Prologue: The Light that ends it all...

Prologue: The Light that ends it all...

The heart of existence. The luminous object that maintains the stability of its universe captive. Its sole purpose is to prevent the universes from connecting to each other, and to keep existence itself secure. Entangled by the many strings of Life, this entity is known as the Intertwined Star.

Those who made such a powerful entity were no one, but Plados the God of Creation, and Telmuva, the Goddess of Thoughts. With the combined powers of these two beings, the two formed The Intertwined Star. Before the formation, there was nothing but them. The long, empty emptiness of nothing. The "calm" before the storm. But the results before the great awakening of the universe will be revealed once our hero is summoned to another world. And this world will be Gincad. The world closest to The Intertwined Star.

Near the center of that world, lives an entrance door from which leads to The Intertwined Star. This created an opportunity to allow anyone to enter the core itself. That could lead to their own problems. But in a few moments, just as anyone tried to grab a hold of its power, the crust of the world, with the melted warm coat, covered the nucleus of Gincad, before anyone could realize it. It was a vicious attempt to prevent anyone from entering the core. The stability of the multiverse has remained stable for a thousand years.

The Intertwined Star has remained untouchable for years to come. But then, the peace of stability of the star faded after a fateful day, a hundred years ago.

"W... why... Why did you...?"

A beautiful woman who had long white hair stretching down to her thighs, whispered while she was breathing heavily.

She had bright and glittering grey eyes, looking at the bright and blinding luminance of the Intertwined Star. The energy that sounded in her fingers disappeared as a dark shadowy figure slowly approached her from Affront.

The bright-haired girl's knees rested on the floors surrounding the Intertwined Star. The woman's dress is a jet-black color, which had four small white buttons extending vertically from the lower part of her chest, to the upper part of her collar bone. All of these buttons contained special power. Ability to exploit the element of 'Light' itself.

If she desires, she can also use the luminosity of The Intertwined Star.

A lively, purple nebula was full of bright stars scattered throughout the vast space of the universe. A beautiful view to see for her vision. But now was not the time to worship the beauty of the universe.

As the dark and sinister figure slowly approached the Goddess of Light, a bright and purple nebula full of bright stars, scattered around the Intertwined Star. Like a ring that orbits a big floating rock. The shadow is covered by a strange dark purple.

Her darkness swallowed up the air around her. Devouring the little specs of sparkle, emanating from the same intertwined Star. When the Shadow slowly began to approach the Goddess of Light, a voice that could not be identified, spoke to the Goddess.

"For eons, I've always fantasized about the event that I'm now standing on. I dreamt of standing in front of the Intertwined Star itself. I wanted to capture this moment for three millennia. Now I can have it all!"

The dark figure slowly approached the woman who wept, with the luminous brightness of the brighter Intertwined Star than before. The dark figure slowly turns into a feminine appearance. The figure had long, silky black hair next to the back of the figure. With its tips swaying slowly to the left and to the right. The face and appearance of the body of the figure were devoured by the appearance of the dark shade.

Only two beautiful magenta eyes were seen by the shadows that swallowed her. The woman with white hair tipped her head away from the dark figure. She felt the feeling of numbness around her very figure. The shadowy figure approached her and came closer.

"I can't believe that out of anyone in the universe, it's you that so happened to be near the Intertwined Star. Is it because you want to ease yourself by harnessing its energy? Another way to bring back your pathetic human friend? Or, is it some other reason I can't understand it?"

The grey eyes of the white-haired woman watered when she looked directly at the shadow in front of her. Her tears fell through the transparent blue glass floor and fell into the darkness of the fog beneath the Intertwined Star. The luminance of the Intertwined Star lit up, while the dark shadows of the figure slowly approached the woman.

"With the souls of your former family assisting this Goddess, the supposed 'strong' woman still cries hopelessly in front of everyone. Shame. Don't you care about the others? Or do you care about this pathetic man who promised you a better life? After being punished by destiny itself?"

The shadows slowly rose on the long, pale legs of the figure, revealing the 'identity' of the shadow standing before the Goddess of Light. The white-haired goddess slowly crawls back from her, as her chest moves in and out, clouding the glow near her fourth button weakens.

