I woke up feeling cold. Wait cold?
Me: “What the-”
I started to look at my surroundings and noticed that I wasn’t in the guest suit of Marquise
Andromalius’s house. I was in a cave like structure, with statues of ancient primordial devils.The cave was dark lit only by the flaming torch held by the Marquise.
Marquise Andromalius: “Welcome you living scum. For stealing my treasure you have been sentenced to the labyrinth. Since I am feeling generous, if you survive you shall be granted your freedom; fail however, and you shall forfeit your life.”
Me: “.............. I haven’t stolen anything tho…”
Marquise Andromalius: “Ah… sorry pre-rehearsed script, hmmm anyways, my so called prince even if you haven’t stolen anything, for setting foot in my territory one must pass a trial before asking for my help”.
Me: “What sort of trial?”
Marquise Andromalius: “You will enter the tomb of the ancient demon lords and make your way to the end. You may also keep and use anything you find as long as you make it out, alive that is.”
Me: “So that’s all?”
Marquise Andromalius: “Yes but be warned, the halls of this tomb is a collection of floors for each demon lord buried here. Monsters stalk each floor. You can avoid them but remember you cannot conquer this place by just running away.
Me: “I understand.”
The Marquise pointed in a direction to the north and started to smile malevolently.
Marquise Andromalius: “The first floor stairs are that way, better hurry up; if you don’t want to be eaten alive.”
Suddenly I see dozens of red eyes open in the grass.
I started running

Me: “ Ahhhhh !!!!!!!!!!”
I safely made it to the 5th floor, but my strength was nearing its end I couldn't run forever.
I screamed at the top of my lungs while running for my life.
Behind me was a horde of monsters, everything from slimes, werebeasts and half draconians. I couldn’t tell how long I had been in the crypt but all I could think of was that I was tired and my strength was nearing its end.
Monster: “Rawrrr”
Werebeast: “Food come back stay still.”
Slime: “Glumb smaksmex slimeeee”
The slimes tentacles slowly approached my legs as the monster caught up to me. My legs started
to give away and I fell to the floor.
Me: “nooooooo don’t get near me. ”
I screamed as a little girl as the nasty piece of s**t which held some resemblance to well ya.
Just when the monsters were about to come upon me, cracks started appearing on the floor
I started to fall. the pitch black darkness enveloping me as I lost consciousness.

At the bottom of the abyss lives the ancient and oldest being in the demon world, the first fallen and the first demon.
I am Lucifer, I was once called the morning star, I was ranked the highest angel until, well… Until I felt bored. Life is so boring in heaven nothing ever happens. And honestly God was a stuck up B**ch. I’ve have been stuck in this cave for millennia. Honestly God cannot take a joke. All I wanted to do was play a little prank on Adam and Eve and have them eat the damn apple. But That all went out of whack.

When God found out he was livid, basically disowned me. He cast me out from heaven and even
changed my name in the history books. Satan, the devil, the tempter etc, etc.
After being cast out from heaven I went to the world below. I founded the race called the demons, basically all the creations of what god called ugly or failures.
I united all these so called failure races and create the royal lineage and nobility by ahem… having a bit of fun with the strongest of each tribe.
But my rule ended abruptly. After an eon of peace from the old man the, geezer started sending people after me. I obviously fought them off. What kind of idiot would surrender quietly and give themselves up.
I started to beat the little pricks who came after, all the while building a family. That is until Michael showed up. Michael was always second and a suck up to god honestly a little suck up.
He came one night by himself; telling me to surrender. I obviously said no.
Then came the army. A gigantic army of angels and lesser holy beings, all to come and ‘save the world’. I was almost flattered in a way, sending the strongest heavenly beings to come and stop me, the former head archangel.
But I lost, I was tricked into being absorbed into a specially made healing crystal. Michael buried me deep into the earth and as a result of the ‘crusader war’ I lost my body.
Soon thereafter I was placed into a never ending labyrinth. I would expand every time a demon lord was placed inside. Monsters would gather due to the high concentration of divine and demonic powers, and as more and more demon lord were placed here It started to be called the demon lords crypt, a sort of royal cemetery for my descendants.
Lucifer: “Sigh, so boring…”
I couldn't do anything anymore. I am a husk of my former self. Some people may have a preconceived notion that angels and devils are immortal but that is wrong. When I was a angel I continuously received power from God, giving me almost a near infinite life span. But after I ‘fell’ from heaven, I stopped receiving Divine power from God; and I have been deteriorating ever since I was cut off from the geezer.
Lucifer: “Sigh, how laughable, for me to end my life like this.”
The roof started to crack.
Lucifer: “What in the world?”
When I looked up a kid fell through the roof.
Lucifer: “Ho Ho Ho, what do we have here.”
On closer examination I saw some resemblance to that person.
Lucifer: “Hahahah. To believe one of my descendants would come waltzing in in my last moment.”
Lucifer smiled to himself.
