Camp NaNoWriMo is here again and once more, I'm going to suffer my sanity to work on Artificial Fantasy's backlog the same way I did with Twin Minds (help me T_T).

However, this year is special because if you guys were originally Wattpad readers when AF was first released there in 2019, this October will be having a 4th anniversary and next year, 5th! And with the Sign Creation arc almost finished with a few more chapters, I think it's time to announce some stuff.

First off, ICYMI, I released two new tiers on my Patreon. One for this story (Sign Creator) and another for Twin Minds (Demi-Fiend). Along with the previous benefits from the Adventurer tier such as 2 advanced chapters, you can read three more of the webnovel of your choosing, access to bonus content you can't find anywhere outside of Patreon, and a shout-out at the end of every chapter of your preferred story. And now that I mentioned "bonus content", here's the second piece of news I want to share:

I will be working on a new side story for Artificial Fantasy! It will set place during the open beta test of Isekai Online and it will focus on Hayate and Kazuki's father, Adam, on his experience there along with meeting his friends there and revelations you don't know about the game's development. Sorry if I keep the plot on the mum, but I promise it will be related to future plotlines coming to the main story. I'm currently writing it as part of my Camp NaNo, but it will be exclusively available on my Patreon's Sign Creator tier, which means you can't find this side story anywhere on Royal Road or Wattpad. However, reading the side story is optional to read, but recommended if you want to know more about the brothers' father and the open beta of Isekai. If you're interested, stay tuned for more details about the release soon.

I'm planning an Artificial Fantasy spin-off!

More specifically, a spin-off focusing on another character playing Isekai Online. I haven't started it yet, but it is currently in the planning and concept stages at the moment. I can't say anything else about the plot or if they are related to the brothers or their friends at the moment. But I can say while it will retain a few slice-of-life VRMMO aspects, it will lean more on action and mystery compared to the main story. The next arc will have those elements, but I don't want to overshadow the brothers' interactions and daily lives in the game and real life with those elements all the time. Who knows? Maybe the main characters might be older and wilder compared to the brothers...

But that's all I can reveal for this year's roadmap. I'm already hard at work with the webnovel right now for Camp NaNo and I'm eager to see what's next for its future ahead. Hope you keep supporting Artificial Fantasy and my other works soon and see you in the next chapter!
