies, but please look past them with a reasonable suspension of disbelief.
Without further ado, please enjoy the synopsis and writing project.

*Notice! Some words may be nearly illegible with certain backgrounds. This is due to utilizing a color-nation system. Each nation and major faction has its own color, which is used when denoting a ship for the first time, a nation for the first time, or when needed to ensure no confusion. If you are having trouble seeing a word, simply click and drag across the word. It may not be the most intuitive, but at least you'll still be able to read! Thank you!
