BEGINNING: Forest Encounter

It’s dark out and you’re carefully and quietly running through a forest so as not to be caught. You hear something crack behind you so you look behind yourself and see something unusual. It looks like a horse until you realize that it has a man's torso where the head of the horse would be. You’re stunned to see something so strange wandering in the forest. The creature dashes away. You’re very interested in this creature but you know if you follow it you will be late to the emergency meeting called by your Agency’s leader. You know that whatever caused him to call a meeting at this time of night must be extremely important.
