Immediately after I die, I appear next to Simon, Peter, and Scott.
"Thank God you don't feel pain in the waves," I say.
"Ya, it's pretty nice, although it would be better training if it hurt," Simon says.
"No it wouldn't, we would never train if it hurt," responds Peter.
"Ya we would, we will need to learn to fight while hurt, says Simon
"Better to learn to fight first then fight with pain right? That way we get hurt less. Now why don't we go look at the missions." says Scott.
We all agree, and head to the mission board.

We look to see the available missions.

"Do y'all wont to do a group exploration mission?" Peter says.
"I'm sorry, but I would rather do a single mission instead," I respond.
"Ah common Orion, do a mission with us, Scott says.
"Nope. I'm doing a single one," I say.
I select seek and destroy.
Available Missions.
Unauthorized usage: this tale is on Amazon without the author's consent. Report any sightings.
1: Disable Enemy Communication Relay: 25 PP
2: Take Down Enemy Troop Launcher: 50 PP
3: Collapse Enemy Dyson Sphere: 100 PP
I select option 3.
This Dyson sphere is a massive automated energy production plant. It collects all of the energy produced by a brown dwarf star. It then transmits it to six relay stations that direct it to facilities. Accept Mission? Y/N
I select yes.
Fallow The Green Line To The Launch Bay.
A green path then appears in front of me. It leads to a door that none of us had noticed earlier. When I open the door, I see a pod that looks the same as the one that I woke up in. As I approach it, yet another window pops up.
Please select your preferred survival package. Gunman: Provides a rifle/pistol and a medkit. Close-ranged: Provides a knife/ax and bedding. Note: Due to the drop location/length of the mission all packages will include a temporary body mod that lets your body sustain itself off of energy. It also makes you immune to shocks. This mod will be removed at the end of the mission.
I select Close-ranged, thinking that it would be torture to have to sleep on metal for an extended period of time.
Enter the pod and the launch will be underway.
I get in and strap myself to the seat.
Knockout gas is being administered...
Wait what!? I think before passing out.
******
I wake up in the pod. I look at the window and see I am hurtling towards a sphere made of octagons. At six points, the same ones as the side of a die, beams of energy shoot out. I hope there is some kind of cushioning for the landing.
I think for a bit, then realize there will probably not be any air. As an experiment, I hold my breath. After a few minutes, It's clear that I don't need to breathe. I do know, however, that I will die in a vacuum, so I try to make a suit around me.
After a while, I succeed. It takes around 25% of my building nanites. Then, a small slightly transparent screen appears at the top right of my vision.
Vacuum suit integrity: 100%
Well, that's good. I think. After a few more minutes, the pod slams through the outer shell of the Dyson Sphere. After the pod settles, I get up and open the compartment behind the chair. Inside of it is a twelve-inch dagger and a small box about the size of my fist. it's labeled Colapsable Airbed. Sweet, I think.
"And now, to head off and complete my mission," I say to my self.
