Levi woke up and stretched, and his eyes widened when he saw Eli’s backpack in the corner. Jules went to school, but Eli.
“Shit, I told you to not go!” Levi grits his teeth as he starts changing.
Eli barges into Logan Tech. Various students turn their heads.
“What the fuck?! Who’s this bastard” a tall guy sauntered over to Eli and leaned down.

The tall guy’s head snapped back, and his body fell onto the floor.

[How to Fight] Activated!
Dozens of delinquents rushed at Eli. Eli’s body sways from their attacks. The delinquents throw punches, some landing.
“This guy is tough!”
The other people swung their bats.
“I got him!”
The bat connects with Eli’s face, sending him flying through the hall. Eli stood up and sauntered over to them.
“What?! That didn’t do any damage!”
Eli powered through the first floor and second floor. Eli walked through the classroom, and there he was. Logan Tech’s leader.
“Ah, Eli! Don’t look at me like that; you’re scaring me. I’ve heard you’re making quite a mess. I am Logan, quite ironic, don’t you think?” Logan sauntered over to Eli’s form.
“Prove how strong you are—“
Logan’s eyes widened as he found himself sideways. Eli’s hand curled into a tight fist, slamming Logan’s head to the ground. Eli’s hand shot out to grab Logan’s collar.
Eli throws Logan across the classroom, making Logan crash through the desks. Eli suddenly fell onto his knees. He coughed blood as he placed his hands on the floor.
He looked up and saw Logan standing up. Shit! I’m too tired to continue fighting anymore! Logan’s knee connected with Eli’s face. Eli’s head jerked upwards as blood spurts.

“What happened?! Not too confident, are we!” Logan snarled as he grabbed Eli’s face and smashed it through the classroom window.
Eli tumbled on the floor as shards delved into his skin. Logan jumped through the window and kicked Eli’s head. Eli’s back hits the wall.
Logan crouched down to Eli’s level and gripped his throat. He rose Eli up, and Eli’s legs dangled.
“What happened? You were so confident,” Logan grips tighter as his nails sink deeper into Eli’s throat.
I’m not good enough; I’m too weak; I’ve always been. This is a disgusting feeling.
Eli grits his teeth, his hand slowly rising. Suddenly, Eli’s hand shot out to poke Logan’s eyes.
“Ah! Fuck! You little shit,” Logan let go of Eli’s collar.
Logan opened one of his eyes; it was red.

Eli’s arm slung around Levi’s neck for support.
“Are you ready, Eli? You just made the Delinquent Council your enemy.”

“You heard, Riley? Eli broke the rules of the council. What should be his punishment?” Someone entered Riley’s office.
“What an interesting fellow, I know the perfect punishment. Make the rules not apply to him. The whole Delinquent Council can fight him without punishment. This should be fun.”
Eli walks through the school halls. He’s stopped by someone.
“What did you do?! Why did you attack another school?! Have you heard?! Anyone in the Delinquent Council can attack you without any repercussions!” Charlotte jabs her finger in his chest.
“I’ll be fine.”
[Few Hours Later]
“You must be Eli. It looks like you caused a lot of trouble for the Delinquent Council. I am surprised you haven’t let go,” a man appeared behind him.
Eli was already heading home. He turned around and saw a tall man with long blond hair with blue eyes. They had a leopard jacket with tattoos on his neck.
“Who are you?!” Eli’s eyes widened as he clenched his fists.
“Woah there! I am not here to fight. I just wanted to see the troublemaker. You’re way different than I thought; you’re short and skinny, but I can see the ambition in your eyes. You could be someone greater,” the man’s lips curled into a grin.
“You didn’t answer my question. Who are you?” Eli’s eyes narrowed.
“Call me Jonas, the executive for the Delinquent Council. Good luck! You’ll need it,” Jonas turned his heel and left with his hands inside his pockets.

Eli’s eyes widened as he read the notification. I’m too weak? Well, he is the executive of the council.
Eli arrived at the apartment, and his eyes met the burnt-down burger joint.
“Sorry, Mrs. Johnson,” Eli whispered, his eyes drooped.
He went up the stairs and was about to enter the apartment.
I should test out the new card I got. I got it out of nowhere, so do I get cards even if it’s not from a quest?

My doubts? I guess I did feel pretty helpless when I fought Logan. My body still feels like shit. I can’t believe Jules used to go to that school. I want to see if I can activate it if I act helplessly.
Eli sighed as he stood on the roof.

Eli looked at his body; nothing happened. He ran his hand through his hair and sighed.
I guess I need to really feel it. Eh, I’ll just go inside and rest. I need it.
