The world was unprepared for that moment, everyone was going on with their lives, not knowing that today would be the start of the eternal ending.
Nobody saw it coming, it was the Crimson Rain that first brought chaos, destorying order the moment it appeared. Those who had been subjected to the blood red droplets would either go into a murderous rage or receive a painful drawn-out death, with blood leaking out of every orfice in the body.
He remembered the scene, it would be the first time he would kill. His first victim, his own friend.
Neither of them were turned mad by the Crimson Rain, but one of them needed to kill the other in order to survive. Looking back now, he couldn't even remember why exactly, perhaps he could've thought of another way, but at this point he couldn't even remember his friend's name.
Yet he remembered something clearly from that day. It was the reflection of his own face as he stared down on the puddle of blood of the only friend he had trusted. Athough he might not have been under the effects of the cursed rain, something had broke inside of him that day. And even after he betrayed her, he could still recall her face as she was bleeding to death, her undying smile continued to stay on her lips, her eyes looking straight at him, inside them was... pity.
And so, the first flood came.

Siirus yawned as he stretched his arms. It was the first time he slept in decades, he had forgotten how refreshing it actually felt.
"Something feels off..." he thought as he opened his eye seeing nothing but an infinite black space. There was no snow, no sky, no Tainted, nothing but pure unfiltered darkness.
He could barely recall anything as he dug around his brain to figure out how he had gotten himself into such a predicament.
'Oh right, a hand!' he exclaimed internally. A slender ghastly pale hand with sharp black nails, it was all he could remember. All the time he spent alone in an empty world must've messed with his ability to remember things... somehow.
Although he could normally see in a pitch black environments, in this black space he wa no different to a blind man. Wait...then again he might've actually gone blind, though unlikely, after all that has happened it wasn't impossible.
"Hey! Over here!" a high-pitched female voice called out.
Floating in the empty space just above Sirus was a girl. She held the face and physique of a young blossoming girl around 13, and her fine facial features were a combination of the words, 'childish' and 'innoccent'.
Sirus stared at the stark naked girl that was curled up into a ball whist slowly hovering around him like a satellite. Upon a closer look Sirus could see the girl's bluish white hair that reached all the way down her ankles, it looked both incredibly soft and silky, flowing freely as if it had no weight. Her skin was ghastly pale with no visible veins, while only one of her two eyes was visible as the other hid behind her bangs, it was a deep red, just like the color of blood, its features were just like that of a wolf's, beautiful as a perfectly polished gem.
Blinking his eyes at the strange scene, Sirus opened his mouth, but found himself unable to produce any words. After centuries of isolation, his only conversation partners in the last few hundred years were roughly made snowmen and the howling winds. How was he supposed to react after meeting someone who could actually talk back?
The longest ten seconds in Sirus' life commenced as he simply stared at the girl above him as she slowly hovered around him.
"So..." the girl spoke, opening her thin red lips, flashing sharp canines. "My name is Zenith, how are you?" she said, finally breaking the awkward silence.

Hearing the girl, Zenith, speak, Sirsu was dragged out of his daze as he scrambled to form a reply. "Hel---" he suddenly halted his words. He had just realized that the girl spoke to him in a language he was not familiar with, but for some reason he understood her words. 'Should I do sign language?'
The girl watched the hooded person curiously from above with an eyebrow raised, it took a good while for the boy to figure out his dillema, finally deciding to just reply with a thumbs up.
Spinning in the void while curled up in a ball, Zenith chuckled softly. "It's fine, it's fine, any language will do," she said in English.
"Uh, okay the... I guess my name is Sirus... I can't really remember my last name..." replied Sirus shyly, his conversation skills betraying him, as it lacked any basic structure. And even a thousands of years passed, his mentality and attitude hadn't changed in the slighest, retaining his rather childish nature, and like a child, he was afraid of being embarrased, especially in front of the first actual person he had seen after centuries, there was also the fact he didn't do too well handling the opposite sex.
Zenith's lips curled into a subtle smile. She found it quite cute how Sirus responded. Slowly, she drifted closer towards Sirus while totating slowly. She stopped just before she touched noses with Sirus. Using her breath, she blew off the hood on Sirus' head.
Without his hood to shroud his appearance, Sirus face was on full display. He had the face of a boy in his mid-teens, with messy ash gray hair that reached all the way down his waist, pale skin, and a single clear blue eye reminiscent of the morning skies before the world ended, while the other eye was stitched shut. He also had a strange smile stuck to his face, almost as if it had been plastered on, one could only wonder if it was fake or genuine.
"You don't look quite bad, you're certainly within the top 200 000 most beautiful beings I've seen in my life," said Zenith as she started messing around with Sirus' face.
Sirus stayed quiet, still keeping his smile as Zenith stretched out his cheeks, although unsure if he should take her words as a compliment, then later deciding to just let it be.
After taking her time playing around with Sirus' face, Zenith floated backwards awaay from him, her index finger placed in her lips with a "hmm~" type of expression.
"That---" she pointed at Sirus' stitched eye, "---is just like mine," she said, pointing back towards her own eye that was hidden under her bangs.
She lifted her bangs uo with her hand, revealing an eye stitched closed, exactly like Sirus' eye."Do you know how to open it?" Zenith asked, getting a quick shake of the head meaning 'no' from Sirus as a reply. "I guess it's better that way... for now."
Sirus cleared his throat, tapping his finger on his thigh. "So... why am I here exactly... is this like a dream, or did I like, die,,, or something?"
Zenith suddenly laughed, spinning around like a top. "I brought you here, haha..." she replied slowing her revolution, while still not completely recovered from laughing.
Sirus raised an eyebrow at her words. "Why?"
Floating closer to SIrus, Zenith stared into his blue eye, her childish expression gone.
Looking into the girl's crimson eye, Sirus felt strange, almost as if he was being swallowed by something hidden within. Suddenly the trance broke, as if something dragged him backed to reality, he shook his head.
Zenith chuckled at the scene, distancing herself away from Sirus. "I'm here to make you mine, and after that I'm going to use you as my entertainment."
Sirus tilted his head in confusion, he couldn't understand what the girl meant.
Seeing Sirus' confusion, Zenith smiled. "Don't worry, I'm sure you were bored of your dead world, so I'm going to bring you to a new one, I won't even need you to follow orders, I'll just watch, I'm sure it'll be much more interesting that way."
Zenith moved in closer towards Sirus. She held his face in her hands, licking her lips as she stared again into his eye.
A single crimson tear flowed down Zenith's and Sirus' stitched eyes as it emanated a soft violet glow.
"I don't thin---MMmmmNnnn!" Sirus' words were muffled as red lips met his.
The two were locked in a deep kiss, Sirus tried to move away but found himself unable to control his body. Feeling their tongues intertwining, he panicked.
Then, suddenly regaining the ability to move, Sirus pushed Zenith away.
"WHAT WAS THAT!?" he exclaimed, breathing heavily, his cheeks beet reed in embarassment. He could still taste the incredibly sweet flavor of Zenith's saliva.
Placing her hand over her lips, Zenith's mouth curled into as smile. "I made you mine, just as I said, and so now, I'm going to send you to your new world, good luck!"
As Zenith snapped her fingers, a soft violet glow enveloped Sirus.
"W-wai---" Sirus tried to speak, but his vision suddenly turned black, his senses turned null as he found himself with no control over his body once again.
Zenith watched as Sirus disappeared from the void.
Once again, only she remained in the infinite realm of darkness. She had to admit that company felt good every few centuries, but she had better plans for Sirus.
'I know you won't disappoint me,' she thought, grinning, alone in the Void.