"Awww, isn't it a shame? Even the dirty beings in your world are gazing upon this event? Oh well, it appears that I look like a bad guy. So, let's make this brief, shall we?"

The shadow-covered woman slowly approached the Goddess of Light, who crawled on the edges of the ground in orbit with The Intertwined Star. The blinding rays of light shone on the shimmering shadowy figure, who had wanted destruction. She screamed.

"It's a pity, after all this effort, I've still been able to counter you. Isn't it scandalous for your loved ones? Or perhaps..."

A bright blue fleeting star struck the round transparent floors, orbiting near the Intertwined Star. It appears behind the presence of the Goddess of the Light, and the woman covered by the Shadow. Its appearance is not clear, due to the bright light, from the star. The woman covered in the shadow walked away for a moment. Her figure is completely exposed. Showing a weak smile on her pale face.

The Goddess of Light and the vision of the God of Creation are slowly wrapped in the unstoppable light of the Intertwined Star. The God of Creation yelled.

"You mustn't get any closer..."

His voice is overshadowed by the loud irritating noise coming from the Intertwined Star. It sounded like crying and loud screams. Like the star was alive. Preventing the name of the woman covered in shadow from being revealed. The only thing that could be seen from the God standing near the Goddess of Light, is his mask. Which covered both of his eyes.

The mask is covered in a dark shade of black. Near the edges of it, there was a brilliant contour that matches the turquoise hue. His long white hair stretched to the bottom, near the edges of his long coat filled with stars. The shadow-covered woman screamed when she saw his face blatantly.

"Plados!?"

He was slowly shaking his head slowly and cried out to the woman quickly.

"Do not bother, woman devoured by darkness. Don't come near my daughter. Your existence is an error for this universe. Not the one who does the acts, but the one who controls it."

Indeed, she is devoured by the darkness itself. But, the woman was not the only one who possessed such powers. Another being, much stronger than her, wanted chaos to follow wherever it walked. He wanted to be the most powerful being in the entirety of the Universe. Yet, he almost had the opportunity to clean up the universe of Gincad.

But, a battle so discouraging, and drastic, stopped him from getting further to his goal. The woman who took advantage of this disquieting darkness wanted to finish what the other God had not done. To erase the existence of everything and restore it to the beginning. The vast emptiness of nothing.

The dark abyss before the birth of existence. The abyss which existed before the Intertwined Star itself. The battle is blinded, of all, by the dramatically bright luminance that comes from the Intertwined Star. No one could be seen, apart from the Goddess of Light, legs, torso, and face.

The spectators of the world of Gincad watched the struggle, with the power of stalking magic. The magic gives to the being who cast the spell, to reveal the vision of what the magic of the hounding is seeing.

The Nebula became brighter, yet brighter, while the seemingly infinite struggle continued. However, only the view of The Goddess of Light could be seen by the people of Gincad. They could not see the God of Creation, nor the God of darkness. As both are covered by the enveloping light of the Intertwined Star. Plados didn't even know about that simple mistake, he changed the fate of the universe, forever.

The God of Darkness has released his powerful magenta rays to Plados, along with him fighting with his powerful fist, the Goddess of Light took a step too far. The shadow - covered God, charged with his strongest possible attack, releasing as much energy as he had. While Plados was using his attack. But then, just as magenta luminance burst through the hands of the God of Darkness, Plados saw the Goddess of Light, falling quickly to the surface of the Intertwined Star.

The speed of the magenta beam was so fast that even Plados did not have time to notice it. Both Plados and the white-haired goddess are pushed towards the Intertwined Star. Time has slowed down. The glittering grey eyes of the Goddess of Light and the eyes of the God of Creation looked at each other. Right now, the memories of both Plados and The Goddess of Light returned through them, while their bodies are wrapped in the luminance of The Intertwined Star's light. While the God of darkness laughed maniacally, Plados whispered to the Goddess of Light.

"So, Telmuva's fate is decided. I'm sorry, I'm really sorry about this result, my loving wife. There is no other decision. Fate has chosen me, and her."

The power of Plados is absorbed by the Intertwined Star, and he formed a path of his power, that enters the Goddess of Light. She horribly observes the body of the God of Creation, being devoured by light. Her gray eyes stretched out. She saw the whole universe being swallowed by the dazzling light. Remove its stars, its nebulas. She focused on the disintegrating face of the God of Creation's disintegrating face.

