The night was deep, with moonlight filtering through the gaps in the dilapidated roof and walls, casting mottled shadows on the ground. The alley was deserted, with only a few stray cats rummaging through the trash, making faint noises. The streetlights on the roadside were dim and weak, barely illuminating a few meters. This place was far from the hustle and bustle of the city, with only the occasional passing vehicle emitting a low engine sound before falling back into silence.
At the end of the alley, a few figures were huddled together, whispering, creating an eerie atmosphere. Each of them wore black jackets, their hair dyed a striking yellow, clearly out of place in the quiet night. The leading youth had a cigarette in his mouth, a disdainful smile on his lips, and a restless gleam in his eyes. Behind him stood two followers, similarly dressed with yellow hair, occasionally spitting out crude jokes.
"Boss, this place is really remote," one of the yellow-haired followers said with a sly grin. "When we make our move later, no one will interfere."
The leader grinned, his eyes filled with satisfaction. "Of course, I've scouted the area well. This is the border between the new and old districts, and it’s also a path many students take after evening classes. If we wait here, we're bound to catch a few pretty girls."
Another yellow-haired follower laughed too. "Boss, this time you have to let us have some fun too. Last time you hogged that girl all to yourself; it’s our turn now, right?"
"Don't worry," the leader waved his hand dismissively, full of disdain. "Tonight's little girl is for you guys to enjoy. I'll have my fun first, and then you can take turns."
Just as he finished speaking, a figure appeared at the other end of the alley. It was a girl of about fifteen or sixteen, carrying a yellow backpack and dressed in a simple school uniform. Her short hair was clean and neat, and her face was makeup-free. She didn’t seem to notice the people at the end of the alley as she hurried along, seemingly eager to get home.
The yellow-haired men exchanged a glance and quickly moved, silently surrounding the girl and cornering her against the wall. The girl looked up, her face instantly pale with fear. "What do you want?" she asked, her voice trembling with terror.
The leader showed a malicious smile, lightly patting the girl's face. "Don't be afraid, little sister. We just want to have a chat with you. As long as you behave, we won't hurt you."
The girl, realizing the danger, tried to stay calm, but her body trembled uncontrollably. **"What you're doing is illegal! The police will catch you!"** She tried to sound firm, but fear was evident in her voice.
"Illegal?" The leader laughed even more wildly. "The police don’t care about stuff like this. Besides, this alley is so secluded, no one will ever know what we do here. Just cooperate, little sister, and don’t cause trouble for yourself."

As he spoke, he reached for the girl’s chest. The girl, terrified, shrank back desperately, only to be blocked by the wall. She closed her eyes in despair, her heart filled with fear.
In the distance, a dog’s bark echoed…
The leader, feeling pleased with himself, turned to the other two and said, "You two keep watch. Once I'm done, you can take your turns."
The other two yellow-haired men nodded lecherously. "Don't worry, Han, of course, you go first. Once you’re tired, we’ll take over."
More barks echoed from the alley entrance.
The leader became wary. "Why does that dog keep barking? You two, go check it out and keep watch!"
The two followers, reluctant, went to the alley entrance to stand guard.
But there was nothing unusual at the entrance, and no sign of the dog.
"Han, there’s nothing going on," they reported.
"Stop!" Suddenly, a voice rang out from the other end of the alley. The leader froze mid-action and turned to see a tall figure emerge from the shadows. He was dressed in simple casual clothes, his expression stern, with a determined gleam in his eyes.
"Who are you?" the leader asked, frowning with a hint of wariness in his voice.
"You'd better let her go," the man said coldly. "Or you'll regret it."
"Regret?" The leader laughed, signaling the other two to approach. "You think you can play hero here? You're asking for death!"
One of the yellow-haired men pulled out an electric baton, pressing the switch, making it crackle with electricity. "Let’s see you handle this!" he sneered, charging at the man.
The moment the baton made contact, the electric current suddenly failed, as if it had been absorbed by something. The man remained unfazed, his hand firmly gripping the baton, a cold glint in his eyes. Then, he slowly raised his hand, and the current from the baton suddenly rebounded, turning into a blinding blue light that struck the yellow-haired man directly. He screamed in pain as the current threw him back, sending him crashing to the ground.
"You!" The leader finally realized something was wrong and pulled out a butterfly knife, panicking as he backed away.
"You think electricity can harm me?" The man calmly stepped forward, a bolt of lightning gathering in his palm, flickering like the wrath of thunder. He then unleashed the lightning, striking the leader directly. The electric current instantly knocked him to the ground, his body convulsing as his face turned pale.
"Get lost. If I see you again, I won’t be so lenient," he said coldly.
The remaining yellow-haired men, terrified, scrambled out of the alley in a panic.
The alley fell silent again. The girl opened her eyes and looked at her savior, her heart filled with gratitude. **"Thank you. If it weren’t for you, I don’t know what I would have done."** She spoke softly, her voice still trembling slightly.
The man nodded slightly and said gently, **"It’s alright. They’re gone now. In the future, try to avoid places like this when you’re alone."**
The girl nodded, still shaken. **"How did you do that? The electricity… it didn’t seem to affect you at all."**
He smiled faintly. **"It’s my ability. I can absorb any form of electricity and convert it into power. This ability allows me to protect myself in times of danger and help those who need it, like you."**
The girl looked at him with awe, her heart filled with both gratitude and curiosity. **"What’s your name?"** she asked.
The man was silent for a moment before finally saying, "You can call me the Guardian of Electrical Power."
