(3rd-Person Narrator: Tekton Overview- Adrian Floda)
Adrian Floda is an extremely renown name in the Great Continent. He's the mysterious Headmaster of the prestigious Floda Academy that opened up in the Ancient Rainforest, near the coast of the dastardly Dead Sea 10 years ago.
With his wealth of knowledge, Adrian attracted numerous powerhouses of the Great Continent, which also included several ambitious Aurea. His coffers exceeded the amount the mighty Phoenix Kingdom possessed and he had many connections to high officials in the Luthan Kingdom, which specialized in trade, mercenaries, and, most especially, slaves.
It's no surprise that a global deficiency in cultivation materials and a maximum of 60 years to reach 9th Rank to prolong their lives forced various nobles and royals to flood to Adrian. Apparently, his travels accumulated many treasures:
the long-lost Longsword of Logos, Lycansbane,
Umbra's Umbrella,
Zander's Zweihander,
Sorceress Sercia's Scepter, and so on.
A majority of these came from the ancient tombs of the 30 Aurea explorers which added to Adrian's credibility for passing so many of their trials. The only renewable source of treasures came from Dungeons or Labyrinths which showed Adrian possessed the most anyone could possibly have since the beginning of the calendar system. Those locations were hovels of death, after all.
It's rumored Adrian reached the pinnacle of power at 13th Rank and now was attempting to share his teachings to the world. Thus, swarms of people came: all the way from the southern Draconian Archipelago near the Monster Continent to the northeastern Kaizen Empire.
There was no discrimination in demographics, as the Academy based itself on Potential and Rank. Political affairs were strictly forbidden and only after graduation would students be able to leave. Should any interference find itself on Adrian's grounds, be it gender or aggressors, he would deal with it himself.
One gruesome tale prevailed to verify this promise. There once existed the Spartian, who were of an ancestral bloodline of warriors that lived in blood, glory, and pleasure. 10 years ago, they happened upon Adrian's advertisements boasting of fortunes and fantastic artifacts. The Spartian were a people ruled by might as their justice, stretching completely over the fringes of the Luthan Kingdom in the north to the Ancient Rainforest in the south.
Therefore, to claim Adrian's advertised power, all their troops prepared for battle, and their King, Leon, led them. The hope was to empower themselves enough to topple the Luthan Kingdom before eliminating their rivals, the Aurea. This group, perhaps surpassing the Aurea in strength, was utterly crushed by Adrian alone.
Scouts from the Phoenix Kingdom, Beastlands, Kaizen Empire, and even Auream Regulam reported from the Spartian's blazed and clear path the anticipated results. The Great Continent itself rose up and swallowed each and every one of the Spartian, crushing their armor and bones to taint the land red with their squeezed blood.
Then the remaining Spartian disappeared, never to be seen again. This allowed for their subjects and satellite nations to be freed. Thus, the Yalta Confederation was born from their ashes, fully aware of the danger of Adrian Floda. Should any follow the acts of the Spartian in defiance, they too would disappear.

Rejects or retirees of Meteoros on Expert Island found themselves at Floda Academy, using top-of-the-line technology, techniques, teachings, resources, and luxuries should they prove worthy enough. Adrian had a system similar to the Spartian, but focused more on growing the power of the youth, as Adrian himself is already the strongest.
Quite a few notable powers escaped political persecution and found a home at Floda Academy, such as the Chromium Clan of Argon, who were descendants of dwarven Master-smiths. They were envied by their fellow craftsmen and almost completely assassinated.
The Academy grounds had 7 divisions on top of a raised circular platform, with Adrian's personal grounds in the center:
1st Division is for Physical Combat, usually based on close or ranged attacks based on using Ki.
2nd Division is for Magic, from the 7 Elements of Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Darkness, Light, and Unattributed using one's Mana.
3rd Division is Technology, ranging from weaponsmithing, armor crafting, to everyday appliances.
4th Division is Medicine.
5th Division is Tactics, from Military to Economics.
6th is Agriculture.
And 7th is Alchemy, the most dangerous of all. Adrian himself commanded the Order Division, which would ensure peace by force if necessary, as they were the strongest of them all.
Although it is well-known to the Aurea that Ki and Mana were two entirely different energies and that one could wield both at a time, the rest of the world did not. They instead thought that a person had an aptitude or Potential for either. Those from Expert Island and Floda Academy also knew of this, but guarded this secret incredibly by the threat of death.
None were as sensitive as the Aurea in gauging power. So stones made from Damascus steel infused with intricate Adamite and Diamond balls covered in complex rune engravings measured Ki and Mana. This far exceeded the Ancient Artifacts used by the Experts, which had degraded over time and lost both detail and accuracy.
Unremarkably, the finished product was sold at exorbitant prices to the extremely wealthy. Each royalty throughout the Great Continent possessed at least one. While experimenting, a shrewd Luthan prince found out the hard way that these Ki and Mana orbs could not be duplicated. This was after having himself and his estate blown up with the orbs because he tried to reverse engineer one.
This famous Academy currently competes with Meteoros in superiority. But despite being more maintained, wealthy, advanced, and popular, Expert Island is still the strongest. This is because Expert Island had the Exiled Aurea, who'd used their strength against the beliefs of their Great One, Logos. Of course, some could repent on their actions and reimburse those they wronged under severe supervision, but these rough Aurea gathered into a form of Mafia, where only the strongest survive.
Most terrifyingly were the senile Aurea Elders, who'd lose their minds and lucidity with age. At best, they traveled around the world and experienced memories of their fights from their long lives. They would lash out at strangers without prejudice. At worst, they remembered their harshest struggle and would gain power after using up all their gathered energies. Then, these aged Aurea would get even more powerful and be at risk of going on a rampage, usually being able to destroy 1/4 of the continent, if not all of it.
Expert Island always changed with new Elders and corrupted powerhouses. Most of the time, age would catch these outrageous Elders in death, only for new ones to replace them. This is why so many of the strongest Aurea gathered, in order to ensure the world was safe from Expert Island. Only the most insane would willingly go to Meteoros for insight and training. So why is any of this being mentioned now?
It's because the 3 armies of the Kaizen Empire, 7 armies of the Yalta Confederation, and 2 armies of the Luthan Kingdom had Adrian Floda himself. His Order and 7 Divisions marched close behind and pulled wagons of supplies... Why is this so? That's a story for another time.
