The second objective has only done in 30% progression, but found various places where resources can be extracted. All of these will be shared by Pearlashia and Lolilandia. As of Princess Lyza, she now ponder to wonder what exactly their newfound allies are looking for. When told, she only got "recipe for Pearlashia's modernization" and it made her confused at first, but suddenly remember about what she saw when she's in Lolilandia a while. Not to mention the LPA Outpost is in the same place Lyza cast her Portal Gate spell.
Lyza: If Pearlashia really ended up as theirs, I hope the people will be okay. Though I can't wait to see what it is like.
Back to Lolilandia, the situation reached all the way to the entire LPA High Command, and 2 hours later, to the Defense Minister. To make it more suspense, word that the whole event will eventually reached to the other CAP State Members. Unlike Alfkhaisha, they have no intention to let them know.

DefMin: And exactly why we can't let them know?

As it turns out, the assumptions of the Lolilandic Defense Minister were correct. Arapanthema is indeed ambitious and imperialistic. They almost have the world, saved for Pearlashia and possibly beastly populations. As result, the situation in that world, dubbed as Sector 5, will be classified for now until certain conditions were met. As for the Sector 5, the resource scouting continues. But orders to bring Airborne Troops back were issued as the Regular Ground Troops will handle this instead. As such, they have to temporarily halt the scout itself. Meanwhile, in other Sector 5 Civilizations.
?: So. How's the trade with Pearlashia's going?
?: So far so good, sir. In fact we are in good shape.
?: Really? Last time I heard a news is that Pearlashia is about to be conquered by Arapanthema, correct.
?: I'm not sure. Haven't seen Arapanthemans there. Although I notice something unusual when I arrive there.

8th of Piscian, 171st NLC. LPA Outpost, Sector 5. 07:00 of morning.
After the replacement of Troops in the outpost, additional radar arrays were installed. As well as additional Mechanized Units and a construction of Airbase. In the east of the Outpost, they have uninvited guest that were about to come. A large group of Goblins were conducting hunt for their food today, when one of them sniff something unusual.
?: Hmm? I smell something feminine. Hmmm. Its a smell of a woman. Gotta let them know.
?: Alright. Wrap it up boys. We're going to the next area.
?: Hold it! Hold it!
?: What is it, kid?
?: I found something you guys like. A woman.
?: Huh? Where?
?: Follow me. I'll track the scent.
?: Fine. Make sure they are plenty of them. I'm getting bored here and haven't breed a while.
The Goblins followed their fellow and tracked the scent. Unfortunately, they intruded into the LPA Outpost without realizing it.
?: What's this?
?: I dunno, but this is where the scent comes from.
?: Good find, kid. Now. I need 5 of you stay and protect our loots. The rest you, follow me. You too kid.
?: Yes.
The Green Hogoblin was the leader, followed by others as they entered the outpost. Two LPA Soldiers spot them. One starts running and others aimed her rifle at them.
?: Huh? Who are you, trespassers?
The goblins ignored the Soldier as she speaks a different language, although they went in fervor with eyes grinning in lust and mouthwatering hype. And since they have their daggers with them, they knew this will be easy job.
?: After that runner. And you, surround her.
?: Yes boss.
The Soldier intepret it as attack and opened fire which shocked the Goblins. She then jump backwards with her hand in the back and preparing a smoke grenade. After pulling the pin first, she then grab the canister and toss it.
?: What the? Smokescreen?
?: How did she do that.
?: That strange magical weapon. It kills us quick? I kinda want to get that.
The Soldier run frantically, fearing for her life.
?: WE GOT INTRUDERS! SOUND THE ALARM! SOUND THE ALARM!
The rest of LPA Soldiers were alarmed as the other that run earlier ring the bell. There are 50 LPA Soldiers in the outpost, grabing their gear and about to do scouting mission when the alarm triggered.
?: What's going on?
?: We have intruders at the outpost.
?: Quickly, quickly.
As the Soldiers run, the goblins rushed in to get the Soldier in attempt to capture her for breeding but unfortunately, they fall dead to the Gunfire. The rest of LPA Soldiers fired their Rifles as they sprint. The Goblins were killed shortly, while the other 5 heard gunfire and were wondering what is about. One of them volunteered to investigate while the other 4 left and take their hunt back to their hideout. The same goblin who found the Outpost wandered carelessly and was surprised at his sight. The other Goblins were killed. In a sense of horror, he tried to run but was stopped by some LPA Marskman as she aim the Goblin's leg.
?: *Loud Groaning* Ah that hurts.
The LPA Soldier walked closely to the downed Goblin and smash her R34M's stock to the Goblin's face, knocking him unconscious. After the short incident, the Outpost went back to usual. Units were to leave to continue resource scout and making contact with Civilizations. The Guarding troops were down to 4 as the Outpost gates were closed. One of them begin solo interrogation of the captured Goblin. He was in very scared state as he saw strange objects lying on a table. First, the Soldier grab a monkey wrench and smacked both knees. And since his mouth is gagged, his screams were less loud.
?: I'm gonna ask you one more time. Where is the hideout.
?: I.... I don't know.
?: You don't know? Are you sure?
?: Yes I swear.
?: Then I'm afraid I have to kill you then
?: And how do you do that? With what ma- *gets shot in the head*
After killing, she grab the body and throw it to the rest of dead goblins to incinerate. One other from the tower decide to use drones to scan the ground and find the Goblins. She found the 4 carrying the hunt goods and track them where they going. The 4 went to the hideout safely, unaware they were being tracked by.
?: Found them. Time to test run the Artillery.
The sound of Artillery roared. The target, were newfound Goblin hideout in a forest. The shells were incendiary.
?: What's that sound?
?: I dunno. Maybe some of us fighting humans.
?: That's not the sound of-
The shells fall and killed them all. No Goblins survived the attack. As for the rest of LPA Mechanized Troops on exploration, they found similar Goblins and other beastly species and were to put down brutally. While others found civilizations and turned out fine after some dialogues. Back to the Lolilandia. Plans to absorb the Pearlashia and other areas that establish contact into CAP begins the drafting phase, while keeping it classified to the entire alliance. The Golden Cinnamonian Palace, while surprised about Sector 5, decide to visit Pearlashia to discuss about bilateral relations. And while all of this is going on. Other countries that were also contacted by the LPA gone into small fights and were suppressed. The mapping mission goes on, making possible friends for Lolilandia, suppressing possible enemy to either submission or extinction and discovery of Natural Resources like Metals, Oil and others. Pearlashia is few steps closer until being the 9th State Member, and were about to evolve into modern-like society like the rest of the Alliance.
Oksana: I wonder what is this Sector 5 is like. No matter. I should hear the Princess' story, since she knew what caused for this unplanned contact.
