"Sigh...," Bao exhaled long and loud while buttoning up an eye-catching red shirt with yellow writing on it. A rather outdated fashion the Boss had chosen as their workwear, not that he had any considerable clothing sense to criticize his choice.
"If you're already sighing like that, maybe you should've applied for another job." Aika who was back into her maid outfit stood behind him. She was responsible for instructing him on the first day of work. "Or at least do it after you've finished working and not when you haven't done anything yet. And especially don't do it in front of your superiors."
"I... I didn't mean it like that," -he finished closing the last button on his shirt- "it was because of some personal issues, more than anything."
"Then here is my second advice of the day, stop bringing personal matters to work and strictly divide the two things or you'll start to be distracted at work because of your problems and vice versa, and in the end, you'll have achieved nothing in both life and work." She handed him a small transparent tablet which he took without a word. "Now, let's get to the point. On this tablet are all the reservations for our 'special' guests, if you know what I mean, and under what name they booked a cabin. Reservations can only be done by those kinds of guests, so you don't have to worry about mistaking customer type. In short, a customer comes in and says he has a reservation for XYZ, you look it up on this tablet and accompany him then to the respective cabin, you know where. Ah, and don't forget that our customers with 'benefits', obviously prefer to be treated with discretion, so don't ask and don't look around too much. Just do your job and not one thing more understood?"
Bao nodded while trying to remember everything she just said.
"Good. You'll work here at the reception," they left the changing room with the lockers, and went to the, for Bao well-known, entrance area. But this time he found himself on the other side of the counter. "The only thing you need to do with 'normal' customers is welcoming them and taking their orders. Depending on what they want, you click on the regarding button on this console and a colleague will do the rest. Oh, but they'll still have to pay here so just select the option they want and let them transfer the money."

"I... I'll do my best." He stuttered filled with enough information to overload a whole cloud space.
She nodded.
Customer after customer came in, and every single request was handled by Bao, with Aika standing right behind him and observing every single move of his'. Even though Aika found always something to complain about everything he did, Bao would still say that he handled most of it with flying colours.
Once again the entrance door opened and a group of three people, maybe a bit younger than him, entered the cafe.
"Welcome. How may I help you?" Greeted Bao, same as all the customers before them.
"We want three se..., wait a moment." One of the three stared right into Bao's face as if he had still some bread crumbs from breakfast on it. "The creep," - Bao flinched-, "you were two classes above ours I think! Ahahaha, guys, this is the Creep, or at least everyone called him that way. Let's see," -he looked at the nameplate on his chest- "oh Bao is his real name. But let's leave it at Creep, I think it's more suitable to him, hahaha."
The whole group broke into laughter, while Bao gritted his teeth and fist and accepted the embarrassment.
"Would you like to have three PC slots?" He hissed through his teeth. There was no way he would lose this job and make his family sad again, just for these guys.
"So, a part-timer at a net cafe, that's what you've become after all those years of learning? Hahaha." The guy who recognized him paused for a moment. "Say, I've heard that you were a reality junky and that they put you into a rehab centre, how was it?"
Bao had reached his limit, one more word and he would...
"Dear, customers if you, don't want to order anything, I would gently advice you to leave the cafe." Aika who until now, only observed from behind, stepped in.
"Ahahah, what is that a maid? Is she your girlfriend?"
Bao has always been bad with those kinds of people, and the only thing that left his mouth was some stuttering words. Aika, his allegedly, girlfriend, stepped out from behind the counter.
"This is my last invitation, please order something or leave the cafe." Her voice turned from the normal formal and calm tone into a harsh and threatening one.
"Aaah yes, yes, then I would like to order a nice maid and add..." The idiot couldn't finish his sentence that he received his order but not like he expected to.
A swift kick in his intimate parts and he collapsed on the floor like a sack of potatoes. Before the other two could even react, she had already knocked them out with a subsequent spinning kick. All three were taken out in an instance and lied now face down on the floor.
"Here speaks Aika, there are three troublemakers blocking the entrance, that need to be disposed of, thank you."