He had a little smile, looking at the young woman with long white hair, who is further from the Intertwined star. The brightness of his eyes has diminished. Every spot of darkness has been swallowed by the blinding light of the Intertwined Star. His voice resonated in the dying universe.

"Teresa, you are my favorite. My daughter, who managed to have more power than her older brothers, and even those who were born to them, isn't that fascinating, to know that there is a being, much stronger than I?"

The sound itself slowly begins to be swallowed by the devouring light. He slowly laid his palm on the cheek of the Goddess of Light's cheek and whispered. "The Goddess of Light, even though we know that this universe will come again, and my presence will disappear definitively afterward... can you remember something from me, please?"

The dark grey eyes from the Goddess of Light watered, as she saw her own father smile. Who was once the most powerful being in the universe, now respects his weakest daughter. He slowly grabbed the power that was pushing through his veins, and slowly threw a clear blue trail at the face of the Goddess of Light's face.

"Father, please don't do this. I don't want to be alone. I want to be with you. I want to save the universe together. Together with my brothers and sisters. With my mother and my father..."

Plados' legs are also jammed in the light, along with his daughter's legs. The voice of his voice faded slowly. The smallest spot of the purple nebula remained.

'Trust what your friend said, Teresa. Though my presence and my existence will disappear, I promise you. In the future, there'll be someone else. Someone else who will help you save the fate of the multiverse. Someone who could help you with your sadness and your hatred. Someone who has the ability to solve his problems and those who are at his side. I have enough power to keep part of your memories intact, with the only world I really love in this universe. Gincad. This world will never forget this moment, and it will not restart hard. The beings and creatures of the world who have lived there will never forget the recent event. They'll keep it in their hearts, and so will you, Goddess of Light. Please remember, someone better in the future will come and visit you. "

The arms of the God of Creation were devoured by light, slowly reaching up to his neck. But even when his body was eaten alive, erased from existence itself, he continued to talk to his daughter.

"You still have many years ahead of you. I can see it with my residual power, Teresa. I can see that you will most certainly have a bright and expansive future. There will be obstacles along the way, but in the end, you will achieve your future. Forgive me, Teresa. That was the only result my soul can think of… I'm so… sorry."

The Goddess of Light slowly began to tear up and weep. She saw the existence of her own father slowly get extinguished by the light. The luminosity also swallowed the ground of her body, while only a part of Plados remained. He leaned on her and used the remaining fingers, which he slowly had to wipe off the falling tears, and glided over the face of the goddess of light. She still had a strong smile, even when he felt the pain of the blurring light. His mouth hovered over Teresa's ear.

His mask slowly disappeared, too. Revealing two different shades in his eyes. Gray, and Cyan. He whispered calmly as Teresa wept heavily on the back of the God of Creation.

"Hush hush. Don't cry, dear daughter. You're too strong to cry. Be happy. Be glad you know someone else will be here for you. Don't take my cancellation too hard, please. I want you to focus on the future instead of the past. There'll always be a light at the end of the tunnel."

As his upper body slowly disappeared, his two arms slowly rub on her long white hair, whispering to her again.

"Just... be happy that you're not alone. Teresa, I don't want to see you cry. I don't want to see you upset. I don't want you to see you hate yourself. I don't want to see you blame yourself. All I want is for you to love, and live in happiness. To have the hero and your hearts, forever intertwined. Dear daughter, I love you, don't forget."

Plados seized Teresa's body and wrapped his two arms over her. Embracing her, with a smile, while the Goddess of Light tried her best to not cry. While the remaining pieces of his face are devoured in the light, his voice echoes to Teresa.

"Please don't cry..."

The last words she heard before they were both swallowed up by the light.

There were... No noise. No scent. No taste. No sight. Nothing.

The universe will be reborn soon, but the consequences from the previous events remain. The collapse of the Intertwined Star begins, and the connection of the universes is now unblocked. Along with the Strings of Existence, slowly departing from the Star, day by day.

After a century passed, the hero Plados promised Teresa; will be summoned, and in the end, he will hopefully, save the destiny of existence itself.
