The Hunting Begins
The massacre on the train was the spark that ignited the fire of vengeance in Thomas Alfred. As the lone survivor, he lay bedridden for months, haunted by a single word that reverberated in his mind: "revenge."
Meanwhile, Vance Malcolm thrived in chaos, expanding his empire of crime with unrelenting ferocity. His ruthlessness knew no bounds, silencing witnesses and buying off corrupt law enforcement. The city whispered his name in fear as he became an untouchable kingpin, ruling from the shadows.

Five Months Later
The wounds on Thomas's body had healed, but the scars in his mind had only deepened. His nights were restless, consumed by memories of the train and the faces of the innocent lives lost. Tonight, cloaked in dark clothes, he sat in the corner of a dimly lit bar, waiting for something—or someone.

The door creaked open, and two men barged in, their demeanor predatory. The bar owner trembled as they barked demands, threatening to collect what they claimed was owed. Their voices were loud and filled with malice, but their arrogance blinded them to the man sitting in the shadows.
A tap on their shoulders.
The two men turned, startled, only to see Thomas’s cold eyes gleaming in the dim light. Before they could react, the storm began.
Thomas's knee slammed into the first man's chest, knocking the air out of him. The second man lunged, but Thomas’s elbow connected with his temple in a brutal arc, sending him sprawling. Without hesitation, Thomas grabbed the first man by the hair and slammed his head into the wooden table. Bam. Bam. Bam. The sound of skull meeting splintered wood echoed through the bar until the man’s body went limp.
The second man, dazed and horrified, scrambled to his knees, but it was too late. Thomas retrieved a revolver from the fallen man's belt, pressed it against the second man's mouth, and emptied the chamber. Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Blood splattered across the walls and floor, the smell of iron thick in the air.
Standing amidst the carnage, Thomas let out a primal scream that rattled the very soul of the bar owner cowering behind the counter. The message was clear—this was just the beginning.

Later That Night
Vance Malcolm arrived at the bar, his face curling into a scowl as he surveyed the scene. Bodies lay broken, and the word "SHADOW" was scrawled across the wall in blood.
Outside, in the cold, a figure watched from the alley. Cloaked in darkness, Thomas blended into the shadows, his piercing gaze fixed on the man who had ruined his life.
"The hunt had begun."
